4. The fiber reinforced DCT wet clutch friction paper of claim 1, wherein the filler is one or more of barite, bauxite, kaolin, talc.

5. A fiber reinforced DCT wet clutch friction paper as defined in claim 1, wherein said dispersant is one or both of barium hyaluronate, calcium stearate, polyethylene glycol.

6. The fiber-reinforced DCT wet clutch friction paper of claim 1, wherein the binder is one or more of phenolic resin, cashew nut shell oil modified resin, melamine modified resin, boron modified resin.

7. The fiber reinforced DCT wet clutch friction paper as in claim 1, wherein said binder is cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic resin or melamine modified phenolic resin.

8. The method for preparing fiber-reinforced DCT wet clutch friction paper according to claim 1, comprising the following steps:

(1) adding the reinforced fiber and the dispersing agent into distilled water, stirring for 30 minutes at the water temperature of 50 +/-5 ℃ to uniformly mix the reinforced fiber and the dispersing agent;

(2) starting a beater to further uniformly mix the components, wherein the beating concentration is 3-9%, and the beating degree is 40-60 DEG SR, so as to prepare a fiber reinforced mixed solution;

(3) adding a friction performance regulator, a filler and an adhesive into the mixed solution, and uniformly distributing the mixture in the mixed solution, wherein the used solvent is a mixed solution of polyethylene oxide and polyethylene oxide;

(4) extracting the vacuum degree to be 0.05 MPa-0.1 MPa, and removing a large amount of water to obtain a prefabricated body containing fibers;

(5) drying the mixture by using papermaking drying equipment at the temperature of 80-110 ℃ for 1-2 h, and completely removing residual moisture to obtain a dry friction paper mixture blank;

(6) dipping the blank in glue, wherein the mass concentration of a binder adopted in the glue dipping is 40% -60%, so that the blank of the friction paper containing the glue is obtained, and the glue content of the dipped mixture is 25% -40%;

(7) and carrying out hot-pressing curing at the curing pressure of 0.5-5 MPa and the temperature of 140-200 ℃ for 5-15 minutes to finally obtain the fiber-reinforced DCT wet clutch friction paper.

9. The method of preparing fiber-reinforced DCT wet clutch friction paper according to claim 8, wherein the mass ratio of the reinforcing fiber and the dispersant in step (1) is 10: 1.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a friction material, in particular to fiber-reinforced DCT wet clutch friction paper and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The wet clutch facing is a vital component of a DCT (double clutch transmission), and the performance of the wet clutch facing directly influences the performance of a clutch assembly. The overseas major companies adopting the wet clutch facing have American Bogefara, Japan Danai time and American Rabestow, the products of the companies almost cover the whole world, the market share reaches more than 80 percent, the technology locks China all the time abroad, and the technology creates a technical barrier, so that the development of the domestic wet clutch facing technology is late.

The composition of the paper-based friction material is a main factor influencing the material performance, the reinforcing fiber used by the early paper-based friction material is mainly cellulose fiber or asbestos fiber, and the mechanical performance of the cellulose fiber is limited; asbestos fibers are harmful to health and cause environmental pollution; wood fibers or bamboo fibers developed by scholars in recent years have poor heat resistance; the carbon fiber has excellent performance but high cost, so that a fiber reinforced material which has stable performance, low price and no pollution to environment is required to be found.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a fiber-reinforced DCT wet clutch friction paper, which can obtain good performance of a carbon-based material friction lining by using basalt fiber or FKF fiber as a non-metallic fiber material for a wet running friction lining, and the two fibers are conveniently prepared, have good performance and reduce cost compared to simple carbon fiber reinforcement. FKF fibers are made by combining a plurality of natural mineral fibers and artificial mineral fibers, have higher heat resistance than asbestos and are less expensive than most non-asbestos fibers.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the fiber-reinforced DCT wet clutch friction paper consists of reinforced fibers, a friction performance regulator, a filler, a base paper material dispersant and an adhesive, and comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-55% of reinforcing fiber, 15-40% of friction performance regulator, 10-30% of filler, 1-5% of dispersant and 15-50% of adhesive.

Further, the reinforced fiber is one or more of basalt fiber, aramid fiber, polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, asphalt-based carbon fiber, natural mineral fiber, FKF fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber.

Further, the friction performance regulator is one or more of cashew nut oil friction powder, precipitated barium sulfate, artificial graphite, chromite powder, aluminum oxide, antimony sulfide, molybdenum disulfide and mica.

A preparation method of fiber-reinforced DCT wet clutch friction paper comprises the following specific steps:

(1) adding the reinforced fiber and the dispersing agent into distilled water, stirring for 30 minutes at the water temperature of 50 +/-5 ℃ to uniformly mix the reinforced fiber and the dispersing agent;

(2) starting a beater to further uniformly mix the components, wherein the beating concentration is 3-9%, and the beating degree is 40-60 DEG SR, so as to prepare a fiber reinforced mixed solution;

(3) adding a friction performance regulator, a filler and an adhesive into the mixed solution, and uniformly distributing the mixture in the mixed solution, wherein the used solvent is a mixed solution of polyethylene oxide and polyethylene oxide;

(4) extracting the vacuum degree to be 0.05 MPa-0.1 MPa, and removing a large amount of water to obtain a prefabricated body containing fibers;

(5) drying the mixture by using papermaking drying equipment at the temperature of 80-110 ℃ for 1-2 h, and completely removing residual moisture to obtain a dry friction paper mixture blank;

(6) dipping the blank in glue, wherein the mass concentration of a binder adopted in the glue dipping is 40% -60%, so that the blank of the friction paper containing the glue is obtained, and the glue content of the dipped mixture is 25% -40%;

(7) and carrying out hot-pressing curing at the curing pressure of 0.5-5 MPa and the temperature of 140-200 ℃ for 5-15 minutes to finally obtain the fiber-reinforced DCT wet clutch friction paper.

Further, the mass ratio of the reinforcing fibers and the dispersing agent in the step (1) is 10: 1.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

the production process of the fiber-reinforced DCT wet clutch friction paper is scientific and reasonable, has high production efficiency and low cost, breaks through blockade in foreign technologies, replaces foreign products, and has good comprehensive benefits. The main reinforced fiber is basalt fiber or FKF fiber, is used on a DCT wet clutch facing, can meet the use requirement of a DCT clutch assembly, and has good heat fading resistance and long service life.
