The invention relates to the field of intelligent manufacturing equipment, in particular to a working method of continuous drying agent drying equipment.

Background

The drying agent can be recycled, and the drying agent absorbing moisture can be dried by an oven and then reused. The existing drying equipment for the drying agent is to place a certain amount of drying agent into a drying oven, dry the drying agent within a specified time, and then manually take out and package the drying agent. When the drying agent is put in or taken out, the feed inlet of the drying oven needs to be opened, and the drying action is stopped, so that the drying agent cannot realize continuous material conveying and drying, and the production efficiency is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a working method of continuous drying agent drying equipment.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a working method of a continuous drying agent drying device, which comprises the following steps: continuously conveying the granular drying agent into the drying oven through the charging assembly; the control module controls the drying oven to dry the granular drying agent.

Detailed Description

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides an operating method of a continuous type desiccant drying apparatus, including: the control module is respectively used for controlling the oven 1 and the charging assembly 2; the charging assembly 2 is adapted to continuously deliver granular desiccant 3 into the oven 1; and the control module is suitable for controlling the drying oven 1 to dry the granular drying agent 3. The drying process is free from manual operation and the process of charging by opening or closing the drying oven, so that the continuous conveying and drying actions of the drying oven can be ensured, and the drying agent is dried in the process of flowing through the drying oven, thereby realizing the continuous drying process.

Optionally, the control module is, for example and without limitation, an industrial control board or a PLC module, and the industrial control board may be a MYD-C7Z010/20 industrial control board. The control module can time the drying time through a built-in clock chip or an external timing module; and the control module can control the blast volume of the blower to regulate and control the flow speed of the granular drying agent, so that the necessary drying time is ensured.

The working method of the continuous drying equipment for the drying agent of the embodiment controls the charging assembly to continuously convey the flowing granular drying agent into the drying oven through the control module, the drying oven is used for heating and drying the granular drying agent in the flowing process of the granular drying agent, and the time of the granular drying agent in the drying oven, namely the baking time, can be controlled by controlling the flowing speed of the granular drying agent, so that the drying effect is achieved. The influence of gravity factors on the outflow speed of the granular drying agents can be reduced, the outflow speed of the granular drying agents is uniformly controlled by the air volume of the air blower, and the uniform and stable outflow speed of the granular drying agents can be ensured, so that the baking time can be conveniently controlled, and the drying effect is achieved.

Optionally, a plurality of vent holes (not shown in the figure) communicated with the inside of the oven 1 are uniformly distributed on the surface of the material channel 11, so that the material channel 11 and the oven 1 generate convection radiation, the drying effect of the granular drying agent is improved, and meanwhile, air flow blown into the material channel by the air blower can be discharged, and the pressure balance is maintained.

The material channel of the embodiment is in a multi-section W shape or wave shape, the inlet end of the material channel extends upwards, so that the material channel is convenient to connect with a charging component and is also beneficial to guiding the granular drying agent to enter the material channel; the outlet end of the drying oven is positioned at the wave crest and is horizontally or obliquely upwards communicated to the outer side of the drying oven, so that the influence of gravity factors on the outflow speed of the granular drying agent can be reduced, the outflow speed of the granular drying agent is uniform and stable, the baking time is convenient to control, and the drying effect is achieved.

Alternatively, see fig. 1, the charging assembly 2 comprises: the drying machine comprises an air blower 21, a feeding pipeline 22 positioned at the air outlet end of the air blower 21 and a drying agent storage bin 23 positioned on the feeding pipeline 22; the feed line 22 is connected to the inlet end 111 of the material channel 11 in order to blow an air flow into the material channel 11 by means of the blower 21, i.e. to bring the granular drying agent into flow in the material channel 11 by means of the air flow.

Optionally, a desiccant adjusting valve 231 is further disposed at a junction of the desiccant storage bin 23 and the feeding pipe 22, so as to adjust the addition amount of the granular desiccant.

Optionally, the air inlet end of the blower 21 is adapted to be connected to the inside of the oven 1 through an air flow pipe 24, so as to blow hot air in the oven 1 into the material passage 11, and convection radiation is generated between the material passage 11 and the oven 1 through the vent hole, so that the temperature in the material passage can be increased, and meanwhile, the drying effect of the granular desiccant can be further improved by the hot air.

Optionally, the charging assembly 2 further comprises: a feed valve 25 located at the junction of the feed conduit 22 and the inlet end 111 of the material channel 11 to control the flow rate of the air stream in combination with the air volume of the blower to regulate the flow rate of the granular desiccant into the material channel.

The charging assembly of the embodiment forms circulating hot air flow between the drying agent storage bin and the material channel through the air blower, so that continuous drying of the drying agent is realized, and the sealing performance of the drying oven is improved to reduce heat loss.

Further, referring to fig. 1, the oven 1 includes: a box body 12 and a plurality of electric heating rods 13 positioned in the box body 12; the electric heating rod 13 is adapted to heat the air inside the cabinet 12.

In conclusion, the working method of the continuous drying agent drying device controls the charging assembly to continuously convey the flowing granular drying agent into the drying oven through the control module, the drying oven heats and dries the granular drying agent in the flowing process of the granular drying agent, and the time of the granular drying agent in the drying oven, namely the baking time, can be controlled by controlling the flowing speed of the granular drying agent, so that the continuous drying effect is achieved; manual unloading or loading is not needed, and the oven does not need to be opened or suspended, so that the continuous drying action of the oven is ensured, and the production efficiency is improved; the hot air flow can further improve the drying effect in the process of driving the granular drying agent to move; the material channel is arranged into a multi-section W shape or wave shape, and the inlet end of the material channel extends upwards, so that the material channel is convenient to connect with a charging component and is also beneficial to guiding the granular drying agent to enter the material channel; the outlet end of the drying oven is positioned at the wave crest and is horizontally or obliquely upwards communicated to the outer side of the drying oven, so that the influence of gravity factors on the outflow speed of the granular drying agent can be reduced, the outflow speed of the granular drying agent is uniform and stable, the baking time is convenient to control, and the continuous drying effect is achieved.
