1. A recommendation method of payment modes comprises the following steps:

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:

judging whether the default payment mode of the system has preferential activity or not;

3. The method of claim 2, wherein presenting the payment method on the payment interface comprises:

4. The method of claim 2, wherein when the payment means including the offer is bank card online and/or credit card installments, the method further comprises:

and if so, displaying the amount of the current order after the current order is favored on the payment interface.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the current order details comprise any one or more of: commodity information, commodity preference information, commodity freight information, commodity receiving address and recipient information.

6. A payment means recommendation apparatus comprising:

the first determination module is used for determining a payment mode recommended to a user currently according to the historical payment behavior of the user;

the second determining module is used for determining the details of the current order according to the current order number;

and the first display module is used for displaying the payment mode and/or the details of the current order on a payment interface.

7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the apparatus further comprises:

12. A computer readable medium having stored thereon executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to the field of internet technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a medium for recommending a payment method.

Background

With the rapid development of intelligent devices and the internet, online shopping has become a favorite shopping mode for most users. The general flow of the user when shopping is as follows: searching for the commodity the user wants to buy, then adding the commodity to the shopping cart, and finally paying for the commodity the user buys. Currently, when a user pays in a payment interface, a system can recommend multiple payment modes by default, so that the user can select the payment modes conveniently.

However, in the process of implementing the concept of the present invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art: the system may only use one of the payment methods that the user often uses by default, but the system recommends a plurality of payment methods that the system defaults each time the user pays, which may cause the user to select the payment method that the user wants, and the details of the order are not shown on the payment interface, if the user needs to check the details of the order, the user must quit the payment interface to check the details of the order, which reduces the user experience.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present disclosure provides a method, an apparatus, and a medium for recommending a payment means, thereby at least partially solving one or more problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the related art.

A first aspect of the present disclosure provides a method for recommending a payment method, including: determining a payment mode recommended to a user currently according to historical payment behaviors of the user; determining details of the current order according to the current order number; and displaying the details of the payment mode and/or the current order on a payment interface.

According to an embodiment of the disclosure, the method further comprises: judging whether the default payment mode of the system has preferential activity or not; and if so, preferentially recommending a payment mode containing the preferential activity to the user.

According to an embodiment of the disclosure, displaying the payment method on the payment interface includes displaying the payment method determined according to the historical behavior of the user and the payment method including the discount activity on the payment interface.

According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the payment mode containing the preferential activity is online of a bank card and/or a credit card, the method further comprises the following steps: if the system does not have the bank card information of the user, receiving the bank card information input by the user; judging whether the bank card information input by the user has preferential activity or not; and if so, displaying the amount of the current order after the current order is favored on the payment interface.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the current order details include any one or more of: commodity information, commodity preference information, commodity freight information, commodity receiving address and recipient information.

A second aspect of the present disclosure provides a payment method recommendation apparatus, including: the first determination module is used for determining a payment mode recommended to a user currently according to the historical payment behavior of the user; the second determining module is used for determining the details of the current order according to the current order number; and the first display module is used for displaying the payment mode and/or the details of the current order on a payment interface.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus further comprises: the first judgment module is used for judging whether the default payment mode of the system has the preferential activity or not; and the recommending module preferentially recommends the payment mode containing the preferential activity to the user if the preferential activity exists.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first display module is further configured to: and displaying a payment mode determined according to the historical behavior of the user and a payment mode containing the preferential activity on the payment interface.

A fourth aspect of the present disclosure provides a computer-readable medium having stored thereon executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform a method of recommending a payment style as described above.

A fifth aspect of the disclosure provides a computer program comprising computer executable instructions for, when executed, implementing a method of recommendation of a payment means.

