3. when the meat blocks are fed forwards, the water distribution pipes spray water to clean the surfaces of the meat blocks, and the brush rollers rotate under the action of the motor, so that the surfaces of the meat blocks are washed, broken hair scraps are prevented from remaining on the surfaces of the meat blocks, and the quality of finished products is further reduced.

then, the movable plate 12 can be driven to move along the guide groove 121 in the vertical direction by rotating the screw 17, so that the distance between the hair scraping blade 111 and the transmission belt 13 is adjusted, the hair scraping blade 111 can be in contact with the surface of the meat with hair, the meat removing device is suitable for removing hair of meat blocks with large thickness difference, and the meat skin damage caused by excessive contact between the hair scraping blade 111 and the meat skin can be avoided;

finally, the driving belt 13 can drive the meat blocks to continue to feed forwards, cleaning water is conveyed to the inside of the water distribution pipe 8 through the liquid inlet 81, meanwhile, the surfaces of the meat blocks can be washed through the water distribution holes 9, the brush roller 6 is made to rotate at the moment, the surfaces of the meat blocks can be washed through the brush roller 6, the broken hair can be washed under the double action, the broken hair falls into the inside of the water storage tank 18 along with the cleaning water, and waste water can be discharged to the outside through the water outlet 19.

Motor 15 is of type 3RK15GN-C available from Kunshan Italian electronics, Inc. and its associated power supply and circuitry.
