1. A cigarette separation drum wheel is characterized by comprising a fixed seat, a wheel body, a sliding block mechanism and a magnetic adsorption mechanism; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the fixed seat is provided with a first air inlet, a first air outlet and a second air outlet, and the first air inlet is communicated with the first air outlet and the second air outlet;

the wheel body comprises a wheel main body and a sliding shaft, the wheel main body is abutted against the fixed seat, a plurality of first smoke grooves are formed in the wheel main body, first smoke suction holes are formed in the first smoke grooves, and the sliding shaft is located on the end face of the wheel main body;

2. A cigarette separation drum according to claim 1 wherein a seal is provided between the retaining base and the wheel body.

3. A cigarette separation drum according to claim 2 wherein the seals are graphite discs.

4. A cigarette separation drum according to claim 1, wherein the first smoke groove and the second smoke groove extend in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation of the wheel body.

5. A cigarette separation drum as in claim 1 wherein the slider assembly further comprises a support rod, the two ends of the support rod are fixedly connected to the slider body and the first magnetic attraction member, respectively.

6. A cigarette separation drum as in claim 5 wherein the cigarette separation drum further comprises a limiting disc fixedly connected to the support rod;

the reset piece is a compression spring, and the compression spring is installed on the supporting rod and is abutted to the end face of the wheel main body facing the limiting disc.

7. A cigarette separation drum as in claim 1 wherein the magnetic attraction mechanism further comprises a positioning bracket on which the second magnetic attraction is mounted.

8. A cigarette separation drum as claimed in claim 1 wherein the magnetic attraction zone is provided with a plurality of second magnetic attraction members, and the second magnetic attraction members located in the middle region of the slider mechanism in the direction of rotation are more magnetically attracted than the second magnetic attraction members located at the ends of the slider mechanism in the direction of rotation.

9. A cigarette separation drum according to claim 8 wherein the surface area of the first magnetically attractive element facing the second magnetically attractive element is greater than the surface area of a single second magnetically attractive element facing the first magnetically attractive element.

10. A cigarette separation drum as in any one of claims 1 to 9 wherein the holder is further provided with a second air inlet, the spool is provided with a third air outlet, the second air inlet is in communication with the third air outlet, and a gas discharged from the third air outlet forms a gas film between the slider body and the spool.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of cigarette production, in particular to a cigarette separating drum wheel.

Background

Cigarette manufacturing equipment is a cigarette manufacturing facility, and a filter tip assembler is an important component, and a cigarette separating drum is a key component of the filter tip assembler. The cigarette separating drum can separate the cut double non-filter cigarettes into single non-filter cigarettes so as to carry out the filter assembly process of the next step.

The existing cigarette separation drum wheel is of an end face cam or groove cam type structure, a cam is stationary, a guide rod rotates along the end face of the cam, a connecting rod moves back and forth along with the cam with the height changing, the connecting rod drives a sliding block on the drum wheel, cigarettes on the sliding block move along with the sliding block, and separation operation is achieved. In the actual use process, parts such as a linear bearing, a sliding block, an end face cam (or a groove cam), a spring and the like of the cigarette separating drum wheel are frequently subjected to contact wear and damage, the damaged parts are difficult to maintain, and the maintenance cost is high.

Therefore, how to provide a cigarette separation drum capable of effectively reducing the abrasion and damage of parts becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

One purpose of the invention is to provide a new technical scheme of a cigarette separating drum wheel which can effectively reduce the abrasion and damage of parts.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, a cigarette separation drum is provided.

The cigarette separation drum comprises a fixed seat, a wheel body, a sliding block mechanism and a magnetic adsorption mechanism; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the fixed seat is provided with a first air inlet, a first air outlet and a second air outlet, and the first air inlet is communicated with the first air outlet and the second air outlet;

the wheel body comprises a wheel main body and a sliding shaft, the wheel main body is abutted against the fixed seat, a plurality of first smoke grooves are formed in the wheel main body, first smoke suction holes are formed in the first smoke grooves, and the sliding shaft is located on the end face of the wheel main body;

the sliding block mechanism comprises a plurality of sliding block components, each sliding block component comprises a sliding block body, a first magnetic suction piece and a reset piece, the sliding block bodies are in sliding fit with the sliding shafts, a plurality of second smoke grooves are formed in the sliding block bodies, second smoke suction holes are formed in the second smoke grooves, the second smoke grooves and the first smoke grooves are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the sliding block bodies of the sliding block components are arranged along the central shaft of the wheel main body in an annular mode, the first magnetic suction pieces are located at one ends, far away from the wheel main body, of the sliding block bodies, and the reset pieces are arranged to be used for resetting the sliding block bodies to enable the distance between the corresponding second smoke grooves and the corresponding first smoke grooves to be the minimum distance;

