3) According to the invention, the double-sided gluing of the bonding surface and the bonded surface is adopted, the double-sided glue hanging is fuller, the double-layer covering of the glue-containing surface effectively avoids the phenomena of glue leakage and uneven gluing, and the bonding is firmer.

4) According to the invention, the smoothing scraper magnetic cake support tool is adopted, the front end of the smoothing scraper is wrapped with the polyester felt, the resistance of the scraper on the aromatic polyamide insulation paper is effectively reduced, the sliding is convenient and labor-saving, the aromatic polyamide insulation paper is prevented from being scratched, the polyester felt belongs to a flexible and conformable material, the contact surface of the scraper pressed on the aromatic polyamide insulation paper is uniformly stressed, the magnetic cake support magnets are used for attracting the iron core, the circle is drawn to be flattened, extruded and pushed from inside to outside, micro air bubbles in the aromatic polyamide insulation paper layer are effectively removed, meanwhile, the magnetic cake support is always attracted on the wound aromatic polyamide insulation paper for positioning and loosening prevention, and the bonding quality is ensured.

5) The aromatic polyamide insulation paper is wound with the surface of the pole body of the magnetic pole iron core at an included angle of more than 30 degrees during wrapping, and the smoothing scraper and the magnetic cake support are combined to smooth, extrude and push, so that the phenomenon that the contact pushing surface of the aromatic polyamide insulation paper and the magnetic pole iron core is inconsistent and air is brought into the contact pushing surface to form wrapping air bubbles during wrapping is prevented, air between two bonding surfaces is effectively removed, the adsorption force between the bonding surfaces is increased, the integrity of insulation bonding is improved, and the quality stability is ensured.

6) The invention adopts the mould shaping treatment, the pole body of the pole core is insulated and bonded more tightly after the mould is shaped and clamped, the insulation integrity is enhanced, the pole body of the pole is insulated and heated and cured, the solvent-free epoxy resin on the insulation surface of the pole body of the pole is cured at room temperature and is coated with the glue for accelerating the curing, the effective insulation shaping of the pole body is completed in a short time, the mould is removed as soon as possible and then put into production for use, and the use efficiency of the mould is improved.

7) The invention relates to a method for insulating the corner of the insulating edge of the pole body of a magnetic pole iron core, which changes the prior corner insulation treatment process that the upper and lower ends of the insulating edge of the pole body of the magnetic pole are respectively adhered with two layers by cutting and folding an L-shaped paper strip by using aromatic polyamide insulating paper, adopts the method of plugging and insulating lap joint of the insulating edge of the pole body by coating solvent-free epoxy resin room temperature curing coating glue, fully covers the corner insulation and the pole body insulation into a whole, ensures the insulation performance, reduces the manufacturing cost, saves time and labor during construction, adds 400 meshes of iron-free quartz powder into the solvent-free epoxy resin room temperature curing coating glue, and ensures that the strength of the solvent-free epoxy resin room temperature curing coating glue is higher and is not easy to crack after being.

The specific implementation mode is as follows:

the invention aims to provide a process method for insulating and attaching type bonding of a pole body of a magnetic pole of a large motor rotor. The implementation of the invention comprises the following process steps:

1) and (3) measuring the flatness of the rotor pole core: measuring the flatness of the rotor pole core by using a flat rule and a clearance gauge, wherein the measurement standard is that the waviness is less than 0.50 mm in the range of 100 mm, the rotor pole core is hung to a platform which does not meet the standard, and the rotor pole core is subjected to torsion correction by using a heavy hammer, a felt and a batten;

2) cleaning a rotor pole core: removing welding beans on the surface of the magnetic pole iron core by using square iron with four edges, polishing and grinding the magnetic pole iron core by using a polishing machine, cleaning burrs and an oxide film, completely sucking powder ground by the magnetic pole iron core by using a dust collector, and wiping oil dirt and dust on the magnetic pole iron core by dipping cotton yarn in alcohol;