According to the payment mode recommendation method provided by the disclosure, the payment mode currently recommended to the user can be determined according to the historical payment behavior of the user, so that the problem that the system recommends multiple payment modes by default for the user to select in the prior art is at least partially solved, and the user can quickly complete payment. And the details of the payment mode and/or the current order are displayed on the payment interface, so that the user can conveniently confirm the order without quitting the payment interface for checking, and the user experience is improved.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the description is illustrative only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. Moreover, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present disclosure.

The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the disclosure. The terms "comprises," "comprising," and the like, as used herein, specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, steps, operations, or components.

The embodiment of the disclosure provides a recommendation method of a payment mode, which comprises the following steps: determining a payment mode recommended to a user currently according to historical payment behaviors of the user; determining details of the current order according to the current order number; and displaying the details of the payment mode and/or the current order on a payment interface.

According to the payment mode recommendation method provided by the disclosure, the payment mode currently recommended to the user can be determined according to the historical payment behavior of the user, so that the problem that the system recommends multiple payment modes by default for the user to select in the prior art is at least partially solved, and the user can quickly complete payment. As shown in fig. 1, the method for recommending a payment means includes steps S101 to S103.

In step S101, a payment method currently recommended to a user is determined according to a historical payment behavior of the user.

In step S102, details of the current order are determined according to the current order number.

In step S103, details of the payment method and/or the current order are displayed on a payment interface.

The method can determine the payment mode recommended to the user at present according to the historical payment behavior of the user, so that the problem that the system recommends multiple payment modes by default for the user to select in the prior art is at least partially solved, and the user can quickly finish payment. And the details of the payment mode and/or the current order are displayed on the payment interface, so that the user can conveniently confirm the order without quitting the payment interface for checking, and the user experience is improved.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the historical payment behavior of the user may be a payment mode selected on a payment interface when the user last purchased. Or a payment method used by the user for a period of time.

When the user purchases the payment method selected on the payment interface last time, the payment method currently recommended to the user may be the same payment method as the payment method selected last time by the user.

When the user's historical payment behavior is the payment method selected by the user while shopping for a period of time, the payment method currently recommended to the user may be the payment method selected the most number of times by the user during the period of time.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the current order number may be an order number generated based on goods currently purchased by the user. Therefore, the details of the current order can be inquired in the order system according to the current order number, and the details of the current order can be displayed on the payment interface. For example, the current order details may include any one or more of: commodity information, commodity preference information, commodity freight information, commodity receiving address and recipient information.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, when a user pays for a current order on a payment interface, the method may present on the payment interface a payment method determined from the user's historical payment behavior and/or details of the current order determined from the current order number. The current order details can be directly displayed on the payment interface, and can also be displayed after responding to the operation of clicking the control by the user. For example, if the payment interface is presented via a cell phone screen, in this case, the current order details may be hidden and presented when the user clicks on some control of the payment interface. For another example, if the payment interface is displayed through a computer screen, in this case, the current order details can be directly displayed on the computer screen, so that the current order details can be intelligently displayed.

Fig. 2 schematically shows a flowchart of a recommendation method of a payment means according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 2, the method further includes step S201 and step S202.

In step S201, it is determined whether there is a coupon in the default payment method of the system.

In step S202, if there is an offer in the default payment method of the system, the payment method including the offer is preferentially recommended to the user.

The method can recommend the current payment mode to the user according to the preference condition of the default payment mode of the system, so that the payment amount can be reduced for the user, and the user experience is further improved.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the default payment method of the system includes: bank card online, credit card staging, debit, balance, VA transfer, bank card transfer, convenience store payment, banners, and authenticated payment. For example, when there is an offer activity "bank card online", the payment method currently recommended to the user may be "bank card online". For another example, when there is an offer for both "bank card online" and "credit card installment," the payment method currently recommended to the user may be "bank card online" and "credit card installment.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, displaying, on the payment interface, a payment method currently recommended to the user may include: and displaying a payment mode determined according to the historical behavior of the user and a payment mode containing the preferential activity on the payment interface.

