Background

With the popularization of the industrial 4.0 concept and the emphasis of various production enterprises on the automation system, the concept of robot replacement is more and more accepted by the public. A robot substitute is a system engineering, and relates to the technical fields of machinery, electronics, optics, graphics and the like. The robot replaces people not only for saving labor force, but also for improving efficiency, ensuring the digitization and the standardization of the production process control and better ensuring the quality of products.

The logistics system refers to the management and control process of flowing, sorting, carrying and mutual assembly of all materials in the production process of products, and how to improve the efficiency of the logistics system and reduce the production takt of the products is the problem to be considered and solved by the automation system. The common operation line bodies such as belt lines, tooling plate lines, chain plate lines, elevators and the like play an important logistics transfer role in a modern assembly line production mode, so that the manpower carrying cost is greatly reduced, the turnover time is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. The operation line body is suitable for the operation mode of multi-station production, and relatively slow. And is inefficient for rapid transportation and transfer between two points. As shown in fig. 1, 2, 5, and 6 (the arrow line in the figure indicates the running direction of the line body), the line body for rapid transfer work mainly comprises a frame 1, a fixed pulley 2 disposed on the frame 1, a flexible rope 3 passing around the fixed pulley 2, a sliding group 4 fixedly connected to the flexible rope 3 and sliding along a rail 6, a drum 5 disposed on the frame 1 for driving the flexible rope 3, and a signal transmitter 7;

preferably, the flexible rope 3 is in a closed loop (as shown in fig. 3), and passes through the fixed pulleys 2 at two ends of the frame 1 respectively, and passes through the roller 5 between the two fixed pulleys 2, the number of turns passing through the roller 5 is not small 1, the sliding group 4 is fixed on the flexible rope 3 and is dragged by the flexible rope 3 to slide along the track 6, the roller 5 rotates forwards, the flexible rope 3 pulls the sliding group 4 to move linearly along the track 6, the roller 5 rotates backwards, and the flexible rope 3 pulls the sliding group 4 to move linearly along the track 6 in the opposite direction;

In practical applications, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the rapid transfer work line is a common work method for horizontally transferring products. The movable pulleys 2 are arranged at two ends of the frame 1, the flexible rope 3 passes around the fixed pulley 2 to change the direction and passes over 2 circles on the roller 5 (the more the number of turns is, the larger the friction force is, the lower the probability of the flexible rope 3 slipping on the roller 5 is), and the flexible rope and the sliding group 4 form a closed loop. The sliding group 4 moves linearly along the rail 6, after workers on a station 8 at one end of the rapid transferring line body complete the operation, the products to be transferred are placed on the sliding group 4 (a hook or a hanging basket and the like are arranged on the sliding group 4), a signal transmitter 7 on the station 8 is flapped, a motor of the driving roller 5 rotates in a preset direction immediately after receiving signals, so that the flexible rope 3 on the roller 5 is driven to rotate, the flexible rope 3 is further pulled to fast move linearly around the fixed pulley 2, and finally the sliding group 4 is pulled to fast transfer to the station 8 at the other end along the rail 6. Preferably, when the sliding group 4 reaches the position designated by the other end, the sensor is triggered to give a signal, the motor stops rotating, and the product is quickly transferred and placed. Or when the motor outputs according to the preset number of turns and just quickly transfers the slide group 4 to the station 8 at the other end, the operation is stopped. At this time, after the worker at the station 8 downloads the product, the worker slaps the signal transmitter 7 at the station 8, the motor reversely rotates to drive the roller 5 to reversely rotate, and then the sliding group 4 returns to the original path, so that a quick transfer process is realized.

In depth, when the slide group 4 reaches the position designated at the other end, a signal is given to the slide group 4, and the slide group 4 automatically drops the product carried by the slide group onto the station 8 at the other end. The self-falling mechanism can be realized by a pneumatic or electric mechanism.

Compared with the traditional belt line conveying, the quick transfer operation line body can be conveyed not only horizontally, but also vertically (as shown in fig. 6), and can be conveyed in any space track as long as the fixed pulley 2 and the track 6 are properly arranged. Or a plurality of lines can be parallel to form a large-scale rapid conveying line system (as shown in figure 7). Simple and practical, low cost and high popularization value.
