The middle part of the oven 1 is fixedly connected with a plurality of hot air circulating devices 4, each hot air circulating device 4 comprises a circulating fan 41 fixedly connected to one side of the oven 1 and a hot air heating box II 42 fixedly connected to one end of an air outlet of the circulating fan 41, a circulating air pipe I43 is fixedly connected between the hot air heating box II 42 and the side wall of the oven 1, a circulating air pipe II 44 is fixedly connected between the hot air heating box II 42 and an air inlet of the circulating fan 41, and during work, the circulating fan 41 pumps cold air in the oven 1 to the hot air heating box, then heats the air through the hot air heating box, and then returns the air to the oven 1, so that products in the oven 1 can be dried.

The first hot air heating box 22 and the second hot air heating box 42 both comprise box bodies and circulating water pipes fixedly connected in the box bodies, and two ends of each circulating water pipe extend out of the box bodies. During operation, hot water can be continuously introduced into the circulating water pipe, so that heat generated by the hot water is dissipated through the circulating water pipe to heat air entering the box body.

One section of the oven 1 close to the discharge port 12 is set as a cooling area, one side of the oven 1 in the cooling area is further fixedly connected with a cold air conveying pipe 5 which can be communicated with the oven 1, one end of the cold air conveying pipe 5 is fixedly connected with a cold air generating device 51, and the cold air generating device 51 adopted in the embodiment is an air cooler. A steam conveying pipe 52 communicated with the cold air conveying pipe 5 is fixedly connected to one side of the cold air conveying pipe 5, and a steam generating device 53 is fixedly connected to one end of the steam conveying pipe 52. When the sausage casing is conveyed to the cooling area of the drying oven 1, the air cooler works to convey cold air into the drying oven 1 through the cold air conveying pipe 5 to cool the dried sausage casing, in addition, the steam generating device 53 can generate steam, the steam is conveyed to the cold air conveying pipe 5 through the steam conveying pipe 52, the steam is simultaneously conveyed into the drying oven 1 along with the cold air to supplement moisture to the sausage casing, the situation that the sausage casing is brittle and hard due to too little moisture after drying is avoided, and the quality of the sausage casing is ensured.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the baking oven 1 is horizontally U-shaped, a sausage casing conveying device is arranged in the baking oven 1, the sausage casing conveying device comprises an annular support frame 6 which extends into the baking oven 1 from a feeding hole 11 and extends out of the baking oven 1 from a discharging hole 12, the annular support frame is arranged end to end, an annular conveying rope 7 with the same track as that of the support frame 6 is arranged at the lower side of the support frame 6, a plurality of sliding blocks 71 which are connected to the support frame 6 in a sliding manner along the track of the support frame 6 are fixedly connected to the upper side of the conveying rope 7, a conveying device capable of driving the conveying rope 7 to rotate is further arranged on the support frame 6, an annular groove 61 is formed in the upper side of the support frame 6, the conveying device comprises a synchronous toothed belt 62 which is connected to the reversing groove in a sliding manner and teeth of which are arranged outwards, the upper side of the sliding, one side of the supporting frame 6 of the conveying device is further fixedly connected with a driving mechanism capable of driving the driving gear 63 to rotate, and the driving mechanism adopted in the embodiment is a driving motor 64. During operation, the driving motor 64 drives the driving gear 63 to rotate, and can drive the synchronous toothed belt 62 to rotate, so that each sliding block 71 can be driven to slide along the track of the supporting frame 6, and the synchronous rotation of the conveying rope 7 is realized.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a plurality of enteric coaters 8 are arranged on the lower side of the conveying rope 7, each enteric coater 8 comprises a bottom plate 81 fixedly connected to the lower side of the conveying rope 7, a slot 811 with the length direction the same as that of the bottom plate 81 is formed in the lower side of the bottom plate 81, a supporting block 82 is further arranged on the lower side of the bottom plate 81, the supporting block 82 can be inserted into the slot 811, a tightening bolt 812 is further in threaded connection with one side of the bottom plate 81, and the end of the tightening bolt 812 can be inserted into the slot 811 and tightened against the tightening bolt 812 on one side of the bottom plate 81. The bearing ring 83 with the axial direction being the same as the conveying direction of the conveying rope 7 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the