When the default payment mode of the system has the preferential activity, the payment mode containing the preferential activity can be preferentially recommended to the user, and the payment mode determined according to the historical behavior of the user and the payment mode containing the preferential activity can also be recommended to the user.

Fig. 3 schematically shows a flowchart of a recommendation method of a payment means according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 3, when the payment method including the discount activity is online with a bank card and/or a credit card, the method further includes steps S301 to S303.

In step S301, if there is no information about the bank card of the user in the system, the information about the bank card input by the user is received.

In step S302, it is determined whether there is a discount in the bank card information input by the user.

In step S303, if there is a discount activity in the information of the bank card input by the user, the amount of the current order after the discount is displayed on the payment interface.

In the method, if the system does not have the bank card information of the user, whether the bank card information input by the user has preferential activity is judged, and if the bank card information input by the user has the preferential activity, the amount of money after the current order is preferential is displayed on a payment interface, so that the user likes the payment mode more in the future to a certain extent, and the payment mode is popularized.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the bank card information may be, but is not limited to, a name of a bank, a card number of a bank card, a name of a user, a bank reservation contact phone, and the like. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the payment method including the offer activity may mean that the user may enjoy the offer when paying by using the payment method. For example, the preferential activity is nine folds, the amount of the order purchased by the user is 1000 yuan, and if the order is paid by using a payment mode including the preferential activity, the user only needs to pay 900, so that the beneficial effect of reducing the amount of the payment for the user is realized, and the user experience is improved.

Fig. 4 schematically shows a block diagram of a recommendation apparatus of a payment means according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 4, the recommendation apparatus 400 for payment means includes a first determination module 410, a second determination module 420 and a first presentation module 430.

The first determining module 410 is configured to determine a payment method currently recommended to a user according to a historical payment behavior of the user.

And a second determining module 420, configured to determine details of the current order according to the current order number.

A first display module 430, configured to display details of the payment method and/or the current order on a payment interface.

The payment mode recommending device 400 can determine the currently recommended payment mode to the user according to the historical payment behaviors of the user, so that the problem that a plurality of payment modes are recommended by default by a system in the prior art and are selected by the user by mistake is at least partially solved, and the user can quickly finish payment. And the details of the payment mode and/or the current order are displayed on the payment interface, so that the user can conveniently confirm the order without quitting the payment interface for checking, and the user experience is improved.

According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the recommendation device 400 for payment methods is used for implementing the recommendation method for payment methods described in the embodiment of fig. 1.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first display module 430 is further configured to display, on the payment interface, a payment method determined according to the historical behavior of the user and a payment method including the offer.

Fig. 5 schematically shows a block diagram of a recommendation apparatus of a payment means according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 5, the payment method recommending apparatus 500 further includes a first determining module 510 and a recommending module 520.

The first determining module 510 is configured to determine whether a discount activity exists in a default payment method of the system.

And the recommending module 520 preferentially recommends the payment mode containing the preferential activity to the user if the preferential activity exists.

The payment mode recommending device 500 can recommend the current payment mode to the user according to the preference condition of the default payment mode of the system, so that the payment amount can be reduced for the user, and the user experience is further improved.

According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the recommendation apparatus 500 for payment methods is used to implement the recommendation method for payment methods described in the embodiment of fig. 2.

As shown in fig. 6, when the payment method including the offer is online with a bank card and/or a credit card, the recommendation device 600 for payment method further includes a receiving module 610, a second determination module 620 and a second display module 630.

The receiving module 610 receives the bank card information input by the user if the bank card information of the user is not available in the system.

And the second judging module 620 is configured to judge whether the bank card information input by the user has a preference.

And a second display module 630, if yes, displaying the amount of the current order after the offer on the payment interface.

In the payment mode recommendation device 600, if there is no bank card information of the user in the system, it is determined whether there is a discount activity in the bank card information input by the user, and if there is a discount activity in the bank card information input by the user, the amount of money after the current order is discounted is displayed on a payment interface, so that the user likes the payment mode more in the future to a certain extent, and the payment mode is promoted.

