Outlet device for pressed articles of a rotary tablet press having a rotor drivable in rotation, a die plate and a deflector device for deflecting the pressed articles, characterized in that the outlet device (10) comprises a conveyor belt (13) for receiving and transporting the pressed articles deflected by the deflector device (4), wherein the conveying speed of the conveyor belt (13) can be adjusted depending on the rotation speed of the rotor.

2. A rotary tablet press having a rotor (2) which can be rotatably driven and which comprises a die plate (3) having die holes for producing pressed articles in the die holes by means of a press punch pair, and a deflector device (4); -a deflector device for deflecting pressed articles produced in the die holes during production and located on the upper surface (3') of the die plate (3) to an outlet device (10) for the pressed articles; and preferably having a control device for controlling the rotational speed of the rotor, characterized in that the outlet device (10) comprises a conveyor belt for receiving and transporting the pressed articles deflected by the deflector device (4), wherein the conveying speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted in dependence on the speed of the rotor and/or the conveying speed of the conveyor belt is adjusted by means of the control device in dependence on the speed of the rotor.

3. The rotary tablet press according to claim 2, wherein the deflector apparatus (4) comprises a deflector track (6), the deflector track (6) having a guide wall (7) for the pressed article, wherein the guide wall (7) partly protrudes radially beyond the circumference (3A) of the die plate.

The outlet device according to claim 1 or the rotary tablet press according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the conveying speed of the conveyor belt (13) is faster than the production speed of the pressed articles, preferably by a fixed factor, which depends on the rotational speed of the rotor.

The outlet device or rotary tablet press according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the outlet device comprises at least one front deflection roller and one rear deflection roller for the conveyor belt, wherein the front deflection roller in the operating position of the outlet device can be positioned adjacent to the circumference of the die plate and preferably can be positioned such that it can be positioned or positioned at least partially below a guide wall of a deflector track of the deflector device, which guide wall partially protrudes radially beyond the die plate.

6. The outlet device or rotary tablet press according to claim 5, characterized in that a guide top rail (28) is arranged at a distance above the conveying section (13A) of the conveyor belt, which guide top rail preferably extends at least partially above the front deflection roller (14).

The outlet device or rotary tablet press according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the upper conveying section of the conveyor belt on the front deflection roller (14) extends below the upper surface (3 ') of the die plate and/or that a drop-prevention plate (35) is mounted on the outlet device, which plate extends at least partially in the gap between the front deflection roller (14) and the circumference of the die plate (3') and which plate extends below the upper surface of the die plate, wherein preferably the drop-prevention plate (35) has a front edge extending in an inclined or curved manner on the front surface facing the circumference of the die plate.

The outlet device or rotary tablet press according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the conveyor belt is provided with recesses for the passage of air, and is preferably configured as a perforated belt, and forms a suction chamber (20; 21) below the upper conveying section, preferably between the upper conveying section and the lower return section, which can be connected or connected to a suction device.

The outlet device or rotary tablet press according to claims 5 and 8, characterized in that between the front and rear deflection rollers suction chambers (20; 21) are formed which are separated from each other to create individual suction areas, wherein preferably the suction area arranged closer to the front deflection roller is provided with an air knife (30) whose air outlet direction is preferably oriented obliquely and opposite to the conveying direction of the conveyor belt and/or wherein a passage section for the conveying section of the conveyor belt is formed above each suction chamber by means of a cover.

The outlet device or rotary tablet press according to one of claims 5 to 9, characterized in that an adjustable deflector (31) is arranged between the front deflection roller (14) and the rear deflection roller (15), wherein preferably no suction area is formed in the operating area of the deflector.

The outlet device or rotary tablet press according to one of claims 5 to 10, characterized in that a separating device for sample pressed articles is arranged between the front deflection roller (14) and the rear deflection roller (15), wherein preferably a blower unit (61) with compressed air nozzles is arranged on the side adjacent to the conveying section and an outlet channel for sample pressed articles is arranged on the opposite side of the conveying section, which outlet channel is formed in particular by a chute plate (63).

12. The exit device or rotary tablet press according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that a light barrier (63) is arranged between the deflector and the blower unit, wherein the blower unit (61) is actuated by a detection signal coupled to the light barrier in a chronological order.

13. The outlet device or rotary tablet press according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a guide plate (26) protrudes on a front surface beyond the conveyor belt, which guide plate in the operating position forms together with the deflector device a pressing guide for pressed articles deflected on the deflector device (4).

Outlet device or rotary tablet press according to one of the preceding claims, in particular according to claim 13, characterised in that an outlet channel (40) for poorly pressed articles, preferably formed by an outlet chute, extends at least partially parallel to the conveyor belt, wherein the outlet channel for poorly pressed articles preferably has an inlet opening (41), at the end of which or from which the guide plate is formed, seen in the direction of rotation of the die plate.

15. The outlet device or rotary tablet press according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the outlet device is positioned on a frame (11) and the height of the position of the conveyor belt can be set by means of adjustable feet of the frame and/or by means of a lifting device.
