Background

Infants and young children are toilet training in the process of growing up, starting with the wearing of diapers, in order to be able to discharge in the restroom. Patent document 1 discloses a disposable diaper (training pants) capable of giving a wearer an uncomfortable feeling of wetness.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

In toilet training, it is desirable for a child to go to a restroom autonomously, for the child to have a feeling of feeling about a diaper and not wanting to soil it. However, the method of using the training pants described above is a method of getting the child to the restroom due to the discomfort of getting wet. In this case, there is a tendency that: children find it unpleasant to wear training pants or to be used to training pants, and toilet training tends to be stagnant.

In addition, the practice of changing diapers and putting diapers on the child during toilet training is sometimes troublesome. Therefore, although a disposable diaper is usually given a design that a child likes, a child is accustomed to a simple design. Thus, the child is less likely to feel the diaper, and the above-described problems are not solved.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object thereof is to provide a disposable diaper and a package of the disposable diaper: children have an emotion to disposable diapers and can go to a toilet or wear the diaper autonomously.

Means for solving the problems

A primary aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object is a disposable diaper comprising: a reference pattern; a correct answer pattern that is the same shape as or a similar shape to the reference pattern; an incorrect answer pattern which is a different shape and a dissimilar shape from the reference pattern; and an information display that prompts finding the correct answer pattern, the information display being disposed at a position closer to the reference pattern than to the correct answer pattern and the incorrect answer pattern.

Other features of the present invention will become apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.

Detailed Description

At least the following matters will become clear from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.

A disposable diaper characterized by comprising: a reference pattern; a correct answer pattern that is the same shape as or a similar shape to the reference pattern; an incorrect answer pattern which is a different shape and a dissimilar shape from the reference pattern; and an information display that prompts finding the correct answer pattern, the information display being disposed at a position closer to the reference pattern than to the correct answer pattern and the incorrect answer pattern.

According to such a disposable diaper, a correct answer pattern can be found by a parent and a child, and the parent and the child can communicate pleasantly, and therefore, the child becomes emotional to the diaper. As a result, the child goes to the restroom or wears the diaper autonomously in a mood that the diaper is not to be soiled. In addition, the autonomy of answering correct answer patterns, successful experience after answering, which lead to success in toilet training, or to a mood attempted to be worn by the child.

In the disposable diaper, an area of the reference pattern is larger than an area of the correct answer pattern and an area of the incorrect answer pattern.

According to such a disposable diaper, the question of finding the correct answer pattern from the reference pattern is easy to be made at a glance.

In the disposable diaper, the correct answer pattern is arranged in an orientation rotated by an angle in a range of-90 degrees to 90 degrees with respect to the reference pattern.

According to such a disposable diaper, the difficulty of finding a question of a correct answer pattern is reduced.

In the disposable diaper, the correct answer pattern is arranged in an orientation rotated by an angle exceeding a range of-90 degrees to 90 degrees with respect to the reference pattern.

According to such a disposable diaper, the difficulty of searching for a question of a correct answer pattern is increased.

In the disposable diaper, the disposable diaper is characterized by comprising: an absorbent main body having an absorbent core; a ventral waistline portion which abuts against the ventral portion of the wearer; a back-side waistline unit that abuts against the back side of the wearer; a waist elastic member which stretches along the waist of the wearer; and leg elastic members that stretch along the leg circumference of the wearer, wherein the reference pattern, the correct answer pattern, the incorrect answer pattern, and the information display do not overlap with the stretchable portion of the waist elastic member and the stretchable portion of the leg elastic member in the thickness direction of the disposable diaper, and the reference pattern and the information display are disposed in at least one of the abdomen-side waist portion and the back-side waist portion and are disposed in a portion overlapping with the absorbent core in the thickness direction.

According to such a disposable diaper, it is possible to suppress the pattern and the information display from being hardly visible due to the wrinkle caused by the contraction of the elastic member. Further, the absorbent core is highly rigid and is less susceptible to the contraction of the waist elastic members. Therefore, the reference pattern and the information display can be arranged in the flat portions of the abdomen-side waistline portion and the back-side waistline portion, and visibility of these portions can be improved.

In the disposable diaper, the reference pattern, the correct answer pattern, the incorrect answer pattern, and the information display are arranged on one side in the longitudinal direction with respect to a central position in the longitudinal direction in the disposable diaper in an unfolded state.

According to such a disposable diaper, a question of finding a correct answer pattern can be implemented only by observing the front surface or the rear surface of the diaper.

In the disposable diaper, the information display is an augmented reality marker that can be read by a computer having a reading unit and an output unit, or the disposable diaper includes the augmented reality marker that is independent of the information display, and the augmented reality marker is an identifier for causing the computer to execute: causing the output section to output a display prompting a search for the correct answer pattern, the augmented reality marker being disposed at a position closer to the reference pattern than to the correct answer pattern and the incorrect answer pattern.

According to such a disposable diaper, a child can enjoy visual and auditory information output to the output unit of the computer, and the child can feel more about the diaper.

In the disposable diaper, the computer includes a reading unit and an output unit, and the augmented reality marker is an identifier for causing the computer to execute: and causing the output unit to output a display indicating that the pattern selected by the user is a correct answer, wherein the augmented reality marker is disposed at a position closer to the correct answer pattern than to the reference pattern and the incorrect answer pattern.

According to such a disposable diaper, visual and auditory information outputted to the output unit of the computer can be enjoyed, and a child can feel more about the diaper.

In the disposable diaper, the disposable diaper is characterized by comprising a sticker member separable from the disposable diaper, the sticker member being capable of being bonded again after being separated from the disposable diaper, and the sticker member being provided with the correct answer pattern.

According to such a disposable diaper, the position of finding the correct answer pattern increases, and the time for the child to contact the diaper becomes longer, so that the child is more emotional to the diaper. In addition, by sticking, for example, a sticker member to the toilet, it is possible to guide the child to the toilet.

Further, a disposable diaper is characterized by comprising: a reference pattern; a correct answer pattern that is the same shape as or a similar shape to the reference pattern; and an incorrect answer pattern which is a different shape and a dissimilar shape from the reference pattern, an area of the reference pattern being larger than an area of the correct answer pattern and an area of the incorrect answer pattern.

