A novel pressure stabilizing valve comprises a valve seat (1) and a valve core (2), and is characterized by also comprising an air regulating mechanism, wherein a valve cavity (3) and an air inlet duct (4) which are communicated with each other and have sequentially reduced inner diameters are sequentially arranged at the axis of the valve seat (1) from top to bottom;

a transverse clapboard (13) is arranged at the upper part of the valve cavity (2), and the transverse clapboard (13) divides the valve cavity (3) into an upper valve cavity (8) and a lower valve cavity (9); a guide hole (5) is formed in the center of the diaphragm plate (13), and air passing holes (6) are formed in the left side and the right side of the guide hole (5);

the valve core (2) is arranged at the center of the lower valve cavity (9), the lower end of the valve core (2) is provided with a boss (7) which is matched with the upper end of the air inlet hole channel (4) to open or close the air inlet hole channel (4), the upper part of the valve core (2) is slidably arranged in the guide hole (5) in a penetrating way, and a spring (11) is sleeved between the boss (7) and the transverse partition plate (13) of the valve core (2);

3. A new type of pressure maintaining valve according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the diaphragm (13) is installed in the valve chamber (3) by screw-fitting.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of pressure stabilization control, in particular to a novel pressure stabilization valve.

Background

The pressure stabilizing valve adopts the opening degree of the opening and closing piece in the control valve body to adjust the pressure of a medium, reduces the pressure of the medium, adjusts the opening degree of the opening and closing piece by means of the action of the pressure behind the valve, keeps the pressure behind the valve in a certain range, and keeps the pressure at an outlet in a set range under the condition that the pressure at the inlet is continuously changed so as to protect stable output pressure.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a novel pressure stabilizing valve which is simple in overall structure, small in occupied space, suitable for installation and use in a narrow space and ideal in pressure regulating effect.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a novel pressure stabilizing valve which comprises a valve seat, a valve core and an air adjusting mechanism, wherein a valve cavity and an air inlet duct which are communicated with each other and have sequentially reduced inner diameters are sequentially arranged at the axis of the valve seat from top to bottom;

the upper part of the valve cavity is provided with a diaphragm plate which divides the valve cavity into an upper valve cavity and a lower valve cavity; the center of the diaphragm plate is provided with a guide hole, and the left side and the right side of the guide hole are provided with air passing holes;

the valve core is arranged in the center of the lower valve cavity, the lower end of the valve core is provided with a boss which is matched with the upper end of the air inlet hole channel to open or close the air inlet hole channel, the upper part of the valve core is slidably arranged in the guide hole in a penetrating way, and a spring is sleeved on the valve core between the boss and the transverse clapboard;

the air adjusting mechanism is arranged in the upper valve cavity and comprises a cross beam and two inverted conical bodies fixedly connected with the two ends of the lower portion of the cross beam, the center of the cross beam is fixedly connected with the upper end of the valve core, and the two conical bodies penetrate through the two air passing holes in a sliding mode respectively.

Preferably, the lower part of the boss is hemispherical.

Further, the diaphragm is installed in the valve cavity in a threaded fit manner for convenience of installation and removal.

According to the invention, the lower valve cavity at the lower part of the diaphragm plate is provided with the valve core, the upper valve cavity at the upper part of the diaphragm plate is provided with the air regulating mechanism, and the valve core is matched with the diaphragm plate through the spring, so that the boss at the lower end of the valve core is jacked open when the gas entering the gas inlet channel reaches a certain pressure, and the gas enters the lower valve cavity and is discharged into the upper valve cavity through the gas passing hole and then is discharged. Two cones pass through the crossbeam and the upper end fixed connection of case, can drive the synchronization action of two cones through the action of case, and then can cross the gas pocket with two and cooperate effectual regulation and cross the gas volume that the gas pocket passes through. The pressure stabilizing valve is simple in overall structure, small in occupied space, suitable for installation and use in narrow space and ideal in pressure regulating effect.

The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the novel pressure stabilizing valve comprises a valve seat 1, a valve core 2 and an air regulating mechanism, wherein a valve cavity 3 and an air inlet duct 4 which are communicated with each other and have sequentially reduced inner diameters are sequentially arranged at the axis of the valve seat 1 from top to bottom;

the upper part of the valve cavity 2 is provided with a diaphragm plate 13, and the diaphragm plate 13 divides the valve cavity 3 into an upper valve cavity 8 and a lower valve cavity 9; the center of the diaphragm plate 13 is provided with a guide hole 5, and the left side and the right side of the guide hole 5 are provided with air passing holes 6;

the valve core 2 is arranged in the center of the lower valve cavity 9, the lower end of the valve core 2 is provided with a boss 7 which is matched with the upper end of the air inlet hole channel 4 to open or close the air inlet hole channel 4, the upper part of the valve core 2 is slidably arranged in the guide hole 5 in a penetrating way, and a spring 11 is sleeved on the valve core 2 between the boss 7 and the diaphragm plate 13;

the air adjusting mechanism is arranged in the upper valve cavity 8 and comprises a cross beam 12 and two inverted conical bodies 10 fixedly connected with the two ends of the lower portion of the cross beam 12, the center of the cross beam 12 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the valve core 2, and the two conical bodies 10 are respectively arranged in the two air passing holes 6 in a penetrating mode in a sliding mode.

The lower part of the boss 7 is hemispherical.

For ease of installation and removal, the diaphragm 13 is mounted in the valve chamber 3 by a screw-fit.

The valve core is installed in the lower valve cavity at the lower part of the diaphragm plate, the air adjusting mechanism is arranged in the upper valve cavity at the upper part of the diaphragm plate, the valve core is matched with the diaphragm plate through the spring, and then the boss at the lower end of the valve core is jacked open when the gas entering the gas inlet channel reaches a certain pressure, so that the gas enters the lower valve cavity and is discharged into the upper valve cavity through the gas passing hole and then is discharged.