the wheel body and the sliding block mechanism are arranged to synchronously rotate relative to the fixed seat;

the magnetic adsorption mechanism comprises a magnetic adsorption area and a non-magnetic adsorption area, and a second magnetic part is arranged in the magnetic adsorption area;

the cigarette separating drum wheel has a cigarette separating state and a cigarette releasing state;

in the smoke distribution state, the first magnetic suction piece rotates to the magnetic adsorption area and is magnetically adsorbed with the second magnetic suction piece, and the wheel body and the slider body rotate relative to the fixed seat to the first smoke suction hole and the second smoke suction hole which are respectively communicated with the first air outlet and the second air outlet;

in the smoke releasing state, the first magnetic attraction piece rotates to the non-magnetic attraction area, and the wheel body and the slider body rotate relative to the fixing seat to the first smoke absorption hole and the second smoke absorption hole which are respectively staggered with the first air outlet and the second air outlet.

Optionally, a sealing member is disposed between the fixing seat and the wheel main body.

Optionally, the sealing element is a graphite disc.

Optionally, the extending directions of the first smoke groove and the second smoke groove are both parallel to the rotating shaft of the wheel body.

Optionally, the slider assembly further comprises a support rod, and two ends of the support rod are respectively fixedly connected with the slider body and the first magnetic attraction piece.

Optionally, the cigarette separation drum further comprises a limiting disc, and the limiting disc is fixedly connected with the support rod;

the reset piece is a compression spring, and the compression spring is installed on the supporting rod and is abutted to the end face of the wheel main body facing the limiting disc.

Optionally, the magnetic adsorption mechanism further comprises a positioning bracket, and the second magnetic attraction piece is mounted on the positioning bracket.

Optionally, a plurality of second magnetic attraction pieces are arranged in the magnetic attraction area, and the magnetic force of the second magnetic attraction pieces in the middle area in the rotation direction of the slider mechanism is greater than the magnetic force of the second magnetic attraction pieces at two ends in the rotation direction of the slider mechanism.

Optionally, the surface area of the first magnetic attraction piece facing the second magnetic attraction piece is larger than the surface area of the single second magnetic attraction piece facing the first magnetic attraction piece.

Optionally, a second air inlet is further formed in the fixing seat, a third air outlet is formed in the sliding shaft, the second air inlet is communicated with the third air outlet, and an air film is formed between the sliding block body and the sliding shaft due to gas discharged from the third air outlet.

The cigarette separation drum wheel disclosed enables double-cut non-filter cigarette separation which is absorbed in the first cigarette groove and the second cigarette groove through the magnetic absorption between the first magnetic absorption piece and the second magnetic absorption piece in the cigarette separating state, and releases cigarettes in the first cigarette groove and the second cigarette groove to the next procedure in the cigarette releasing state. The cigarette separating drum wheel magnetic adsorption separation mode effectively reduces abrasion among parts and avoids high maintenance cost.

Other features of the present invention and advantages thereof will become apparent from the following detailed description of exemplary embodiments thereof, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Detailed Description

Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.

The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.

Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.

In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the cigarette separation drum of the present disclosure includes a fixing base 1, a wheel body 2, a slider mechanism, and a magnetic adsorption mechanism 4.

The fixed seat 1 is provided with a first air inlet 11, a first air outlet 12 and a second air outlet 13. The first air inlet 11 is communicated with the first air outlet 12 and the second air outlet 13. The first air inlet 11 can make the first air outlet 12 and the second air outlet 13 be negative pressure to adsorb cigarettes.

The fixing base 1 may have a base and a central axis, the first air inlet 11 is located on the base, and the first air outlet 12 and the second air outlet 13 are located on the central axis. In specific implementation, the first outlet 12 and the second outlet 13 may be semicircular openings.

The wheel body 2 includes a wheel main body 21 and a slide shaft 22. The wheel main body 21 abuts against the fixed seat 1. The wheel main body 21 is provided with a plurality of first smoke grooves 210, and first smoke absorbing holes 2100 are formed in the first smoke grooves 210. When the first smoking hole 2100 is communicated with the first air outlet 12, the cigarette can be absorbed in the first cigarette groove 210. The first smoking apertures 2100 in each first cigarette groove 210 may be provided in plurality to more reliably absorb cigarettes. The slide shaft 22 is located on an end surface of the wheel main body 21. The slide shaft 22 has a plurality of members.