According to such a disposable diaper, the question of finding the correct answer pattern from the reference pattern is easy to be made at a glance. Therefore, the correct answer pattern can be found by the parents and the children, and the parents and the children can communicate pleasantly, so that the children have feelings about the diaper.

In the disposable diaper, the disposable diaper is characterized by comprising: a ventral waistline portion which abuts against the ventral portion of the wearer; and a back-side waistline portion that abuts against a back-side portion of the wearer, wherein the reference pattern is disposed in a center portion in a waistline direction of at least one of the abdomen-side waistline portion and the back-side waistline portion.

According to such a disposable diaper, the question of finding the correct answer pattern from the reference pattern is easy to be made at a glance.

In the disposable diaper, the disposable diaper is characterized by comprising: an absorbent main body having an absorbent core; a ventral waistline portion which abuts against the ventral portion of the wearer; and a back-side waistline unit that is brought into contact with a back side unit of a wearer, wherein the abdomen-side waistline unit and the back-side waistline unit are disposed at positions on a non-skin side of the absorbent body in a thickness direction of the disposable diaper, the reference pattern is disposed at least one of the abdomen-side waistline unit and the back-side waistline unit, and a pattern of the absorbent body is visible from the non-skin side at least in part of a periphery of the reference pattern.

According to such a disposable diaper, when viewed from the outside (non-skin side), the pattern of the absorbent body around the reference pattern is blurred from the reference pattern. Therefore, the reference pattern is made conspicuous by the blurring effect and is easily recognized by the user.

In the disposable diaper, the disposable diaper is characterized by comprising: an absorbent main body having an absorbent core; a ventral waistline portion which abuts against the ventral portion of the wearer; and a back-side waistline unit that is brought into contact with a back side portion of a wearer, the abdomen-side waistline unit and the back-side waistline unit being disposed at positions closer to a non-skin side than the absorbent main body in a thickness direction of the disposable diaper, the disposable diaper having a region where an end portion on a crotch side of at least one of the abdomen-side waistline unit and the back-side waistline unit is not joined to the absorbent main body, and at least a part of the correct answer pattern being disposed in the non-joined region of the absorbent main body.

According to such a disposable diaper, when the crotch-side end portions of the abdomen-side waist portion and the back-side waist portion are opened, the correct answer pattern appears, and therefore, the child feels more emotional to the diaper.

In the disposable diaper, the rewet amount when 80ml of artificial urine is dropped is 15g to 35 g.

According to such a disposable diaper, the child can be made aware of the diaper becoming wet by urination, and the child can move to the restroom in this time with the intention of not wanting to soil the diaper. In addition, leakage can be prevented.

Further, a disposable diaper package is characterized by comprising: a disposable diaper comprising: a reference pattern; a correct answer pattern that is the same shape as or a similar shape to the reference pattern; and an incorrect answer pattern which is a different shape and a dissimilar shape from the reference pattern; and an information display that facilitates finding the correct answer pattern.

According to such a package of disposable diapers, a parent and a child can find a correct answer pattern of the diaper, and the parent and the child can communicate pleasantly, so that the child feels an emotion to the diaper.

In the disposable diaper package, the disposable diaper package is characterized in that a plurality of the disposable diapers having different positions of the correct answer patterns in the disposable diapers are provided.

According to such a disposable diaper package, since a question of finding a correct answer pattern can be enjoyed without bothering, toilet training and diaper wearing training can be continued.

In the disposable diaper package, the disposable diaper package has a plurality of the disposable diapers, and the reference pattern of one of the disposable diapers has the same shape or a similar shape to the incorrect answer pattern of the other disposable diapers.

According to such a disposable diaper package, since a question of finding a correct answer pattern can be enjoyed without bothering, toilet training and diaper wearing training can be continued.

Hereinafter, embodiments will be described by taking a pants-type disposable diaper for a child as an example of the disposable diaper of the present invention. However, the present invention is not limited to the above example, and may be applied to a tape-type disposable diaper or the like that is worn on a wearer by a fastening tape, for example.

In the embodiment 1, the following embodiments are not to be considered in all respects

< basic structure of diaper 1 >

Fig. 1 is a front view of a pants-type disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter referred to as a diaper). Figure 2 is a rear view of the diaper 1. Fig. 3 is a schematic plan view of the diaper 1 in an unfolded and stretched state, as viewed from the non-skin side. Fig. 4 is a schematic sectional view of the diaper 1.

The diaper 1 has: an absorbent main body 10; an abdominal-side waist portion 20 that abuts against an abdominal side portion of the wearer; and a back-side waistline unit 30 that abuts against the back side of the wearer. In addition, the diaper 1 has a longitudinal direction, a transverse direction and a thickness direction. The side that contacts the wearer in the thickness direction is referred to as the skin side, and the side that does not contact the wearer is referred to as the non-skin side. The pants-type diaper 1 shown in fig. 1 has a waist opening BH and a pair of leg openings LH. In the longitudinal direction, the waist opening BH side is defined as an upper side, and the opposite side is defined as a lower side.

In the diaper 1 in the developed state of fig. 3, the center portion in the transverse direction of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 overlaps one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10, and the center portion in the transverse direction of the back-side waistline portion 30 overlaps the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10. The diaper 1 in the developed state is folded in two at the center position CL in the longitudinal direction, and both side portions in the transverse direction of the abdomen-side waist portion 20 and both side portions in the transverse direction of the back-side waist portion 30 are joined by welding or the like, whereby the diaper 1 in the pants-type state shown in fig. 1 is obtained.

The absorbent body 10 includes an absorbent core 11 that absorbs and holds excrement such as urine. As shown in fig. 4, in the absorbent main body 10, a liquid-permeable top sheet 12 is disposed on the skin side of the absorbent core 11, and a liquid-impermeable back sheet 13 and an outer sheet 14 are disposed on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 11.

As shown in fig. 3, a plurality of leg elastic members 15 are provided on both lateral side portions of the absorbent main body 10. The plurality of leg hole elastic members 15 are fixed in a state of being stretched in the longitudinal direction between the exterior sheets 14 folded back to be two layers inward in the transverse direction, for example. Thus, the leg elastic members 15 stretch along the leg circumferences of the wearer, and the diaper 1 fits the leg circumferences of the wearer.

