9. The magnolol and/or honokiol-containing feed additive according to claim 6, wherein: the organic acid is any one or more of lactic acid, formic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, citric acid, fumaric acid and salts thereof;

the functional oligosaccharide is any one or more of mannan oligosaccharide, chitosan oligosaccharide and fructooligosaccharide;

the probiotics are any one or more of bacillus coagulans, bacillus subtilis, clostridium butyricum and lactobacillus;

the carrier is any one of wheat bran, defatted rice bran and rice hull powder.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of livestock and poultry breeding, and particularly relates to application of magnolol and/or honokiol in a feed additive in poultry breeding.

Background

Since the 40 th of the 20 th century, antibiotics are widely applied to livestock and poultry breeding as feed additives, can reduce the diarrhea rate of animals under certain conditions, regulate intestinal microbial flora, inhibit pathogenic bacteria and host competitive nutrient substances, and accordingly improve the growth performance of the animals and the utilization rate of the feed.

Statistically, among the currently used feed antibiotics in the world, 42% of the growth-promoting antibiotics account for the growth, and only 18% of the antibiotics account for the treatment. The phenomenon of antibiotic abuse is widespread. The long-term use of antibiotics can cause the drug resistance problem of pathogenic bacteria, also can destroy the micro-ecological balance in the intestinal tracts of livestock and poultry, and cause endogenous infection or double infection, so that the cellular immunity and the humoral immunity of the livestock and poultry are reduced, and the production performance is influenced; antibiotics generate residues in livestock and poultry products such as meat, eggs and milk, directly threaten the health and safety of human bodies, and have adverse effects on public health.

With the increasing concern of human beings on food safety, safety problems such as antibiotic and chemical drug residues become more and more prominent, and the development of the feed industry and the breeding industry is seriously hindered.

The intestinal health is the most important factor for the healthy growth of livestock and poultry. Therefore, the nutrition regulation and control means can promote the intestinal health degree, the immunologic function and the nutrition absorption function, improve the intestinal microecology, and is an important means for ensuring the organism health of livestock and poultry and improving the production performance of livestock and poultry.

Magnolol and honokiol are main active ingredients of cortex magnoliae officinalis, and have multiple physiological functions of resisting oxidation, inflammation and tumor. Previous research results prove that magnolol and honokiol have the following effects on common intestinal pathogens of chickens in vitro: the escherichia coli, the salmonella pullorum and the clostridium perfringens have obvious inhibiting effect; magnolol and honokiol can also be used for improving livestock and poultry intestinal immunity, promoting intestinal mucosa development, maintaining digestive tract microecological balance, and improving tissue antioxidant ability to ensure livestock and poultry intestinal health. Therefore, the development of the feed additive which takes magnolol and honokiol as main active ingredients and can replace antibiotics is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of the livestock industry.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method for effectively promoting the development of intestinal mucosa, improving the oxidation resistance of the intestinal tract and effectively relieving the intestinal injury caused by pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal tract of poultry aiming at the health of the intestinal tract of the poultry. The invention relates to an application of magnolol and/or honokiol in preparing a feed additive for improving the intestinal health of poultry.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: application of magnolol and/or honokiol in poultry breeding, and application of magnolol and/or honokiol in feed additives for promoting intestinal villus development and improving intestinal mucosa oxidation resistance.

Preferably, the magnolol and/or honokiol is applied to poultry breeding, and the magnolol and/or honokiol is applied to feed additives for relieving poultry intestinal pathogenic bacteria infection, stress-caused intestinal injury and production performance reduction.

Preferably, the magnolol and/or honokiol is applied to poultry breeding, and the magnolol and/or honokiol is applied to feed additives for reducing feed conversion ratio.

Preferably, the magnolol and/or honokiol are/is applied to poultry breeding, and the feed additive containing magnolol and honokiol is used for daily ration of broiler chickens, wherein the weight ratio of magnolol to honokiol is 1: 2-3.

Preferably, the feed additive containing magnolol and/or honokiol as described above has a content of magnolol and/or honokiol of 20-30%.

Preferably, the feed additive containing magnolol and/or honokiol as described above has a mass concentration of 0.5-1kg/t in the feed.

Preferably, the feed additive containing magnolol and/or honokiol as described above, wherein the organic acid is any one or more of lactic acid, formic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, citric acid, fumaric acid and salts thereof;

Depending on the purpose of use, magnolol and/or honokiol, when applied to a pharmaceutical or feed additive for improving the intestinal health of poultry, may contain, in addition to the compositions of the preferred embodiments listed above, other natural or synthetic substances having a synergistic effect on their basic active ingredients.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

(1) the invention discovers new application of known compounds magnolol and honokiol in promoting intestinal development and ensuring intestinal health, and develops new application fields.

(2) The invention is a safe and efficient feed additive, improves the production performance of livestock and poultry by regulating and controlling the intestinal health, has no side effect on the livestock and poultry, and is not easy to generate drug resistance.

(3) According to the invention, appropriate amounts of organic acid, functional oligosaccharide, vitamin E and probiotics cooperate with magnolol and honokiol to exert biological activity, so that intestinal villus development is promoted, and poultry production performance is improved.
