Background

In the field of clothing production, the shipment inspection of the ready-made clothes in the past is mainly to level the ready-made clothes on a workbench or hang the ready-made clothes on a clothes hanger, and to evaluate the ready-made clothes by the naked eye of an inspector or by matching with a corresponding measuring tool. With the development of science and technology, the method for inspecting ready-made clothes in shipment is improved. Put the ready-made clothes with three-dimensional forming's state, rethread 3D vision camera is shot and cloud point formation of image, obtains the 3D model of shaping clothing, and rethread computer measures fashioned 3D model, and it can embody the state of ready-made clothes when wearing more accurately.

The 3D measurement requires that ready-made clothes can be placed in a three-dimensional state, taking trousers as an example, the traditional solution is mainly to wear trousers by using a dummy model or a real model to perform 3D shooting, but the traditional solution has the defects that the trousers have various sizes (mainly embodied as the size difference between the waist thickness and the leg thickness), common dummy models or real models have fixed sizes, the universality is low, the full three-dimensional forming state of the trousers is difficult to show, and the display effect is poor.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the above, the invention provides a three-dimensional forming jig, wherein a waist fixing mechanism and a leg fixing mechanism are used for fixing trousers, the waist openings and the leg openings of the trousers are sealed, and then the trousers are inflated by an inflating mechanism to obtain a full three-dimensional forming state.

A three-dimensional forming jig comprises:

a waist fixing mechanism; waist fixed establishment includes: the waist support, the waist expansion unit arranged on the waist support and the waist sealing film connected to the waist expansion unit;

two leg fixing mechanisms connected with the waist fixing mechanism; each leg fixing mechanism includes: the waist support is connected with the waist support, the leg expansion unit is arranged on the leg support, and the leg sealing film is connected on the leg expansion unit; and

an inflation mechanism connected with the waist fixing mechanism or the leg fixing mechanism; the inflating mechanism is used for inflating the trousers.

When the three-dimensional forming jig is used, trousers are sleeved on the waist support and the leg support. Then, the waist expansion unit expands to expand and fix the waist opening of the trousers, and the waist sealing film expands to seal the waist opening of the trousers along with the expansion of the waist expansion unit. The leg expansion units are expanded to expand and fix the leg openings of the trousers, and the leg sealing films are expanded to seal the leg openings of the trousers along with the expansion of the leg expansion units. Detailed Description

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. As shown in fig. 1 to 10, a three-dimensional forming tool 100 according to an embodiment of the invention is shown.

As shown in fig. 1, the three-dimensional forming fixture 100 includes: a waist fixing mechanism 10, two leg fixing mechanisms 20 connected to the waist fixing mechanism 10, and an inflating mechanism 30 connected to the waist fixing mechanism 10. Wherein, the waist fixing mechanism 10 is used for fixing the waist of the trousers 200 and sealing the waist opening, the leg fixing mechanism 20 is used for fixing the legs of the trousers 200 and sealing the waist opening, and the inflating mechanism 30 is used for inflating the trousers 200 from the waist fixing mechanism 10 to make the trousers 200 in a full three-dimensional forming state.

In other embodiments, the inflation mechanism 30 may be connected to the leg fixing mechanism 20, or may be connected to both the waist fixing mechanism 10 and the leg fixing mechanism 20.

The three-dimensional forming jig 100 will be further described with reference to fig. 2 to 10.

As shown in fig. 2 to 5, in the present embodiment, the lumbar fixing mechanism 10 includes: the waist support 11, a waist tightening unit 12 mounted on the waist support 11, and a waist sealing film 13 connected to the waist tightening unit 12.

As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the lumbar support 11 is provided with the first support column 111 and the mounting ring 112, the lumbar expansion unit 12 is mounted between the first support column 111 and the mounting ring 112, and the mounting ring 112 forms a passage for the air flow into the trousers 200.

In other embodiments, the waist support 11 may be designed to be a telescopic structure, considering that the waist height of the pants 200 may be varied. Designing the lumbar support 11 to be a telescopic structure can be adapted to pants 200 of different waist heights, improving the versatility of the device. For example, the first support column 111 may be designed as a telescopic rod.

As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the waist expanding unit 12 includes: a first linkage structure 121 and a first driver 122 connected to the first linkage structure 121. The first driver 122 is used to drive the first linkage 121 to move for contracting and expanding. The first driver 122 is used as a power source to drive the driving end of the first link structure 121 to move, and the first link structure 121 can change the contraction or expansion amplitude according to the feeding depth of the first driver 122 to the driving end of the first link structure 121, so that the control is simple.

Further, in the present embodiment, the first driver 122 includes: the first motor 1221, the first lead screw 1222 connected with the first motor 1221, and the first nut 1223 sleeved on the first lead screw 1222. The first nut 1223 is connected to the driving end of the first linkage 121 and fits over the first support post to limit linear movement. Utilize first motor 1221 to drive first lead screw 1222 and rotate, and then drive first nut 1223 drive first linkage 121's drive end and move, can realize carrying out the gradual change control to the shrink of first linkage 121 or open range, can carry out the adaptability adjustment according to the thick trousers 200 of different waists.

As shown in FIG. 5, the waist sealing film 13 is sleeved on the movable end of the first link structure 121, and when the first link structure 121 is expanded outwards, the waist sealing film 13 is also expanded. In this embodiment, the lumbar sealing membrane 13 is bowl-shaped and is opened with the first link structure 121 open, as shown in fig. 5.

As shown in fig. 6, each leg fixing mechanism 20 includes: a leg support 21 attached to the waist support 11, a leg-expanding unit 22 mounted on the leg support 21, and a leg-sealing film 23 attached to the leg-expanding unit 22.

