Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1-7, a method for pressing herbal pieces comprises the following steps:

step one, feeding operation, namely pouring powder raw materials for preparing traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces into a feeding barrel 9 of pressing equipment, driving a stirring rod in the feeding barrel 9 through a motor in a cylinder clamping cover 10 at the top of the feeding barrel 9, and uniformly stirring the powder raw materials in the feeding barrel 9, so that the powder raw materials are fed into an inclined plane clamping ring 7 on a second sleeve disc 14 through a discharge pipe at the bottom of the feeding barrel 9;

step two, adjusting operation, namely rotating the fastening turntable 36 of the fixed foot rest 16 to loosen the fastening turntable 36 and the limit stop disc 38, moving the fixed rod 12 downwards to enable the rotating wheel 11 to be in contact with the sliding rotating wheel 20 of the upper pressing rod 8, simultaneously rotating the rotating sleeve column 32 of the lower pressing rod 6 to enable the rotating sleeve column 32 to be matched with the thread groove 33 and the inner sleeve clamping shaft 35 to eject the lower punch 27 upwards, and adjusting the position of the lower punch 27 in the fixed sleeve ring 28;

thirdly, pressing operation, namely, the transmission motor 3 is matched with the transmission disc 4 to drive the middle rotary rod 21, so that the middle rotary rod 21 simultaneously drives the first sleeve disc 13, the second sleeve disc 14 and the third sleeve disc 15 to rotate, after the powder raw materials enter a pressing groove of a fixed lantern ring 28 on the second sleeve disc 14, the sliding rotary wheel 20 of the upper punch 8 is made to contact with the rotary wheel 11 by utilizing the rotation of the first sleeve disc 13, the upper punch 8 is extruded by the rotary wheel 11 to move downwards, and the punching top 31 of the upper punch 8 is made to extrude the lower punch 27 of the lower punch 6, so that the powder raw materials in the fixed lantern ring 28 are compressed;

and fourthly, discharging, namely driving the lower punch rod 6 to move through the third sleeve disc 15, enabling the sliding rotating wheel 20 at the bottom of the lower punch rod 6 to be in contact with the arc-shaped side plate 22, enabling the lower punch rod 6 to move upwards, enabling the lower punch 27 to move upwards in the fixed lantern ring 28, ejecting the Chinese herbal pieces pressed by the fixed lantern ring 28, taking out the Chinese herbal pieces and placing the Chinese herbal pieces in the fixed side box 18.

Fixed connection between first set of dish 13, second set of dish 14 and third set of dish 15 and the neutral rotating rod 21, and first set of dish 13, second set of dish 14 and third set of dish 15 inboard all run through and have seted up the butt joint circular slot, and the upper portion surface of arc curb plate 22 is the arc structure, connects through belt transmission between driving motor 3 and the driving plate 4.
