1. A removable section of an electronic vaping device, the removable section comprising:

a substrate; and

at least one of a flavoring, a taste compound, an aroma, an acid, a vapor former, tobacco, or nicotine encapsulated in the matrix;

the removable section is removably attached to at least one of a cartridge, another removable section, a power source, or a mouth-end insert of the e-vaping device via at least one connector.

2. The segment of claim 1, wherein the matrix comprises a plurality of pellets comprising at least one of starch, cellulose-based material, and fiber.

3. A section according to claim 2, wherein the plurality of pellets are porous and are stabilised in the matrix via a stabilising agent.

4. The segment of claim 3, wherein the stabilizer comprises a gel.

5. A section according to claim 2, wherein the plurality of pellets are porous and are stabilized in the matrix without a stabilizing agent.

6. A segment according to claim 2, wherein at least one flavouring agent, taste compound, aroma, acid, vapour former, tobacco and nicotine is absorbed by the plurality of pellets.

7. The segment of claim 6, wherein the plurality of pellets comprises at least one of:

a flavoring agent absorbed by the at least one first pellet;

a taste compound absorbed by the at least one second pellet;

an aroma absorbed by the at least one third pellet;

acid absorbed by the at least one fourth pellet;

nicotine absorbed by the at least one fifth pellet; and

tobacco absorbed by the at least one sixth pellet.

8. The segment of claim 7, wherein:

at least one of the first, second and third pellets is in a portion of the removable section that is closest to the mouth-end insert when the removable section is attached to the e-vaping device;

at least one of the fourth pellet and the fifth pellet is in a portion of the removable section that is furthest from the mouth-end insert when the removable section is attached to the e-vaping device.

9. A section according to claim 8, wherein the fourth pellet is in the portion of the removable section furthest from the mouth-end insert.

10. A segment according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one detachable segment is detachably attached to at least one of the cartridge, the power source, the mouth-end insert and the further detachable segment via a connector.

11. A section according to claim 10, wherein the connector comprises at least one of a male connector and a female connector in a mated configuration with a mating connector of at least one of the cartridge, the power source, the mouth-end insert, and the another removable section.

12. An electronic vaping device, the electronic vaping device comprising:

a cartridge;

a power source;

a mouth-end insert; and

at least one segment removably attached to at least one of the cartridge, the power source, the mouth-end insert, and another removable segment.

13. The e-vaping device of claim 12, wherein the cartridge contains at least one of a vapor former and water.

14. The e-vaping device of claim 12, wherein the at least one segment includes:

a substrate; and

at least one flavoring agent, taste compound, aroma, acid, vapor former, tobacco or nicotine encapsulated in the matrix.

15. The e-vaping device of claim 14, wherein the substrate comprises a plurality of pellets.

16. The e-vaping device of claim 15, wherein:

the plurality of pellets are porous; and is

At least one of the flavoring, taste compound, aroma, acid, vapor forming agent, tobacco, and nicotine is absorbed by one or more of the plurality of pellets.

17. A method of preparing an ingredient substrate for an e-vaping device, the method comprising:

providing a matrix comprising a plurality of pellets in a sealed container; and

adding at least one of a flavoring agent, a flavor compound, an aroma, an acid, a vapor former, tobacco, and nicotine to the sealed container;

at least one of a flavoring agent, a taste compound, an aroma, an acid, a vapor former, tobacco, and nicotine is absorbed by the plurality of pellets.

18. The method of claim 17, wherein the matrix comprises a matrix material comprising at least one of starch, cellulose-based material, and fiber.

19. The method of claim 18, wherein at least one of:

said adding said flavoring agent results in about 1% to about 40% flavoring agent in said base material;

said adding said taste compounds results in about 1% to about 40% taste compounds in said matrix material; and is

The adding of the aroma results in about 1% to about 40% aroma in the matrix material.

20. The method of claim 18, wherein at least one of:

said adding said acid results in about 1% to about 30% acid in said matrix material; and is

The adding the nicotine results in about 1% to about 50% nicotine in the matrix material.

21. A fixed section of an e-vaping device, the fixed section comprising:

a substrate; and

at least one of a flavoring, a taste compound, an aroma, an acid, a vapor former, tobacco, or nicotine encapsulated in the matrix;

the fixed section is fixedly attached to at least one of a cartridge, a removable section, a power source, or a mouth-end insert of the e-vaping device via at least one connector.