It is understood that the first determining module 410, the second determining module 420, the first presenting module 430, the first judging module 510, the recommending module 520, the receiving module 610, the second judging module 620, and the second presenting module 630 may be combined into one module to be implemented, or any one of them may be split into a plurality of modules. Alternatively, at least part of the functionality of one or more of these modules may be combined with at least part of the functionality of the other modules and implemented in one module. According to an embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the first determining module 410, the second determining module 420, the first presenting module 430, the first judging module 510, the recommending module 520, the receiving module 610, the second judging module 620, and the second presenting module 630 may be at least partially implemented as a hardware circuit, such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), a system on a chip, a system on a substrate, a system on a package, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be implemented in hardware or firmware in any other reasonable manner of integrating or packaging a circuit, or in a suitable combination of three implementations of software, hardware, and firmware. Alternatively, at least one of the first determining module 410, the second determining module 420, the first presenting module 430, the first judging module 510, the recommending module 520, the receiving module 610, the second judging module 620, and the second presenting module 630 may be at least partially implemented as a computer program module, which when executed by a computer, may perform the functions of the respective modules.

Fig. 7 schematically shows a block diagram of a computer system of a recommendation apparatus of a payment means according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The computer system illustrated in FIG. 7 is only one example and should not impose any limitations on the scope of use or functionality of embodiments of the disclosure.

As shown in fig. 7, a computer system 700 of a recommendation apparatus of a payment means according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor 701, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from a storage section 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. The processor 701 may include, for example, a general purpose microprocessor (e.g., a CPU), an instruction set processor and/or associated chipset, and/or a special purpose microprocessor (e.g., an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), among others. The processor 701 may also include on-board memory for caching purposes. The processor 701 may comprise a single processing unit or a plurality of processing units for performing the different actions of the method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure described with reference to fig. 1-3.

In the RAM703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 700 are stored. The processor 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM703 are connected to each other by a bus 704. The processor 701 executes various steps of the recommendation method of the payment means described above with reference to fig. 1 to 3 by executing the programs in the ROM 702 and/or the RAM 703. Note that the program may also be stored in one or more memories other than the ROM 702 and the RAM 703. The processor 701 may also perform the various steps of the method of recommending a payment means described above with reference to fig. 1-3 by executing a program stored in the one or more memories.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the system 700 may also include an input/output (I/O) interface 707, the input/output (I/O) interface 707 also being connected to the bus 704. The system 700 may also include one or more of the following components connected to the I/O interface 705: an input portion 706 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 707 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 708 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 709 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 709 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 710 is also connected to the I/O interface 705 as needed. A removable medium 711 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 710 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 708 as necessary.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method described above with reference to the flow chart may be implemented as a computer software program. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 709, and/or installed from the removable medium 711. The computer program, when executed by the processor 701, performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the embodiment of the present disclosure. The systems, devices, apparatuses, modules, units, etc. described above may be implemented by computer program modules according to embodiments of the present disclosure.

It should be noted that the computer readable media shown in the present disclosure may be computer readable signal media or computer readable storage media or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In contrast, in the present disclosure, a computer-readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer-readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer-readable medium may include the ROM 702 and/or the RAM703 and/or one or more memories other than the ROM 702 and the RAM703 described above.

The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.

As another aspect, the present disclosure also provides a computer-readable medium, which may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to perform a method of recommending a payment means according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method comprises the following steps: determining a payment mode recommended to a user currently according to historical payment behaviors of the user; determining details of the current order according to the current order number; and displaying the details of the payment mode and/or the current order on a payment interface.

Although the embodiments are described separately above, this does not mean that the measures in the embodiments cannot be used in advantageous combination. Various alternatives and modifications can be devised by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present disclosure, and such alternatives and modifications are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