As shown in fig. 4, the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 are disposed on the non-skin side of the absorbent main body 10. The abdomen-side waistline unit 20 and the back-side waistline unit 30 each include: skin- side sheets 21, 31; non-skin side sheets 22 and 32 disposed on the non-skin side of the skin side sheets 21 and 31; intermediate sheets 23, 33 disposed between the skin- side sheets 21, 31 and the non-skin- side sheets 22, 32; and a plurality of waist elastic members 24, 34.

The plurality of waist elastic members 24, 34 are arranged in line in the longitudinal direction between the skin- side sheets 21, 31 and the non-skin- side sheets 22, 32, and are fixed in an extended state in the transverse direction. Therefore, the waist elastic members 24 and 34 extend and contract along the waist of the wearer, and the diaper 1 fits around the waist of the wearer.

Further, patterns and characters 41 to 44 are printed on the non-skin side surface of the backsheet 13 of the absorbent main body 10 and the non-skin side surfaces of the intermediate sheets 23 and 33 of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30, respectively. These patterns and characters 41 to 44 are visually recognized from the outside of the diaper 1 (from the non-skin side) through the exterior sheet 14 and the non-skin side sheets 22 and 32.

Decoration of diaper 1

As a toilet training method, there is a method of: a method of getting a child to a restroom due to discomfort after excretion to the diaper 1; a method for a child to go to a restroom in a mood that the child feels like to the diaper 1 without wanting to soil the diaper 1 and wants to love the diaper 1. The former is a method corresponding to the mood after excretion. On the other hand, the latter is a method corresponding to the mood before excretion, and is ideal as toilet training for the purpose of making the child go to a restroom before excretion.

Generally, a child-facing diaper is printed with a design that is liked by a child. However, if this is a simple design, the child will be accustomed to the design. Thus, it is difficult for the child to feel the diaper and it is impossible to change the child's recognition that the diaper is an article to be discarded after excretion.

In contrast, in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, a cat pattern 41 is printed on the center portion in the transverse direction of the abdomen-side waist portion 20. This cat pattern 41 is referred to as a "reference pattern 41".

In the absorbent body 10, at least a part not overlapping the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 is printed with a cat pattern 43 and a dog, panda, elephant, or rabbit pattern 44, which is an animal other than a cat. The cat pattern 43 is the same shape as or similar to the reference pattern 41. The cat pattern 43 is referred to as the "correct answer pattern 43". The pattern 44 of an animal other than a cat is of a different and dissimilar shape from the reference pattern 41. The pattern 44 of the animal other than the cat is referred to as an "incorrect answer pattern 44".

In the abdomen-side waist portion 20, characters such as "find the same drawing" are printed in the vicinity of the reference pattern 41. That is, there is printed the "information display 42" prompting to find the correct answer pattern 43 as the same drawing as the reference pattern 41. The information display 42 is disposed at a position closer to the reference pattern 41 than to the correct answer pattern 43 and the incorrect answer pattern 44.

According to such a diaper 1, a child can search for a correct answer pattern 43 together with a protector (mother, etc.). Thus, the time for which parents and children are in contact with the diaper 1 becomes long. In addition, if the protector gives questions or answers to children, or the protector reacts to answers to children, the parent and the children can communicate. In addition, the protector can issue interesting advice to the child, such as "try to look for the same drawing" instead of "go to the toilet" and "change the diaper".

As a result, the child becomes emotional with the diaper 1, and the child is apt to go to the restroom autonomously so as not to soil the diaper 1. In addition, with regard to the diaper 1, the toilet, a pleasant communication between the parents and the child can be achieved, which also results in the continuation and success of toilet training.

Further, if communication is to be realized using a simple pattern drawn in a normal diaper, it is difficult for the protector to think of an persuasive speech. In addition, even if a design having a story property or the like, for example, is drawn in the diaper to attract the interest of children, it becomes a one-sided lecture of the protector.

In contrast, according to the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, which is capable of playing riddles, the protector is easy to dissuade children from each other and to communicate with children. Moreover, it becomes a child that finds the correct answer pattern by itself to answer, and therefore, the autonomy of the child is improved. In addition, in case of answers, a successful experience is given to the child. These autonomous, successful experiences are also prone to creating a mood that the child wants to try to go to the restroom by itself.

In addition, since it is a question such as a riddle, the correct answer pattern 43 and the incorrect answer pattern 44 are mixed. The number and kind of incorrect answer patterns 44 may be one, but it is preferable to have a plurality in order to increase the difficulty of the question. As a result, as shown in fig. 1 and the like, a large number of relatively small patterns 43, 44 are drawn on the diaper 1. Thus, the designability of the diaper 1 is improved, so that it no longer resembles the diaper 1. From this point of view, the child is also apt to have an emotion to the diaper 1. In addition, the child is also apt to go to the toilet autonomously from the mood that the child is not wearing the diaper by himself or herself.

In addition, it is also an important subject for a child who performs toilet training to put on and take off clothes by himself. On the other hand, it is sometimes annoying to change the diaper 1 or to practice to wear the diaper 1 due to self-sprouting.

In such a case, the diaper 1 according to the present embodiment is also likely to be a child who feels the diaper 1 and wants to wear the diaper 1. Thus, it is possible to smoothly replace the diaper 1 and to perform an exercise of wearing the diaper 1 by a child.

In the present embodiment, an animal pattern is exemplified, but not limited thereto. For example, the pattern may be a pattern of a vehicle or food, a pattern of a figure such as a circle or a triangle, or a pattern of a letter or a number such as a letter. The information display 42 may be other displays such as "find out bar".

In addition, although the correct answer pattern 43 is an animal pattern, the difficulty of the question is reduced by making the types of the incorrect answer pattern 44 different from each other, such as a pattern of a vehicle or a daily necessity. In contrast, the difficulty of the question is increased by setting a pattern in which the expression of the cat as the reference pattern 41 is changed as the incorrect answer pattern 44, or the like setting a pattern in which the part of the reference pattern 41 is changed as the incorrect answer pattern 44. The reference pattern 41 and the correct answer pattern 43 may be of the same color, or the reference pattern 41 and the correct answer pattern 43 may be of different colors. The difficulty of the problem is reduced by the same color matching mode.

