The ship body 1 is formed by adopting a rotational molding process, and the ship body 1 sequentially comprises a foaming inner core 1a, a barrier inner layer 1b, a foaming outer layer 1c and a shell 1d from inside to outside. The foaming inner core 1a is made of polyurethane foaming material, and the foaming outer layer 1c is made of polyethylene foaming material; the barrier inner layer 1b and the outer shell 1d are made of polyethylene or polypropylene.

The thickness of the foamed outer layer 1c is 8mm to 30mm, and the barrier inner layer 1b is arranged substantially parallel to the outer shell 1 d. The foamed outer layer 1c is bonded to both the barrier inner layer 1b and the outer shell 1 d. The thickness of the blocking inner layer 1b is smaller than that of the shell 1d, and the thickness of the blocking inner layer 1b is 1.5mm-2.5mm, so that the blocking inner layer 1b is favorably formed, the rotational molding boat is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