supporting block 82, the supporting ring 84 with the diameter being smaller than the outer diameter of the bearing ring 83 is fixedly connected to one end of the bearing ring 83, the supporting ring 84 and the axis of the bearing ring 83 are located on the same straight line, the sausage casing can sequentially penetrate through the bearing ring 83 and the supporting ring 84 and reversely sleeved on the outer side of the supporting ring 84, a lantern ring 85 is further sleeved on the outer side of the bearing ring 83, the lantern ring 85 can be clamped on the outer side of the sausage casing sleeved on the supporting ring 84, and one end, close to the supporting ring. During operation, can insert on the bottom plate 81 of suitable position and establish supporting shoe 82 according to the demand, then screw up top tight bolt 812, thereby accomplish the fixed of bottom plate 81 and supporting shoe 82, then, can wear to establish the mesopore of two receiving rings 83 with the both ends of casing respectively, then will wear to establish the one end of two receiving rings 83 and anti-the cover and locate on support ring 84, again with lantern ring 85 cover locate on support ring 84, thereby press from both sides tight casing cover through lantern ring 85 and locate the position of support ring 84, finally with lantern ring 85 threaded connection on receiving ring 83 can accomplish the casing with the fixed of receiving ring 83, and at this moment, the both ends hole of casing will strut also, thereby be convenient for outside hot-blast from the both ends of casing get into inside the casing, thereby be convenient for the stoving of casing.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a plurality of limiting devices 9 are further uniformly and fixedly connected to the lower side of the conveying rope 7 along the conveying direction of the conveying rope 7, each limiting device 9 includes a base 91 fixedly connected to the lower side of the conveying rope 7, a U-shaped frame 92 with an upward arc opening and having micro-elasticity is fixedly connected to the lower side of the base 91, two sides of the upper end of the U-shaped frame 92 are bent in a direction approaching to each other to form a barrier 93, one side of each barrier 93 opposite to the arc opening of the U-shaped frame 92 is provided with an inclined surface, the inclined surface is inclined upward from the side of the barrier 93 close to the side of the U-shaped frame 92 to the side far from the side of the U-shaped frame 92, two rotating plates 94 hinged to each other are arranged in the U-shaped frame 92, one side of each rotating plate 94 far from each other can abut against the two sides of the U-shaped frame 92, and the upper surfaces of the two rotating plates 94 can abut against the lower sides, the lower sides of the rotating plates 94 are fixedly connected with half rings 95, the lower sides of the half rings extend out of the lower side of the U-shaped frame 92, the two half rings 95 can be mutually abutted and spliced into a whole ring or separated along with the synchronous rotation of the two rotating plates 94, and the axial directions of the two half rings 95 are the same as the axial direction of the conveying rope 7. When the sausage casing limiting device is used, two ends of the sausage casing can be clamped by the sausage casing clamps 8 respectively, then the two half rings 95 of each limiting device 9 in the middle of the sausage casing are broken off, then the sausage casing is located between the two half rings 95, then the two half rings 95 are broken off to enable the two half rings 95 to be combined into a whole ring, and the sausage casing is also located in the whole ring formed by the two half rings 95, so that the position limitation of the sausage casing can be achieved. When the two half-rings 95 are broken to open, the two half-rings 95 tend to rotate in the direction away from each other, the two rotating plates 94 can be driven to rotate towards the arc position of the U-shaped frame 92 by taking the side, close to each other, of the two rotating plates 94 as an axis, the two half-rings 95 are kept in an open state by deformation of the micro elasticity of the U-shaped frame 92, the lower sides of the two rotating plates 94 can be abutted against the arc position of the U-shaped frame 92, then the U-shaped frame 92 is reset, at the moment, the limit of the two rotating plates 94 is also completed, when the two rotating rings are swung to rotate in the direction close to each other, the two rotating plates 94 can be driven to rotate towards the direction of the two barrier strips 93 by taking the side, close to each other, the two rotating plates 94 are rotated until the upper sides of the two rotating plates 94 are abutted against the arc surfaces of the two barrier strips 93 by the micro elasticity deformation of the U-shaped frame 92, then the U-shaped frame 92 is reset, the two rotating plates, at this time, the two half rings 95 will be combined into a whole ring, so as to open or close the two half rings 95.