The diaper 1 of the present embodiment includes a plurality of correct answer patterns 43, but may be one. However, by having a plurality of correct answer patterns 43, the protector can also make an persuasion of "do there still", "count see", etc. after the child finds the correct answer patterns 43, and the time for the parents and the child to contact the diaper 1 can be made longer. In addition, the information display 42 may be "several bars". In these cases, since the child autonomously counts and answers, for example, the autonomy of the child can be improved by combining the figures and numbers of a plurality of animals as compared with a diaper or the like in which a figure is drawn which is a concept of memorizing numbers unilaterally. In addition, the autonomy is associated with a mood to try to go to the restroom.

The back-side waistline unit 30 may be provided with the same reference pattern 41 and information display 42 as those of the abdomen-side waistline unit 20, or the reference pattern 41 and information display 42 may be provided only in the back-side waistline unit 30.

In the diaper 1 (fig. 2) of the present embodiment, a pattern 45 (reference pattern) in which the outline of the reference pattern 41 (cat) is blackened is provided in the back-side waistline portion 30, and an information display 46 such as "search for silhouette" is provided in the vicinity of the pattern 45.

Although not shown, an incorrect answer pattern 43 (one of a dog, a panda, a elephant, and a rabbit) with respect to the reference pattern 41 (cat) of the abdomen-side waist portion 20 may be provided as the 2 nd reference pattern in the back-side waist portion 30, and a display such as "find the same drawing" may be provided.

In this way, the patterns 43 and 44 of the absorbent main body 10 can be shared, and different problems can be provided in the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30. Thereby enabling parents and children to be in contact with the diaper 1 for a longer period of time.

In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the back-side waist portion 30 is made larger than the abdomen-side waist portion 20 in order to cover the buttocks, and the intermediate sheet 33 on which the design is printed can be made larger. Therefore, as shown in fig. 2, not only the reference pattern but also the correct answer pattern and the incorrect answer pattern may be provided on the back-side waistline portion 30 (the intermediate sheet 33). In addition, in the case of finding a silhouette, a pattern whose outline is the same shape as or similar to the outline of the reference pattern 45 becomes the correct answer pattern 451, and a pattern whose outline is a shape which is not the same shape as and similar to the outline of the reference pattern 45 becomes the incorrect answer pattern 452.

In addition, it is preferable that the area of the reference pattern 41 is larger than the area of the correct answer pattern 43 and the area of the incorrect answer pattern 44. Thus, the reference pattern 41 is conspicuous, and the problem of riddling is easily understood at a glance. Thus, the design 41, 43, 44 of the diaper 1 is easy to use for the intended purpose. However, the diaper 1 according to embodiment 1 is not limited to the above because it includes the information display 42.

The areas of the patterns 41, 43, and 44 may be compared by a known method. For example, the comparison may be performed visually, or the area may be calculated and compared by area calculation software from images obtained by imaging the patterns 41, 42, and 43.

The diaper 1 of the present embodiment includes three members, i.e., an absorbent body 10, an abdomen-side waist portion 20, and a back-side waist portion 30. In this case, the member (in the present embodiment, the abdomen-side waist portion 20) provided with the reference pattern 41 may be different from the member (in the present embodiment, the absorbent main body 10) provided with the correct answer pattern 43 and the incorrect answer pattern 44.

More preferably, the reference pattern 41 may be disposed in a central portion in the transverse direction (waist circumferential direction) of at least one of the abdomen-side waist portion 20 and the back-side waist portion 30. Thus, the reference pattern 41 is conspicuous, and the problem of riddling is easily understood at a glance.

It is also preferable that the reference pattern 41, the correct answer pattern 43, the incorrect answer pattern 44, and the information display 42 do not overlap the stretchable parts of the waist elastic members 24, 34 and the stretchable parts of the leg elastic members 15 in the thickness direction of the disposable diaper 1, as shown in fig. 3. Thus, in the diaper 1 in a natural state, the patterns and characters 41 to 44 can be prevented from becoming less visible due to wrinkles caused by contraction of the waist elastic members 24 and 34 and the leg elastic members 15.

The stretchable portion is a portion of the elastic members 15, 24, and 34 that exhibits stretchability, and is a portion of the elastic members 15, 24, and 34 that is fixed to the sheet in an extended state. Only the bellows is shown in the figures. In addition, leakage preventing walls (not shown) may be provided on both sides in the width direction of the absorbent main body 10. The contraction of the elastic member forming the leakage preventing wall does not easily affect the contraction of the backsheet 13. Therefore, the elastic members of the leakage preventing walls can be overlapped with the patterns and characters 41-44.

Specifically, the correct answer pattern 43 and the incorrect answer pattern 44 may be arranged at positions on the inner side of the leg hole elastic member 15 on the innermost side in the lateral direction.

In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the stretchable and contractible portions of the waist elastic members 24, 34 are not present in the portions of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 that overlap the absorbent core 11 in the thickness direction. Therefore, the reference pattern 41 and the information display 42 can be arranged at this portion. The absorbent core 11 has high rigidity and is less susceptible to the contraction of the waist elastic members 24 and 34 present around the absorbent core 11. Therefore, the reference pattern 41 and the information display 42 are arranged in the flatter regions of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30, and therefore the visibility of the reference pattern 41 and the information display 42 is improved.

As shown in fig. 3, waist elastic members 24a, 34a may be disposed in the absorbent body 10 at positions extending outward in the longitudinal direction from the absorbent core 11, the waist elastic members being continuous from one end to the other end in the width direction of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 or the back-side waistline portion 30. That is, the stretchable and contractible portions of the waist elastic members 24a, 34a may be present at a portion that is located outside the absorbent core 11 in the longitudinal direction and overlaps the absorbent core 11 in the transverse direction.

