Technical Field

The invention relates to a gear display device, in particular to a water leakage prevention gear display device which adopts an injection molding process, has no any gap, can effectively prevent a circuit board from being damaged due to infiltration of beverage and rainwater and can automatically adjust the brightness.

Background

With the development of domestic economy, the automobile is no longer an expensive consumable but is a common transportation tool. Many people like the automobile with the skylight version, the air circulation is good, and the feeling is comfortable. However, the automobile has the disadvantages that the skylight is often forgotten to be closed, and if the automobile is exposed to rainy days, rainwater is accumulated and leaks, so that electronic components in the automobile are damaged. The design purpose of the water leakage prevention structure of the light box is to solve the problem of water seepage of the light box.

The existing light display box is characterized in that a light display sheet is fixed on the light box by a double-sided adhesive tape after surface treatment, and a circuit board is arranged below the display sheet. The waterproof lamp box has a certain waterproof function, and particularly, if water or liquid is poured right away and is wiped clean immediately, the waterproof lamp box cannot be affected, but if the water stays for a long time, the water can slowly permeate into the lamp box, and a circuit board is short-circuited or otherwise damaged. The water leakage prevention structure of the light box can effectively prevent water or any other liquid from entering.

The common gear display brightness may consider the acceptable degree of the user to the light brightness, a constant brightness is set, and any adjustment cannot be carried out; however, the requirements of different users for the brightness of the interior light are different, and a gear display capable of automatically adjusting the brightness is urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, the present invention is directed to a water leakage prevention gear display device that employs an injection molding process, has no gap, can effectively prevent damage to a circuit board due to infiltration of a beverage or rainwater, and can automatically adjust brightness.

The invention solves the technical problems through the following technical scheme: a water leakage prevention gear display device is arranged on a secondary instrument panel; this gear display device of leak protection water includes: the light display device comprises a light display sheet, a light display sheet mounting seat, a single-sided adhesive tape, a light guide plate, a support, a circuit board and a sealing cover.

And a sealing structure is arranged between the light display piece and the light display piece mounting seat.

The light guide plate and the circuit board are both fixedly arranged on the support; the light guide plate is provided with a plurality of bulges; the support is internally provided with a plurality of grooves matched with the bulges of the light guide plate.

The water leakage prevention gear display device is also provided with a brightness adjusting system.

In an embodiment of the invention, the sealing structure arranged between the light display piece and the light display piece mounting seat is a combination structure of a sealing groove and a sealing ring.

In a specific implementation example of the present invention, the brightness adjustment system includes an adjustment button rotatably disposed on a gear panel or a center console in the vehicle, a control module disposed in the gear shift mechanism, a PCB disposed below the gear panel, and a plurality of LED lamps disposed on the PCB, wherein the LED lamps are respectively disposed under different gears of the gear panel for illuminating the gears; the PCB is connected with the control module through a wire harness.

In an embodiment of the invention, the light display sheet is a hardened film.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the hardened film is in the range of 0.25 to 0.30 mm.

In an embodiment of the invention, the single-sided tape has an adhesive on a side close to the light guide plate.

In a specific implementation example of the invention, the light display piece is formed by injecting gear mark characters on one side close to the single-sided adhesive tape.

In an embodiment of the invention, the circuit board is mounted on the support by clamping or welding.

In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the single-sided tape ranges from: 0.8-1 mm.

In an embodiment of the present invention, white reflective paper is disposed on the bottom surface and the side surface of the light guide plate.

The positive progress effects of the invention are as follows: the water leakage prevention gear position display device is characterized in that the light display piece is formed by adopting an IMD (in-mold decoration) film inner injection molding process, and then the light display piece is used as an insert to be secondarily injected into an assembly of a light box, so that the surfaces of the light display piece are integrated into a whole, no gap exists, and water immersion is prevented. Detailed Description

The following provides a detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The light display piece mounting base 2 is provided with a positioning hole 201 and a bolt mounting hole 202, the positioning hole 201 and the bolt mounting hole 202 are matched with holes in the auxiliary instrument board for use, and the whole light display box is mounted on the auxiliary instrument board through a bolt in a water leakage prevention structure.