The diameter of the end of the ring closing frame 111 located in the feed port 11 is smaller than the diameter of the end located outside the feed port 11, and the two half rings 95 can be driven to abut against the inner side of the ring closing frame 111 along with the transmission of the limiting devices 9 driven by the transmission rope 7 and can be extruded to form a whole ring along with the movement of the two half rings 95. When the sausage casing clamp 8 is arranged on the conveying rope 7 and the sausage casing is positioned at the lower side of each limiting ring, the two half rings 95 which are separated enter the ring closing frame 111 in sequence along with the rotation of the conveying rope 7, then along with the movement of the two whole rings, the two half rings 95 abut against the inner surface of the conical ring closing frame 111 and tend to rotate in the direction of approaching each other until the two half rings 95 abut against each other, at the moment, the two half rings 95 are combined into the whole ring, and at the moment, the sausage casing is automatically limited in the whole ring.

Referring to fig. 6, a triangular notch 951 is formed in one side, which corresponds to one end of each of the two half rings 95, abutted against one end of each half ring and is close to a discharge port 12 of the oven 1, a ring separating column 121 is fixedly connected to a position of the discharge port 12 of the oven 1, the ring separating column 121 is a vertically arranged triangular prism, each limiting device 9 is driven to move along with the conveying rope 7, the position of the notch 951 corresponding to the two half rings 95 is abutted against one edge of the triangular prism, and therefore one edge of the triangular prism is inserted into the notch 951 and the two half rings 95 are separated along with the movement of the two half rings 95, and the two half rings 95 are automatically opened. When the conveying rope 7 drives the half rings 95 to be delivered from the position of the discharge hole 12 of the oven 1, the notches 951 of the two half rings 95 of the synthetic whole ring can be sequentially abutted against the ring separating column 121, so that the two half rings 95 of the synthetic whole ring can be separated by the ring separating column 121 continuously along with the conveying rope 7, and the sausage casing can be conveniently taken down.

The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: during operation, the supporting block 82 can be inserted into the bottom plate 81 at a suitable position according to requirements, then the tightening bolt 812 is screwed down, so that the fixing of the bottom plate 81 and the supporting block 82 is completed, then, two ends of the casing can be respectively penetrated through the middle holes of the two bearing rings 83, then one end of the casing penetrated through the two bearing rings 83 is reversely sleeved on the supporting ring 84, then the sleeve ring 85 is sleeved on the supporting ring 84, so that the casing is clamped at the position of the supporting ring 84 through the sleeve ring 85, finally, the sleeve ring 85 is screwed on the bearing rings 83, so that the fixing of the casing and the bearing rings 83 can be completed, at the same time, the inner holes at the two ends of the casing are also spread, then the two half rings 95 of each limiting device 9 at the middle position of the casing are opened, the casing is positioned between the two half rings 95, then, the two half rings 95 are broken to synthesize an integral ring by the half rings 95, and also be positioned in the integral ring composed of the, the position limitation of the casing can be realized, so that external hot air can enter the inside of the casing from the two ends of the casing conveniently, and the drying of the casing is facilitated

Then, the driving motor 64 drives the driving gear 63 to rotate, and can drive the synchronous cog belt 62 to rotate, so that each sliding block 71 can be driven to slide along the track of the supporting frame 6, and the synchronous rotation of the conveying rope 7 is realized. The motion of casing is realized, simultaneously, forced draught blower 21 sends the hot-blast heating cabinet with external wind and produces hot-blastly to external wind heating, then send hot-blastly to oven 1 in, and the great air of oven 1 temperature will be seen off through exhaust column 31 through the air exhauster and realize the stoving to the product that gets into in oven 1. The circulating fan 41 pumps cold air in the oven 1 to the second hot air heating box 42, then heats the air through the second hot air heating box 42, and returns the air to the oven 1, so that the product in the oven 1 can be dried.

When the sausage casing is conveyed to the cooling area of the drying oven 1, the air cooler works to convey cold air into the drying oven 1 through the cold air conveying pipe 5 to cool the dried sausage casing, in addition, the steam generating device 53 can generate steam, the steam is conveyed to the cold air conveying pipe 5 through the steam conveying pipe 52, the steam is simultaneously conveyed into the drying oven 1 along with the cold air to supplement moisture to the sausage casing, the situation that the sausage casing is brittle and hard due to too little moisture after drying is avoided, and the quality of the sausage casing is ensured.