3) the insulating bonding position of the pole body of the rotor pole core is subjected to ultra-level treatment: drying 400-mesh iron-free quartz powder in an oven, heating to 80 ℃, drying for 6 hours, keeping the temperature for 6 hours, then placing the dried powder to room temperature, pasting and edging the upper and lower sides of an insulated bonding part a of a pole body of a magnetic pole iron core by using textured paper tapes for protection as shown in figure 1, mixing the 400-mesh iron-free quartz powder with solvent-free epoxy resin room-temperature curing coating glue in a ratio of 1:2 to prepare epoxy putty, filling gaps 2 between pole pieces of the insulated bonding part of the pole body of the magnetic pole iron core and through screw welding holes 1 of pressing plates at two ends of the magnetic pole by using a scraper and the epoxy putty as shown in figures 1 and 2, flattening the filling surface, tearing off the textured paper tapes for edging protection, using the prepared epoxy putty within 1 hour, keeping the room temperature not lower than 20 ℃, keeping the curing time not lower than 24 hours and completely curing the coating;

4) and (3) manufacturing a rotor magnetic pole core body insulation flattening scraper and a magnetic cake support: as shown in fig. 3, a 1 mm thick polyester felt is used for wrapping a 2 mm insulating plate, the width of the insulating plate is the height of an insulating bonding part a of a pole body of a magnetic pole core, the polyester felt is wound and fixed by a transparent adhesive tape, a smoothing scraper 5 is manufactured, a magnetic siderite cake ring is wrapped by cotton cloth, a cotton cloth binding head is bound above the siderite cake ring and used for grabbing and smoothing the sliding siderite cake ring, the siderite cake ring is a magnetic ring with the outer diameter of 20 cm, the inner diameter of 10 cm, the single side width of 5 cm and the thickness of 4 cm, and a magnetic cake support 4 is manufactured;

5) cleaning insulation bonding parts of pole bodies of a rotor pole core: polishing and grinding the insulating bonding part a of the pole body of the magnetic pole iron core by a polishing machine, removing the sharp corners and the burr surfaces of the cured epoxy putty, completely sucking the ground powder by a dust collector, and wiping off dust on the powder by cotton cloth;

6) insulating and bonding pole bodies of the rotor pole core: as shown in figure 3, the solvent-free epoxy resin room temperature curing brushing glue is poured into a plastic basin, a rolling brush is used for dipping the brushing glue to glue a circle of the insulation bonding part a of the pole body of the pole core, the glue is uniformly coated without leaking points, the whole roll of aromatic polyamide insulation paper 3 is stretched, the length of the aromatic polyamide insulation paper is longer than that of the circle of the insulation bonding part a of the pole body of the pole core, the stretched aromatic polyamide insulation paper 3 is placed on a platform paved with a polyester film, the surface bonded with the pole core is coated with the glue uniformly without leaking points, then the starting end of the coated aromatic polyamide insulation paper 3 is bonded on the magnetic cake support 4 at the insulation bonding part a of the pole body of the pole core for positioning, a smoothing scraper 5 is used for pressing the aromatic polyamide insulation paper 3, the smoothing scraper 5 is pushed along the direction that the aromatic polyamide insulation paper 3 wraps the insulation bonding part a of the pole body of the pole core, the aromatic polyamide insulation paper 3 and the surface of the insulation bonding part a of the, wrapping while drawing a circle from inside to outside along with a magnetic cake support 4 wrapped by another piece of cotton cloth, flattening and extruding the aromatic polyamide insulating paper 3 pressed by a flattening scraper 5, wrapping the head and the tail of the aromatic polyamide insulating paper 3, removing a positioning magnetic cake support at the starting end of the aromatic polyamide insulating paper 3, positioning the magnetic cake support 4 along with the flattening scraper 5 at the head and the tail buckles of the aromatic polyamide insulating paper 3, wiping the extruded redundant brushing glue in time by using the cotton cloth, completing the first layer of insulating bonding of the pole body of the magnetic pole, stretching the aromatic polyamide insulating paper 3 again, wherein the length is greater than the length of one circle of the insulating bonding part a of the pole body of the magnetic pole, coating the inner surface of the stretched second circle of aromatic polyamide insulating paper 3 and the outer surface of the wound first layer of aromatic polyamide insulating paper 3 with rolling brush, coating glue uniformly without leakage points, pressing the aromatic polyamide insulating paper 3 by the flattening scraper 5, the flattening scraper 5 extrudes and advances along the direction that the aromatic polyamide insulation paper 3 wraps the insulation bonding part a of the pole body of the pole core, the aromatic polyamide insulation paper 3 and the surface of the insulation bonding part a of the pole body of the pole core are wound at an included angle of more than 30 degrees, the aromatic polyamide insulation paper 3 wrapped by another piece of cotton cloth is wrapped at the same time, a magnetic cake support 4 wrapped by another piece of cotton cloth is used for flatting and extruding the aromatic polyamide insulation paper 3 pressed by the flattening scraper 5 from the inside to the outside by taking the center line of the aromatic polyamide insulation paper as the original point, the head and the tail of the aromatic polyamide insulation paper 3 are wrapped for a circle, the positioning magnetic cake support at the starting end of the second layer of the aromatic polyamide insulation paper 3 is removed, the magnetic cake support 4 following the flattening scraper 5 is positioned at the head and the tail of the aromatic polyamide insulation paper 3, the cotton cloth is used for timely erasing the redundant brushing glue extruded, the magnetic cake support 4 positioned at the head and the tail of the second layer of the aromatic polyamide, completing the insulating bonding of the pole bodies of the two layers of magnetic poles;