The slider mechanism comprises a plurality of slider assemblies 3. The slider assembly 3 includes a slider body 31, a first magnetic attracting member 32, and a restoring member 33. The slider body 31 is slidably fitted to the slide shaft 22. In specific implementation, the slider body 31 can be simultaneously in sliding fit with the plurality of sliding shafts 22, so as to improve the sliding smoothness of the slider body 31. The slider body 31 is provided with a plurality of second smoke grooves 310, and second smoke absorbing holes 3100 are arranged in the second smoke grooves 310. When the second smoking hole 3100 is communicated with the second air outlet 13, the cigarettes can be absorbed in the second cigarette groove 310. The second smoking holes 3100 in each second smoking slot 310 may be provided in plurality to more reliably absorb the cigarettes. The second smoke groove 310 is disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the first smoke groove 210. Each set of corresponding first and second flutes 210, 310 may constitute a long flute, which may be equal to or greater than double the length of a non-filter cigarette.

The slider bodies 31 of the plurality of slider assemblies 3 are arranged in the circumferential direction along the center axis of the wheel main body 21. In particular, the outer surfaces of the plurality of slider bodies 31 may be formed in a shape having the same curvature as the outer surface of the wheel main body 21.

The first magnetic attraction piece 32 is located at one end of the slider body 31 away from the wheel main body 21. The first magnetic attraction 32 can be, for example, an electromagnet or a permanent magnet.

The restoring member 33 may be used to restore the slider body 31 to a minimum distance between the corresponding second cigarette groove 310 and the first cigarette groove 210. The minimum distance may be 0, i.e. the ends of the first smoke groove 210 and the second smoke groove 310 abut. When the minimum spacing is 0, first flute 210 and second flute 310 may be configured such that the length of the long flute may be equal to the length of a double length of a non-filter cigarette. The return member 33 may be, for example, a return spring.

The wheel body 2 and the sliding block mechanism synchronously rotate relative to the fixed seat 1.

The magnetic adsorption mechanism 4 includes a magnetic adsorption region and a non-magnetic adsorption region. The second magnetic attraction part 41 is arranged in the magnetic attraction area. The second magnetic attracting element 41 can be, for example, an electromagnet or a permanent magnet. When the first magnetic attraction member 32 rotates to the magnetic attraction region, it can magnetically attract the second magnetic attraction member 41, and at this time, the slider assembly 3 moves toward the second magnetic attraction member 41. When the first magnetic attraction member 32 rotates to the non-magnetic attraction region, the slider assembly 3 moves away from the magnetic attraction mechanism 4 under the action of the reset member 33.

The cigarette separating drum wheel has a cigarette separating state and a cigarette releasing state.

In the smoke separating state, the first magnetic attraction piece 32 on the slider assembly 3 rotates to the magnetic attraction area and magnetically attracts the second magnetic attraction piece 41, and at this time, the slider body 31 moves along the sliding shaft 22 toward the magnetic attraction mechanism 4. Simultaneously with the movement of the slider body 31 on the slide shaft 22, the wheel body 2 and the slider body 31 rotate relative to the fixing base 1 until the first smoking hole 2100 and the second smoking hole 3100 communicate with the first outlet 12 and the second outlet 13, respectively. At this time, the first smoking hole 2100 and the second smoking hole 3100 may generate an adsorption force and adsorb the cut double non-filter cigarettes transferred from the previous process of the cigarette separation drum into the first tobacco chute 210 and the second tobacco chute 310. This double no filter cigarette that cuts is good can separate and obtain two complete no filter cigarettes. The cigarettes adsorbed in the second cigarette groove 310 move along the slide shaft 22 along with the slide block body 31, and separation of the cigarettes adsorbed in the first cigarette groove 210 and the second cigarette groove 310 is realized.

In the smoke releasing state, the first magnetic attraction piece 32 rotates to the non-magnetic attraction area, and the slider body 31 is reset to the corresponding distance between the second smoke groove 310 and the first smoke groove 210 under the reset action of the reset piece 33 and gradually decreases. Meanwhile, the wheel body 2 and the slider body 31 rotate relative to the fixing base 1 to the first smoking hole 2100 and the second smoking hole 3100 to be staggered with the first air outlet 12 and the second air outlet 13, respectively. At this point the suction of the first and second smoking holes 2100, 3100 is lost and the separated non-filter cigarettes can leave the first and second flutes 210, 310. During the rotation of the wheel body 2 and the slider body 31, the cigarette separating drum releases the cigarettes in the first cigarette groove 210 and the second cigarette groove 310 at corresponding positions, and the released cigarettes can enter the next process.