Thus, the waist elastic members 24a and 34a suppress the portion of the absorbent main body 10 extending outward in the longitudinal direction from the absorbent core 11 from bulging in the thickness direction. On the other hand, the portion where the absorbent core 11 is present does not have the stretchable part of the waist elastic members 24 and 34 other than the thickness of the absorbent core 11, and therefore bulges in the thickness direction. Therefore, the reference pattern 41 and the information display 42 disposed at the portion overlapping the absorbent core 11 are conspicuous and easily recognized.

As shown in fig. 4, the number of sheets disposed on the non-skin side of the intermediate sheets 23 and 33 on which the reference pattern 41 and the like are printed may be the same as the number of sheets disposed on the non-skin side of the back sheet 13 on which the correct answer pattern 43 and the like are printed, and one of the non-skin side sheets 22 and 32 may be the same as one of the exterior sheet 14. More preferably, the difference between the weight per unit area of the non-skin side sheet 22 or 32 and the weight per unit area of the outer sheet 14 may be set to 10g/m2The following.

This makes it possible to reduce the difference in visibility between the patterns disposed in the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 and the patterns disposed in the absorbent main body 10, and thus to reduce the difference in visibility between the patternsThe problem of enabling to implement a puzzle. In addition, specifically, the non-skin side sheet 22 or 32 can be exemplified to have a weight per unit area of 20g/m2The spunbonded nonwoven fabric of (2) can be exemplified as the exterior sheet 14 having a weight per unit area of 13g/m2The SMS nonwoven fabric of (1).

Further, although not shown, another sheet may be provided in the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30, the other sheet being joined only to the skin- side sheets 21 and 31 and the parts (for example, the upper and lower end portions in the longitudinal direction) of the non-skin side sheets 22 and 32. The other sheets are less susceptible to the contraction of the waist elastic members 24, 34 than the skin- side sheets 21, 31 and the non-skin side sheets 22, 32. Therefore, the correct answer pattern 43 and the incorrect answer pattern 44 may be printed on other sheets. When another sheet is provided on the non-skin side of the non-skin side sheets 22 and 32, the correct answer pattern 43 can be searched for from the outside of the diaper 1. When another sheet is provided on the skin side of the skin- side sheets 21 and 31, the correct answer pattern 43 can be looked at from the waist opening BH on the inner side of the diaper 1.

Alternatively, the skin-side surface of the absorbent body 10 may be embossed to provide depressions having the same or similar shape as the reference pattern 41. By thus increasing the range of finding the correct answer pattern 43, it is possible to make the contact time of parents and children with the diaper 1 longer.

Further, as shown in fig. 3, in the diaper 1 in the developed state, it is preferable that the reference pattern 41, the correct answer pattern 43, the incorrect answer pattern 44, and the information display 42 are arranged at positions on one side in the longitudinal direction from the center position CL in the longitudinal direction.

Since the pants-type diaper 1 is folded in half in the longitudinal direction, the question of finding the correct answer pattern 43 can be implemented by arranging the pattern or the like as described above so that only one side of the diaper 1 is observed.

In addition, the tape-shaped diaper is often packaged in a state of being folded in two along the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the problem can be solved by observing only one side of the diaper taken out of the package.

In addition, a correct answer pattern 43 and an incorrect answer pattern 44 may be provided on the surface (the rear surface in fig. 2) of the diaper 1 without the reference pattern 41 and the information display 42. Thus, the position of the correct answer pattern 43 is found more. In addition, since the correct answer pattern 43 is not searched for while observing the reference pattern 41, the difficulty of the question is increased.

Fig. 5A and 5B are diagrams illustrating the orientation of the correct answer pattern 43 with respect to the reference pattern 41. In the case where the reference pattern 41 has a vertical orientation, the upper side of the reference pattern 41 may be set as the upper side in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1.

As shown in fig. 5A, the correct answer pattern 43 may be arranged in an orientation rotated by an angle in the range of-90 degrees to 90 degrees with respect to the reference pattern 41. In this case, the difficulty of the problem is reduced. In the figure, the clockwise direction is positive and the opposite side is negative with respect to a reference line L along the longitudinal direction.

As shown in fig. 5B, the correct answer pattern 43 may be arranged in an orientation rotated by an angle exceeding a range of-90 degrees to 90 degrees with respect to the reference pattern 41. In this case, the difficulty of the problem is increased.

Although only the correct answer pattern 43 of fig. 5A is provided on the front surface of the diaper 1 of fig. 1, only the correct answer pattern 43 of fig. 5B may be provided, or the correct answer patterns 43 of fig. 5A and 5B may be mixed. The same applies to the orientation of the incorrect answer pattern 44.

In addition, when the rear surface of the diaper 1 of fig. 2 is positioned on the waist opening BH side, the correct answer pattern 43 is reversed, and the difficulty of the question becomes high. In the developed state of the diaper 1 (fig. 3), the upper sides of all the patterns 43 and 44 are made to coincide with one side in the longitudinal direction regardless of the longitudinal center position CL of the absorbent main body 10, whereby the orientation of the patterns is changed on the front and rear surfaces of the diaper 1, and the difficulty of the problem is changed.

Diapers 1 are commercially available in many sizes such as S, M, L according to the body shape of a child to be worn. Children with larger months wear diapers of larger size. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the difficulty of the problem in the smaller-sized diaper 1 and increase the difficulty of the problem in the larger-sized diaper 1.

Fig. 6A and 6B are schematic sectional views of the belt member 50 and the poster member 51. Fig. 7 is a front view of the belt member 50 and the poster member 51 as viewed from the back side.

The tape member 50 has a tape main body 501, a tape holding portion 502, a fixing portion 503, and a plurality of tape adhesion portions 504. The belt main body 501 is a rectangular member elongated in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1, and is folded in a zigzag shape along the longitudinal direction. The belt main body 501 is fixed to the non-skin side surface of the back-side waistline portion 30 in a non-detachable manner by an adhesive (not shown) or the like at the fixing portion 503 in a folded state. A tape bonding portion 504 which is peelable and is bondable again is provided between the respective layers of the folded tape main body 501, and the folded state is maintained.