The light guide plate 4 and the circuit board 6 are both fixedly arranged on the support 5; the light guide plate 4 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 401; a plurality of grooves 501 matched with the protrusions 401 of the light guide plate are arranged in the support.

The watertight gear display device is also provided with a brightness adjustment system (see fig. 3).

The sealing structure arranged between the light display piece and the lamplight display piece mounting seat is a combination structure of a sealing groove and a sealing ring (not shown in the figure).

The brightness adjusting system (see fig. 3) comprises an adjusting button rotatably arranged on a gear panel or a center console in the vehicle, a control module arranged in the gear shifting mechanism, a PCB 10 arranged below the gear panel and a plurality of LED lamps 11 arranged on the PCB, wherein the LED lamps are respectively positioned under different gears of the gear panel and used for illuminating the gears; the PCB board 10 is connected to the control module through a wire harness 20. The adjusting button is used for adjusting the brightness and sending out brightness adjusting information; the control module is used for receiving the brightness information sent by the adjusting button, converting the received brightness information into a corresponding CAN signal and sending the CAN signal to the PCB 10 through the wiring harness 20; the PCB 10 receives the CAN signal for identification and processing, and finally controls the voltage input into the PCB in a PWM signal mode, under the condition that the resistance of the PCB is not changed, the larger the input voltage is, the larger the current is, the brighter the LED lamp 11 on the PCB 10 is, otherwise, the darker the LED lamp is, so that the function of automatically adjusting the brightness is achieved.

In a specific implementation process, the light display piece is a hardened film, and the thickness of the hardened film ranges from 0.25 mm to 0.30 mm. One side of the single-sided adhesive tape close to the light guide plate is provided with adhesive.

The light display piece adopts the light display piece that the gear mark characters are injected on the side close to the single-sided adhesive tape. The circuit board is arranged on the support in a clamping or welding mode.

The thickness range of the single-sided adhesive tape is as follows: 0.8-1 mm. White reflective paper (not shown) is disposed on the bottom and side surfaces of the light guide plate.

The surface of the hardening film is printed with PRNDM symbols by adopting a printing process, and then the printing is hardened by adopting special glue, so that the printing is prevented from being damaged in the subsequent processing process. And placing the hardened film as an insert into a mold for injection molding to form the lamplight display piece, wherein the hardened film is tightly attached to the back of the lamplight display piece and forms a whole with the lamplight display piece. And then the light display piece is used as an insert and placed in a mould for secondary injection molding, and the light display piece and the light box body form a light box assembly.

The hardened film in the invention is selected from hardened films of PC materials, and the light display sheet 1 in the invention is a light display sheet made of acrylic materials.

The injection molding process comprises the following steps:

1. and (3) placing the hardened film and the printed characters downwards into a mold, closing the mold, injecting an acrylic material into the mold cavity, maintaining the pressure for 15 seconds, and performing injection molding to form the display piece.

2. And (3) cutting off the gate of the display piece just after injection molding by using hot shearing to prevent the gate from being cut after the display piece is cooled to cause cracking of the intersection surface.

3. And (3) placing the display piece into a light box mold, enabling the font to face downwards, closing the mold, injecting a PC material into the mold, maintaining the pressure for 25 seconds, and performing injection molding to form a light box assembly.

In some places with higher requirements on waterproof performance, 2-time injection molding is needed, and only plastic parts processed by the IMD (in-mold decoration) film injection molding process can bear the high temperature of 2-time injection molding. The problems that the traditional spray painting laser carving and printing quality are unstable and lamplight display is not uniform are also greatly improved by IMD (in-mold decoration) intramembrane injection molding.

And placing the hardened film as an insert into a mold for injection molding, wherein the hardened film is tightly attached to the back of the light display piece and forms a whole with the light display piece. Then the whole of the hardened film and the light display piece is used as an insert and placed into a mold for secondary injection molding, and the light box assembly is formed by the hardened film and the light display piece and the light box body.