7) protecting the pole body of the rotor pole core after insulation bonding: wrapping a circle of polyester film on the outer surface of the aromatic polyamide insulating paper 3 of the pole body of the magnetic pole by using a polyester film, wherein the covering height of the polyester film is 10 cm greater than the height a of the insulating and bonding part a of the pole body of the magnetic pole iron core, and the head and tail fastening parts are fixedly bonded by using a transparent adhesive tape;

8) shaping of a rotor pole core body insulation mould: as shown in fig. 4 and 5, 2 cm thick wood pressing plates with the same surface area are respectively arranged on four surfaces of a pole body insulation bonding part a of the protected magnetic pole iron core, two long surfaces of the pole body insulation bonding part a are clamped and fixed by a high-span C-shaped clamp (6), the high-span C-shaped clamp 6 clamps a point at intervals of 20 cm, two short surfaces of the pole body insulation bonding part a are clamped and fixed by a low-span C-shaped clamp 8 and a wood wedge 7, and the redundant brushing glue extruded by cotton cloth is wiped off in time;

9) insulating, heating and curing the pole body of the rotor magnetic pole core: insulating and heating the pole body of the rotor magnetic pole iron core shaped by the mold for 60 ℃, preserving heat for 3 hours, removing the high-span C-shaped clamp 6, the low-span C-shaped clamp 8, the wood wedge 7 and the wood pressing plate, insulating and placing the pole body of the rotor magnetic pole iron core to room temperature, wherein the room temperature is not lower than 20 ℃, the curing time is not less than 24 hours, and the pole body is completely insulated and cured;

10) insulating cleaning of a pole body of a rotor pole core: removing the protective polyester film on the insulating surface of the pole body of the rotor pole core, scraping off the nodules by using a scraper, and cleaning the surface residual glue;

11) insulating treatment of the corner of the insulating edge of the pole body of the rotor pole core: marking a corner insulation b, a corner insulation e and a corner insulation d in a corner insulation processing area by using a marking pen, pasting a textured paper tape outside a boundary line of the corner insulation marking to protect the corner, uniformly mixing 400-mesh iron-free quartz powder and solvent-free epoxy resin room temperature curing brushing glue according to a proportion of 1:5, brushing the corner insulation b, the corner insulation e and the corner insulation d uniformly without leakage points and flowing, brushing and overlapping the brushing area of the corner insulation b and the insulation bonding part a of the pole body by more than 6 cm, brushing the brushing area of the corner insulation e by more than 4 cm, brushing the brushing area of the corner insulation d by more than 3 cm, wiping the flowing brushing glue in time by using cotton cloth, using the prepared brushing glue within 1 hour, ensuring that the room temperature is not lower than 20 ℃, and the curing time is not lower than 24 hours, and completely curing the coating.

The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