The belt grip 502 is provided at one end in the longitudinal direction of the belt main body 501. The tape adhesive portion 504 is not provided on the skin-side surface of the tape holding portion 502. Therefore, the user can pull the belt body 501 while holding the belt grip 502. This releases the folded state of the belt main body 501. Therefore, when the diaper 1 is discarded, the state in which the diaper 1 is rolled up can be maintained by the belt member 50.

The sticker member 51 has a rectangular sticker main body 511, a sticker holding portion 512, and a sticker bonding portion 513. The sticker member 51 is bonded to a portion of the tape main body 501 above the tape holding portion 502 via a sticker bonding portion 513. The sticker holding portion 512 is provided at one end in the longitudinal direction of the sticker main body 511. The sticker adhesive section 513 is not provided on the skin side surface of the sticker gripping section 512. Therefore, the user can separate the sticker member 51 from the band member 50 by holding the sticker holding portion 512.

After the decal member 51 is separated from the diaper 1, the decal member 51 may be bonded again to a desired position by the decal bonding portion 513. As shown in fig. 7, the sticker member 51 is also printed with a correct answer pattern 514 having the same shape as or a shape similar to the reference pattern 41 (cat).

This enables, for example, a protector to attach the sticker member 51 separated from the diaper 1 to a toilet. Then, the protector can give advice such as "try to find a bar also in the toilet", and can guide the child to the toilet. In addition, by the child looking for the poster member 51 in the restroom, the travel to the restroom becomes pleasant and the child is apt to travel to the restroom autonomously. However, the above is not limited, and it is also possible to make a child look for the correct answer pattern 514 of the poster member 51 without separating the poster member 51 from the diaper 1.

In toilet training, a method of attaching a sticker to a cardboard is often performed as a reward when excretion is completed in a toilet room. Therefore, the sticker member 51 can be used as a reward, and the protector can give an advice such as "if the protector succeeds in the toilet, the found sticker (51) is pasted" and the child can easily go to the toilet by himself/herself.

Further, a display 515 such as "riddle picture" or the like, that is, a display for prompting the user to find the correct answer pattern 514 of the picture component 51 and a display for indicating that the picture component 51 is a picture, may be printed on the picture component 51. This makes it easy to recognize the sticker member 51 and to use the sticker member 51 for a desired purpose.

As shown in fig. 2, it is preferable that the tape member 50 and the sticker member 51 are disposed so as not to overlap the reference pattern 45, the correct answer pattern 451, and the incorrect answer pattern 452 disposed on the back-side waistline portion 30, even if they are transparent members. This prevents the individual patterns from being difficult to see.

Further, the sticker member 51 may be detached from the diaper 1 and may be bonded again, and is not limited to being bonded to the belt member 50. However, by bonding the sticker member 51 to the tape member 50 formed of a resin material such as polyethylene or polypropylene, the tape member 50 can function as a release paper for the sticker member 51, and the adhesive force of the sticker adhesive section 513 can be maintained.

Fig. 8 is an explanatory view of a colored region of the diaper 1. In fig. 1 and the like, only the correct answer pattern 43 and the incorrect answer pattern 44 are provided on the absorbent main body 10, but a pattern 3 may be provided on the absorbent main body 10 as shown in fig. 8.

In addition, in general diapers, a design is often printed on a white floor. Therefore, the skin- side sheets 21 and 31, the non-skin- side sheets 22 and 32, the intermediate sheets 23 and 33, the back sheet 13, and the like may be colored sheets (other than colorless and white, for example, blue, pink, and the like). Thereby, it is made possible that the child is apt to go to the restroom autonomously from the mood that it is not the infant wearing the diaper, no longer like the diaper.

However, it is preferable that the area a1 where the linear indication portion 16 long in the longitudinal direction is provided be white. This prevents the color change caused by urination from being difficult to see.

In addition, in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1, an area a2 colored in color may be provided between the white area a1 where the indicator 16 is provided and the reference pattern 41. This divides the reference pattern 41 into a plurality of regions, which are noticeable, and thus can be easily recognized by the user.

The region where the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 or the back-side waistline portion 30 overlaps with the absorbent body 10 may be larger than the intermediate sheets 23 and 33. In this way, the patterns (correct answer pattern 43, incorrect answer pattern 44, pattern 3) of the absorbent main body 10 can be visually recognized from the outside (non-skin side) at least in part of the periphery of the reference pattern 41.

In this case, the pattern of the absorbent main body 10 around the reference pattern 41 looks blurred. Therefore, the reference pattern 41 is made conspicuous by the blurring effect and is easily recognized by the user. Likewise, the information display 42 is also conspicuous due to the blurring effect.

As shown in fig. 4, the intermediate sheets 23 and 33 constituting the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 are preferably bonded to the non-skin- side sheets 22 and 32 with the adhesive 2, but not bonded to the skin- side sheets 21 and 31.

Thus, the non-skin-contacting sheets 22 and 32 do not float from the intermediate sheets 23 and 33, and therefore the reference pattern 41 and the information display 42 disposed on the intermediate sheets 23 and 33 are conspicuous. In contrast, the intermediate sheets 23, 33 and the non-skin side sheets 22, 32 are raised from the skin side sheets 21, 31 joined to the absorbent main body 10 with the adhesive 2, and therefore, the pattern of the absorbent main body 10 around the reference pattern 41 can be blurred.

As shown in fig. 4, it is preferable that a region A3 in which an end portion (lower end portion in the longitudinal direction) of the crotch side of at least one of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 is not joined to the absorbent main body 10 is provided, and at least a part of the correct answer pattern 43 is arranged in the non-joined region A3 of the absorbent main body 10.

In this case, when the lower ends of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 are opened, the correct answer pattern 43 appears. Therefore, the child can enjoy the diaper by repeatedly opening the diaper, and the child can feel more feeling about the diaper 1.

In the diaper 1, the rewet amount when 80ml of artificial urine is dropped is preferably 15g to 35 g.

The child may urinate while feeling the diaper 1. In this case, by setting the amount of rewet to 15g or more, the child can also be made aware that the diaper 1 is wet by urination. The child is thereby easy to go to the restroom autonomously so as not to soil the diaper 1. On the other hand, leakage can be prevented by setting the amount of rewet to 35g or less.

