1. An environmental protection combination formula straw structure which characterized in that it includes:

a first straw part which is a concave strip body and is provided with a first end part and a second end part, and the first end part and the second end part are respectively provided with a first combining part; and

a second straw part which is a concave strip body and is provided with a third end part and a fourth end part, and the third end part and the fourth end part are respectively provided with a second combination part;

wherein the first combining part and the second combining part are combined in a separable and airtight way, so that the first straw part and the second straw part form the environment-friendly combined straw structure.

2. The combination environmental straw structure of claim 1, wherein: wherein the first end part and the third end part are combined into a whole by a bendable plate body; the second end part and the fourth end part are buckled into a whole by at least one buckle.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an environment-friendly combined straw structure, in particular to an environment-friendly combined straw structure applied to reusable beverage tableware.

Background

Regarding packaged beverages, it is a beverage that is used almost in everyday life, however, a straw is often used when drinking the packaged beverage; in the market at present, due to the consideration of cost and convenience, the straws are mostly discarded after being used once, and after being discarded in the environment for a long time, the straws have a serious burden on land and even marine ecology.

At present, many countries and users have recognized the importance of environmental protection, and many proposals have been made to replace disposable straws with non-disposable straws, so as to achieve the goals of reducing waste and protecting environment.

In the current market, it is urgent to develop a straw that can be reused and can be easily and thoroughly cleaned. And can be accepted by users only in this way, and then is widely used and fully replaces the disposable straw, so as to achieve the goal of environmental protection.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention relates to an environment-friendly combined straw structure, which mainly solves the problems that a straw cannot be effectively cleaned and the disposable straw causes environmental protection.

The invention provides an environment-friendly combined straw structure, which comprises: a first straw part which is a concave strip body and is provided with a first end part and a second end part, and the first end part and the second end part are respectively provided with a first combining part; the second straw part is a concave elongated body and is provided with a third end part and a fourth end part, and the third end part and the fourth end part are respectively provided with a second combination part; wherein the first combining part and the second combining part are combined in a separable and airtight way, so that the first straw part and the second straw part form a straw structure in a protection and combination way.

In the environment-friendly combined straw structure, the first end part and the third end part are combined into a whole by the bendable plate body; the second end part and the fourth end part are buckled into a whole by at least one buckle.

In an environment-friendly combined straw structure, the first combining parts are all concave parts, the second combining parts are all convex parts, and the concave parts and the convex parts form a male part and a female part which are tightly attached to each other when being combined.

In an environment-friendly combined straw structure, the first combining portions are all inverted t-shaped sliding grooves, the second combining portions are also all inverted t-shaped sliding rails, and the inverted t-shaped sliding grooves and the inverted t-shaped sliding rails are combined to form a close fit.

In the above-mentioned combined environmental protection straw structure, the inverted t-shaped chute is formed with an inclination angle.

In the above structure of the environment-friendly combined straw, the inverted t-shaped chute is provided with a stop unit at the side of the suction nozzle.

In an embodiment, the first straw portion and the second straw portion are made of metal.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the first combining portion has a first spiral combining unit, the second combining portion has a second spiral combining unit, and the first spiral combining unit and the second spiral combining unit are combined to form a tight fit.

In an environment-friendly combined straw structure, the first straw part and the second straw part are combined to form a bent structure.

In the environment-friendly combined straw structure, the first straw part and the second straw part are combined to form a chopstick-shaped structure.

By implementing the invention, at least the following progressive effects can be achieved:

firstly, the straw is convenient to clean and reuse.

And secondly, the disposable straw can be completely replaced, and the effect of environmental protection is achieved.

Thirdly, the disposable chopsticks can be completely replaced, and the effect of environmental protection is achieved.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1A to fig. 1B, the present embodiment is an environmental protection straw structure 100, which includes: a first straw portion 10; and a second straw portion 20.

For example, the first straw part 10 is a first half of a straw cut along the long axis of the straw, and therefore the first straw part 10 is a concave elongated body and has a first end 110 and a second end 120, and the first end 110 and the second end 120 each have a first coupling part 130.

The second straw part 20 is a second half of a straw cut along the long axis of the straw, and is also a concave strip having a third end 210 and a fourth end 220, and the third end 210 and the fourth end 220 have a second coupling portion 230, respectively.

In order to achieve the effect of easy cleaning and straw usage, the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 230 are not only separable for easy cleaning, but also the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 230 must be able to be tightly combined, so that the first straw portion 10 and the second straw portion 20 form the straw structure 100.

The above-described eco-friendly combined straw structure 100 will be described again in terms of various coupling modes of the first straw part 10 and the second straw part 20 as follows:

When the above-mentioned buckled environmental protection combined straw structure 100 is used as a straw, the first straw part 10 and the second straw part 20 can be tightly combined into a whole by the buckle 320, and after the straw structure is used, the buckle 320 can be loosened to unfold the first straw part 10 and the second straw part 20, so that the straw structure can be cleaned without dead angles.

As shown in fig. 3A to 3D, the chute-type coupling method: the first combining parts 130 of the first straw part 10 are designed into inverted T-shaped chutes 410; the second combining parts 230 of the second suction pipe part 20 are all inverted T-shaped sliding rails 420; and when the inverted T-shaped sliding groove 410 and the inverted T-shaped sliding rail 420 are combined, a tightly-attached structure is formed.

In the above-mentioned chute-type combined straw structure 100, in order to facilitate the combination of the first straw part 10 and the second straw part 20, the inverted t-shaped chute 410 of the first straw part 10 may be designed to form an inclined angle Φ1. In order to avoid too much protrusion when the inverted t-shaped sliding rail 420 is combined with the inverted t-shaped sliding chute 410, a stop unit 430 may be provided on the nozzle side of the inverted t-shaped sliding chute 410 near the mouth of the user.

As shown in fig. 4A to 4B, the metal spiral bonding method: when the first straw part 10 and the second straw part 20 are made of metal, particularly food grade stainless steel, the first coupling part 130 of the first straw part 10 is designed to have a first spiral coupling unit 510, the second coupling part 230 of the second straw part 20 is designed to have a second spiral coupling unit 520, and the first spiral coupling unit 510 and the second spiral coupling unit 520 are coupled to each other to form a tightly attached structure.

The environmentally friendly combined straw structure 100 can be implemented according to the different combination methods, and can also be implemented with different shapes, and the implementation method is described as follows:

as shown in fig. 5A to 5B, when the user can conveniently suck the beverage, the first straw part 10 and the second straw part 20 of the eco-friendly combined straw structure 100 may be respectively designed to have bending parts 610 that can be engaged with each other, so that the eco-friendly combined straw structure 100 may be formed with a bending structure.

As shown in fig. 6A to 6B, in order to meet the environmental protection objective, the first straw part 10 and the second straw part 20 of the environmentally friendly combined straw structure 100 may be respectively designed to have tapered parts 620 that can be engaged with each other, so that the environmentally friendly combined straw structure 100 can maintain the function of a straw and can form a chopstick-shaped structure to be used as chopsticks.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