The cigarette separation drum disclosed by the invention separates the cut double-no-filter cigarettes adsorbed in the first cigarette groove 210 and the second cigarette groove 310 through the magnetic adsorption between the first magnetic adsorption piece 32 and the second magnetic adsorption piece 41 in the cigarette separating state, and releases the cigarettes in the first cigarette groove 210 and the second cigarette groove 310 to the next procedure in the cigarette releasing state. The cigarette separating drum wheel magnetic adsorption separation mode effectively reduces abrasion among parts and avoids high maintenance cost.

In one embodiment of the cigarette separating drum of the present disclosure, a seal 5 is provided between the holder 1 and the wheel body 21. The sealing member 5 can maintain the sealing property between the fixing base 1 and the wheel main body 21, thereby avoiding the problem of air leakage. In particular, the seal 5 may be a graphite disk. The graphite plate can be conveniently replaced by a new graphite plate with low cost after being worn.

In one embodiment of the cigarette separating drum of the present disclosure, in order to more efficiently separate and release cigarettes, the first smoke groove 210 and the second smoke groove 310 both extend in a direction parallel to the rotational axis of the wheel 2 and/or the slider assembly 3.

In one embodiment of the cigarette separating drum of the present disclosure, the slider assembly 3 further comprises a support rod 34. The two ends of the support rod 34 are respectively fixedly connected with the slider body 31 and the first magnetic attraction piece 32. The provision of the support rods 34 facilitates a more rational arrangement of the parts of the cigarette separating drum and improves the sliding stability of the slider assembly 3.

Further, a cigarette separation drum still includes spacing dish 6, and spacing dish 6 and bracing piece 34 fixed connection. The restoring member 33 is a compression spring, and the compression spring is mounted on the support rod 34 and abuts against the end surface of the limiting plate 6 facing the wheel main body 21. The support bar 34 may be provided with a step surface in which the compression spring may be positioned.

In one embodiment of the cigarette separating drum of the present disclosure, in order to more conveniently arrange the second magnetic attracting member 41, the magnetic attracting mechanism 4 further includes a positioning bracket 42. The second magnetic member 41 is mounted on the positioning bracket 42. The positioning bracket 42 may have a certain clearance with the limiting plate 6.

In an embodiment of the cigarette separating drum of the present disclosure, a plurality of second magnetic attraction pieces 41 are disposed in the magnetic attraction area, and the magnetic force of the second magnetic attraction piece 41 located in the middle area of the sliding block mechanism in the rotation direction is greater than the magnetic force of the second magnetic attraction pieces 41 located at the two ends of the sliding block mechanism in the rotation direction. By such arrangement, when the first magnetic attraction piece 32 enters and leaves the magnetic attraction area, the magnetic force applied to the first magnetic attraction piece 32 is smaller than the magnetic force applied to the first magnetic attraction piece 32 in the middle area of the magnetic attraction area, and the magnetic force applied to the first magnetic attraction piece 32 shows a trend of changing from small to large and then decreasing in the magnetic attraction area. When the magnetic force applied to the first magnetic element 32 changes as above, the slider body 31 operates stably and is not easy to vibrate, so that the cigarettes in the slider body 31 can be effectively prevented from accidentally falling off the second cigarette slot 310.

The number of the second magnetic attracting elements 41 is not particularly limited in this disclosure. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, as the number of the second magnetic attraction pieces 41 increases, the variation of the magnetic force received by the first magnetic attraction piece 32 will tend to balance and the operation of the slider body 31 will be more stable.

Further, in order to improve the stability of the operation of the slider assembly 3, the surface area of the first magnetic attraction member 32 facing the second magnetic attraction member 41 is larger than the surface area of the single second magnetic attraction member 41 facing the first magnetic attraction member 32. In one embodiment, the first magnetic member 32 can have a fan shape, and the second magnetic member 41 can have a block shape.

In one embodiment of the cigarette separating drum of the present disclosure, the fixing base 1 is further provided with a second air inlet 14. The second air inlet 14 may be located on the seat body of the fixing seat 1. The sliding shaft 22 is provided with a third air outlet 220. The third air outlets 220 may be uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the slide shaft 22. The second air inlet 14 is communicated with the third air outlet 220, and the air discharged from the third air outlet 220 forms an air film between the slider body 31 and the slide shaft 22. The third air outlet 220 is beneficial to reducing the friction between the slider body 31 and the sliding shaft 22, so that the abrasion of parts of the cigarette separation drum is reduced.