As such a diaper 1, a diaper having the following configuration can be exemplified. The top sheet 12 contains regenerated fibers having water absorption such as rayon and acetate fibers, cellulose fibers such as natural fibers having water absorption such as pulp fibers, and thermoplastic synthetic fibers. The content of the cellulose fiber is preferably about 50 to 100% by mass, and the content of the thermoplastic synthetic fiber is preferably about 0 to 50% by mass. As the thermoplastic synthetic fibers, for example, synthetic fibers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyethylene terephthalate, a mixture of synthetic fibers, or composite fibers using two or more of these synthetic resins can be used. Further, as the composite fiber, a core-sheath type or an eccentric type composed of two synthetic fiber components having different melting points can be used, and thus the fiber can be shrunk to form a sheet having stretchability and bulkiness. Further, the weight per unit area of the top sheet 12 is preferably 25g/m2~35g/m2Thereby, the liquid is easily held, and the wearer easily feels a sticky feeling.

Further, the amount of rewet can be measured as described below. First, 80ml of artificial urine (an aqueous solution prepared by dissolving 200g of urea, 80g of sodium chloride, 80g of magnesium sulfate, 8g of calcium chloride, and about 1g of blue dye No. 1 in 10 liters of ion-exchanged water) was dropped from the top sheet 12 side toward the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the developed diaper 1 for 10 seconds. After the artificial urine was completely absorbed and disappeared from the surface, the filter paper was placed on the top sheet 12 of the diaper 1 and applied at 35g/cm2The load of (2). After 3 minutes from the application of the load, the weight of the filter paper was measured. The increase in weight of the filter paper before being placed on the diaper 1 is referred to as "amount of rewet (g)".

(modification)

Fig. 9 is an explanatory diagram of the diaper 1 provided with the AR markers 47 and 48. Fig. 10A and 10B are views showing a screen 61 of the terminal 60 from which the AR markers 47 and 48 have been read. The question of searching for the correct answer pattern 43 may be implemented by a terminal 60 (e.g., a computer such as a smartphone or a tablet terminal) provided with a camera (reading unit) and a screen 61 (output unit), not shown, and by AR technology (Augmented Reality). The terminal 60 carries an AR program corresponding to augmented reality markers (AR markers) 47 and 48 included in the diaper 1.

For example, the information for prompting the computer 60 to search for the correct answer pattern 43 may be displayed as an AR mark 47 that can be read, and the AR mark 47 may be disposed at a position closer to the reference pattern 41 than to the correct answer pattern 43 and the incorrect answer pattern 44. The diaper 1 of fig. 9 is provided with AR markings 47 instead of the text "look for the same drawing" 42 of the diaper 1 of fig. 1.

In this case, when the terminal 60 in a state in which the AR program is activated reads the AR marker 47 with the camera, the terminal 60 displays an information display 62 (animation, characters, voice, etc.) corresponding to the AR marker 47 on a screen 61 in a manner to be superimposed on a real image (diaper 1, etc.) captured by the camera in accordance with the AR program. That is, the AR mark 47 is an identifier for causing the terminal 60 to execute the following processing: the screen 61 is caused to output an information display 62 that prompts the search for the correct answer pattern 43.

As the information display 62, for example, as shown in fig. 10A, a display in which the reference pattern 41 (cat) desires the other to search for the other, and a display made up of characters and sounds such as "search for a cat bar" can be exemplified.

Further, another AR mark 48 may be disposed closer to the correct answer pattern 43 than to the reference pattern 41 and the incorrect answer pattern 44. The AR mark 48 is an identifier for causing the computer 60 to execute: the screen 61 is caused to output a display (animation, text, sound, etc.) indicating that the pattern selected by the user is the correct answer.

Therefore, when the AR mark 48 is read by the camera of the terminal 60, a display 63 showing a correct answer as shown in fig. 10B is displayed on the screen 61 so as to be superimposed on the real image (diaper 1 or the like) captured by the camera. Specifically, a display for performing a happy action of the reference pattern 41 (cat) and a display including a character and a sound such as "you find you too much" can be exemplified.

As described above, by providing the diaper 1 with the AR marks 47 and 48, the child can enjoy the visual and auditory information displayed on the screen 61 of the terminal 60, and thus the child is more emotional to the diaper 1. In addition, since the enthusiasm for finding the correct answer pattern 43 increases, the autonomy of the child increases. As a result, the child is apt to go to the toilet autonomously, or wear the diaper 1 autonomously. In addition, the communication between parents and children can be changed, which causes the continuation and success of toilet training.

Further, a diaper may be provided with an AR mark 47 in addition to the information display 42 ("find the same drawing") composed of the characters shown in fig. 1. Further, a diaper provided with only one of the two AR markers 47 and 48 may be used.

Note that explanations and comments for operating the terminal 60 may be provided in the vicinity of the AR markers 47 and 48. For example, a character such as "make camera shoot here" or a picture of the camera may be displayed. Thus, the AR markers 47, 48 are easy to use for the purpose.

Note that the position of the correct answer pattern 43 may be indicated by an indicator portion that changes color due to urination (not shown). When a child discharges into the diaper, the protector can confirm the color of the indicator together with the child, teach that the diaper has changed to another color, persuade the next discharge to be made in the toilet.

In the 2 nd embodiment, the following embodiments are also provided

< Package 70 of diaper 1 >

Fig. 11 is a schematic perspective view of a package 70 of diapers 1. Fig. 12A to 12C are explanatory views of a plurality of diapers 1(1A to 1C) housed in one package 70. Here, the package 70 in which a plurality of diapers 1 are stored is exemplified, but a package in which only one diaper 1 is stored may be used.

The package 70 of the diaper 1 houses the diaper 1, and the diaper 1 includes: a reference pattern 41; a correct answer pattern 43 that is the same shape as or a similar shape to the reference pattern 41; and an incorrect answer pattern 44 which is a different shape and a dissimilar shape from the reference pattern 41, and the package 70 has an information display 71 that prompts search for the correct answer pattern 43.

The diaper 1 of embodiment 2 (fig. 12A to 12C) is not printed with a display of information (fig. 1 "find the same drawing" 42) prompting the search for the correct answer pattern 43. As shown in fig. 11, an information display 71 is printed on the surface of a package 70 (packaging material). Thus, the design 41, 43, 44 of the diaper 1 is used for the purpose, and the child can have a feeling with respect to the diaper 1.