As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the leg support 21 is provided with a second support column 211 having one end connected to the leg support 21 and the other end for mounting the leg expansion unit 22.

In other embodiments, the leg support 21 can be designed to be a telescoping structure, considering that the leg length of the pants 200 can be varied. Designing the leg support 21 to be a telescopic structure can be adapted to pants 200 of different leg lengths, improving the versatility of the device. For example, the second supporting column 211 may be designed as a telescopic rod. As shown in fig. 9, the second supporting column 211 is provided as two rod bodies that are sleeved with each other, wherein one rod body is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 2111 distributed along the length direction, and the other rod body is provided with an elastic positioning pin 2112, when the length of the second supporting column 211 needs to be adjusted, the positioning pin 2112 is pressed down, the combined length of the two rod bodies is adjusted, and then the length is locked with the positioning holes 2111 by the positioning pin 2112.

Further, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the leg links 21 are hinged to the waist link 11. By adopting the hinged connection mode, the relative opening angle of the two leg fixing mechanisms 20 can be adjusted, and the posture of the trousers 200 can be conveniently adjusted.

Further, in the present embodiment, each leg bracket 21 is provided with a gear 212. The gears 212 in the two leg securing mechanisms 20 intermesh. The simultaneous movement of the two leg fastening devices 20 toward each other or away from each other can be easily achieved by means of the meshing of the gears 212.

In other embodiments, a cylinder may be disposed between the two leg supports 21 to achieve the angle adjustment therebetween.

As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the leg expansion unit 22 includes: a second linkage structure 221 and a second driver 223 connected to the second linkage structure 221. The second driver 223 is used to drive the second link structure 221 to move for contracting and expanding. The second driver 223 is used as a power source to drive the driving end of the second connecting rod structure 221 to move, and the second connecting rod structure 221 can change the contraction or expansion amplitude according to the feeding depth of the second driver 223 to the driving end of the second connecting rod structure 221, so that the control is simple.

Further, as shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the second driver 223 includes: a second motor 2231, a second lead screw 2232 connected to the second motor 2231, and a second nut 2233 sleeved on the second lead screw 2232. A second nut 2233 is coupled to the drive end of the second linkage 221. The second motor 2231 is utilized to drive the second screw rod 2232 to rotate, and further drive the second nut 2233 to drive the driving end of the second link structure 221 to move, so that the gradual change control of the contraction or expansion amplitude of the second link structure 221 can be realized, and the adaptability adjustment can be performed according to the trousers 200 with different waist thicknesses.

As shown in fig. 8, the leg sealing film 23 is connected to the movable end of the second link structure 221, and when the second link structure 221 is opened outwards, the leg sealing film 23 is also opened, as shown in fig. 8, in this embodiment, the leg sealing film 23 is in a bowl shape disposed upwards and the mouth of the leg sealing film is pulled apart along with the opening of the second link structure 221.

As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the inflation mechanism 30 includes: a fan 31 and an air duct 32 connected with the fan 31. The fan 31 generates an air flow and guides the air flow into the trousers 200 through the air guide duct 32. The air flow generated by the fan 31 is guided into the trousers 200 from the waist fixing mechanism 10 through the air guide pipe 32, so that the trousers 200 can be quickly inflated and formed. If the inflation mechanism 30 is attached to the leg fixing mechanism 20 in other embodiments, the air guide duct 32 guides the air flow from the leg fixing mechanism 20 into the pants 200. In other embodiments, if the inflation mechanism 30 is connected to both the leg fixing mechanism 20 and the waist fixing mechanism 10, the air duct 32 guides the air flow into the pants 200 from the leg fixing mechanism 20 and the waist fixing mechanism 10 at the same time (for the convenience of loading, the inflation mechanism 30 may be detachably connected to the leg fixing mechanism 20 and the waist fixing mechanism 10, and then the three may be connected after loading).

It should be noted that, depending on the equipment conditions of the application scenario, in some embodiments, the blower 31 may be omitted, and the gas may be obtained by using the blower 31 or a gas source that is provided by the application scenario or purchased from a outsource.

In addition, in this embodiment, the first motor 1221 and the second motor 2231 are both stepping motors, and in other embodiments, the first motor 1221 and the second motor 2231 may also be servo motors.

As shown in FIG. 10, the three-dimensional forming jig 100 is used by fitting trousers 200 into the waist support 11 and the leg supports 21. Then, the waist tightening unit 12 is opened to tighten and fix the waist opening of the trousers 200, and the waist sealing film 13 is opened to seal the waist opening of the trousers 200 following the opening of the waist tightening unit 12. The leg expansion unit 22 is expanded to expand and fix the leg openings of the trousers 200, and the leg sealing film 23 is expanded following the expansion of the leg expansion unit 22 to seal the leg openings of the trousers 200. Then, the inflating mechanism 30 inflates the trousers 200 from the waist fixing mechanism 10 and/or the leg fixing mechanisms 20, so that the trousers 200 are in a full three-dimensional forming state due to inflation, thereby satisfying the requirement of 3D measurement. According to the design, the trousers 200 are fixed by the waist fixing mechanism 10 and the leg fixing mechanism 20, the waist openings and the leg openings of the trousers 200 are sealed, the trousers 200 are inflated by the inflating mechanism 30 to obtain a full three-dimensional forming state, the adaptability problem of the trousers 200 with different sizes can be solved by the inflating mode, and the trousers are high in universality and good in display effect.

It should be noted that, in this scheme, the waist opening and the leg opening of trousers 200 are sealed and not equal to the whole trousers 200 need to be sealed, based on the inflation theory of this scheme, only need to guarantee that the air input of trousers 200 is greater than the air leakage and can reach and make trousers 200 be full three-dimensional shaping state.

The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
