1. An apparatus for seamless bridge docking, comprising:

the edge protection plate is attached to the edge of the bridge and fixed at the joint of the bridge;

the fastening piece is arranged between the upper end of the edge protection plate and the bridge deck at the edge of the bridge;

the second fixing plate is attached to the bottom surface of the bridge by being connected with the lower end of the edge protection plate;

the fastening member is configured to adjust a degree of tightness of the connection of the edge protection plate with the deck by adjusting a height thereof.

2. The apparatus of claim 1, comprising a first fixing plate for isolating the fastener from the deck.

3. The apparatus for seamless docking of a bridge according to claim 1, wherein the second fixing plate is anchored on the edge protection plate.

4. The apparatus for seamless bridge docking of claim 1, wherein the fastener is a jack.

5. The apparatus for seamless bridge docking of any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising at least two of said fasteners.

6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the fastener is integrally designed with the first fixing plate.

7. The apparatus for seamless docking of a bridge according to claim 1, wherein the edge protection plate is an i-shaped member.

8. A construction method for seamless butt joint of bridges comprises the following steps,

fastening edge protection plates, arranging the edge protection plates on two sides of the lap joint of the bridge, connecting the bottom ends of the edge protection plates with a second fixing plate through anchoring, and realizing the tight connection of the edge protection plates and the bridge deck through fastening pieces at the upper ends of the edge protection plates;

plate ribs are laid, and reinforcing steel bars are laid on the second fixing plate to realize the frame connection of the bridge body;

grouting, namely, pouring concrete into the laid steel bars, and compacting, flattening and protecting to form a bridge connecting part;

and removing the protective device, and removing the second fixing plate and the edge protection plate when the structure of the bridge connecting part is stable, thereby completing the seamless butt joint construction of the bridge body.

9. The construction method for seamless docking of a bridge according to claim 8, wherein the fastening of the edge protection plate further comprises disposing a first fixing plate between the fastening member and the edge protection plate.

10. A seamless butt joint construction structure, which is suitable for the construction method for the seamless butt joint of the bridge as claimed in any one of the claims 8 to 9, wherein the transverse section of the grouting position is a T-shaped section.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, in particular to a device, a structure and a construction method for seamless butt joint of bridges.

Background

In order to facilitate construction and shorten construction period, the bridge is usually constructed in sections and simultaneously constructed in the construction process. Therefore, a bridge connection process exists in the subsequent construction process; the smoothness of the butt-jointed bridge section directly influences the running stability of the vehicle, the structural stability of the bridge and the service life of the bridge in the later use process. Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a device for seamless butt joint of bridges, which aims to solve the technical problems that the running is not stable, and the structural stability and the service life of the bridges are influenced because the bridges are anchored on bridge bodies or seams are too obvious in the butt joint construction process.

In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present application, there is provided an apparatus for seamless docking of a bridge.

The device for seamless butt joint of the bridge comprises the following components:

the edge protection plate is attached to the edge of the bridge and fixed at the joint of the bridge;

the fastening piece is arranged between the upper end of the edge protection plate and the bridge deck at the edge of the bridge;

the second fixing plate is attached to the bottom surface of the bridge by being connected with the lower end of the edge protection plate;

the fastening member is configured to adjust a degree of tightness of the connection of the edge protection plate with the deck by adjusting a height thereof.

Further, a first fixing plate for isolating the fastener from the bridge deck is included.

In order to achieve the above object, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a structure for seamless bridge docking, which adopts any one of the above devices for seamless bridge docking or a construction method for seamless bridge docking, and further, a transverse section of the grouting position is a T-shaped section.

In the embodiment of the invention, a mode of improving a fastening device at the butt joint is adopted, the fastening degree of the bridge body and the template can be adjusted by arranging the seamless butt joint device at the butt joint without anchoring a newly-built bridge body at the joint, and the aim of stabilizing the flat structure of the bridge deck at the butt joint of the bridge body is fulfilled, so that the technical effects of stabilizing the overall flat structure of the bridge deck of the butted bridge and stabilizing the running of a vehicle are achieved, and the technical problems that the driving running is not stable, and the structural stability and the service life of the bridge are influenced because the bridge is anchored or the joint is too obvious on the bridge body in the butt joint construction process are solved.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention relates to a device for seamless bridge butt joint, which comprises an edge protection plate 1, a fastening member 2, a second fixing plate 3 and a first fixing plate 4, wherein the edge protection plate 1 is attached to the edge of a bridge and fixed at the junction of the bridge, the fastening member 2 is arranged between the upper end of the edge protection plate 1 and the bridge surface at the edge of the bridge and used for regulating and controlling the distance between the edge protection plate 1 and the bridge surface, and particularly, the distance between the edge protection plate 1 and the bridge surface is enough to enable the lower end of the edge protection plate 1 to be tightly attached to the lower end surface of a bridge body in the seamless bridge butt joint process; the second fixed plate 3 sets up on the edge guard plate 1, the second fixed plate 3 is through connecting the lower extreme of edge guard plate 1, the laminating setting is in on the bottom surface of bridge. In a preferred embodiment of the present application, the edge protection plate is an i-shaped member.

In the preferred embodiment of the present application, the number of the fastening members 2 matched with the edge protection plate 1 is at least 2, and the fastening members are respectively arranged at two ends of the edge protection plate 1; in a further preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the fastening members 2 matched with the edge protection plate 1 comprise 3, preferably the fastening members 2 are symmetrically arranged; in other embodiments, the fastener is plural.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fastening means 2 is a jack, and in other embodiments, the fastening means are all structures capable of controlling the close connection relationship between the edge protection plate 1 and the bridge deck by adjusting the height. In other embodiments, the fastening element is integrated with the first fixing plate, so as to facilitate the compaction of the fastening element on the bridge deck and save the setting time of the structure.

In the embodiment of the invention, a mode of improving a fastening device at the butt joint is adopted, the fastening degree of the bridge body and the template can be adjusted by arranging the seamless butt joint device at the butt joint without anchoring a newly-built bridge body at the joint, and the aim of stabilizing the flat structure of the bridge deck at the butt joint of the bridge body is fulfilled, so that the technical effects of stabilizing the overall flat structure of the bridge deck of the butted bridge and stabilizing the running of a vehicle are achieved, and the technical problems that the driving running is not stable, and the structural stability and the service life of the bridge are influenced because the bridge is anchored or the joint is too obvious on the bridge body in the butt joint construction process are solved.