The information display 71 is not limited to being printed on the surface of the package 70 (packaging material), and for example, paper or the like on which the information display is printed may be sealed in the package 70 or may be adhered to the outer surface of the package 70. The diaper 1 according to embodiment 1 may be stored in a package 70 shown in fig. 11. That is, both the package 70 and the diaper 1 may be provided with information displays 42, 71.

As shown in fig. 12A and 12B, it is preferable that a plurality of diapers 1A and 1B having the same reference pattern 41 (cat) and different correct answer pattern 43 positions in the diaper 1 are accommodated in one package 70.

Thus, the child can enjoy the question of finding the correct answer pattern 43 without bothering, without remembering the position of the correct answer pattern 43. Thus, toilet training, self-contained wearing of the diaper can be sustained.

As shown in fig. 12A and 12C, it is preferable that a plurality of diapers 1A and 1C having different reference patterns 41A (cats) and 41B (elephants) are accommodated in one package 70. Further, it is preferable that the reference pattern 41B (image) of a certain diaper 1C (fig. 12C) is the same shape as or a similar shape to the incorrect answer pattern 44 (image) of the other diaper 1A (fig. 12A).

This enables the user to enjoy the problem of finding the correct answer pattern 43 without bothering the user. In this case, even if the positions of the correct answer pattern 43 and the incorrect answer pattern 44 in the diaper 1 are the same, the positions of the correct answers are made different by the reference pattern 41. That is, it is possible to easily manufacture a plurality of diapers 1 whose correct answer positions are made different only by changing the reference pattern 41.

Method for producing diaper 1

Fig. 13 is an explanatory view of a method of manufacturing the absorbent main body 10. In the production line of the absorbent main body 10, first, the absorbent core 11 is disposed on the non-skin side surface of the top sheet 12 (continuous body) with a product pitch. Then, a back sheet 13 (continuous body) printed by repeatedly arranging a plurality of patterns 49 (cat, panda, elephant, rabbit, dog) is joined to the top sheet 12 and the absorbent core 11.

In addition, the pitch of the patterns of the arrangement of the plural kinds of patterns 49 is preferably different from the product pitch. As a result, as shown in fig. 12A and 12B, diapers 1A and 1B having correct answer patterns 43 at different positions can be manufactured. Further, the arrangement interval of the patterns may be determined so that the patterns serving as the correct answer patterns 43 are arranged on all the diapers 1. Specifically, the length of the absorbent body 10 covered by the abdomen-side waistline unit 20 and the back-side waistline unit 30 may be determined based on the product pitch.

Fig. 14 is an explanatory diagram of a method of manufacturing the abdomen-side waist portion 20. In the production line of the abdomen-side waist portion 20, first, the continuous body 23' of the intermediate sheet on which the reference pattern 41 and the information display 42 are printed is cut into product sizes. Then, the cut intermediate sheet 23 is joined to the skin side surface of the non-skin side sheet 22 (continuous body) at the product pitch.

Various designs (cat, panda, elephant, rabbit, dog) may be printed on the continuum 23' of intermediate sheets at product intervals along its direction of continuity. The plurality of patterns may be the same shape as or similar to the plurality of patterns 49 (see fig. 13) printed on the base sheet 13. As a result, as shown in fig. 12A and 12C, diapers 1A and 1C having common patterns of the absorbent main body 10 but different problems due to different reference patterns 41 can be manufactured. The same applies to the method of manufacturing the back-side waistline unit 30.

In the 3 rd embodiment, the term "first" means that the first component is not moved to the second component

Fig. 15 is a plan view of a diaper 1 (part) in an unfolded and extended state. The diaper 1 of embodiment 3 includes: a reference pattern 41; a correct answer pattern 43 that is the same shape as or a similar shape to the reference pattern 41; and an incorrect answer pattern 44 that is a different shape and a dissimilar shape from the reference pattern 41, the area of the reference pattern 41 being larger than the area of the correct answer pattern 43 and the area of the incorrect answer pattern 44.

The diaper 1 of embodiment 3 has the same configuration as the diaper 1 of embodiment 1 except that it does not have a display of information (the "find the same drawing" 42 in fig. 1) for prompting a search for a correct answer pattern 43. The package housing the diaper 1 according to embodiment 3 may not include an information display (for example, 71 in fig. 11) for prompting the user to search for the correct answer pattern 43.

In this case, since the reference pattern 41 is also large and conspicuous in the diaper 1 according to embodiment 3, the problem of finding the correct answer pattern 43 from the reference pattern 41 is easily recognized at a glance. Thus, the design 41, 43, 44 of the diaper 1 is easy to use for the intended purpose.

The reference pattern 41 may be disposed in a central portion in the transverse direction (waist circumferential direction) of at least one of the abdomen-side waist portion 20 and the back-side waist portion 30. That is, the center position CL2 of the diaper 1 and the reference pattern 41 may overlap in the lateral direction of the diaper 1. Thus, the reference pattern 41 is conspicuous, and therefore, the question of finding the correct answer pattern 43 is easier to understand.

In addition, when the diaper 1 includes three components, i.e., the absorbent main body 10, the abdomen-side waist portion 20, and the back-side waist portion 30, the correct answer pattern 43 and the incorrect answer pattern 44 may be provided on the absorbent main body 10. In this way, the member provided with the reference pattern 41 is made different from the member provided with the correct answer pattern 43 and the incorrect answer pattern 44, thereby making it easier to understand the question of finding the correct answer pattern 43.

However, the present invention is not limited to the above, and a diaper (not shown) may be provided which includes two members, i.e., an absorbent main body and an outer cover member having an hourglass shape in plan view. In this case, the reference pattern 41 may be disposed in the outer cover member at the center in the lateral direction of the portion that contacts the abdominal and dorsal portions of the wearer.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the above embodiments are intended to facilitate understanding of the present invention and are not intended to be restrictive. It is to be understood that the present invention may be modified or improved without departing from the spirit thereof, and equivalents thereof are intended to be included in the invention.
