1. A juicing tool comprises a juicing component and a driving mechanism for driving the juicing component, and is characterized in that:

the juicing assembly comprises a blade device and a grinding disc which are coaxially arranged;

the driving mechanism comprises a high-speed driving shaft and a low-speed driving shaft sleeved outside the high-speed driving shaft, the blade device is fixed at the upper end of the high-speed driving shaft, the grinding disc is arranged below the blade device and fixed with the low-speed driving shaft, and the lower end of the high-speed driving shaft is provided with a first joint part for connecting with a high-speed output shaft of a gearbox in the host; and the lower end of the low-speed driving shaft is provided with a second joint part for connecting with a low-speed output shaft of a gearbox in the host machine.

2. The juicing tool of claim 1, further comprising a base centrally provided with a through-hole through which the juicing assembly and the drive assembly are mounted on the base.

3. The juicing tool of claim 1, wherein the grinding discs comprise an upper grinding disc and a lower grinding disc which are arranged oppositely, the upper grinding disc being fixed to a cup of the juicer, and the lower grinding disc being fixed to the low speed drive shaft.

4. The juicing tool of claim 3, wherein the top surface of the lower grinding disk is provided with a groove for juice separation.

5. A juicer characterized by comprising a juicer main body, a cup body and the juicing tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the juicing tool is arranged in the cup body, and the juicer main body is arranged at the lower end of the cup body and is used for driving the juicing tool to work.

6. The juicer of claim 5 wherein the cup comprises, in order from top to bottom:

the cup cover is arranged at the top end of the cup body, a round hole is formed in the top surface of the cup cover, and the top cover is inserted into the round hole in the top surface of the cup cover;

the bottom surface of the upper cup body is a conical surface, and a circulating channel is arranged on the inner wall of the upper cup body;

a juice collecting disc, wherein the top surface of the juice collecting disc is provided with a juice collecting opening which is connected with the circulating channel, and the bottom surface of the juice collecting disc is provided with a convex part;

a juice outlet pipe extending outwards is arranged on the outer side surface of the lower cup body and is communicated with the juice collecting port; the juice collecting tray is inserted into the lower cup body through the convex part and the positioning groove.

7. The juicer of claim 6 wherein the upper grinding disk is disposed on the lower cup, the lower cup and the lower grinding disk forming a cavity therebetween in communication with the juice outlet tube.

8. The juicer of claim 7 wherein the bottom surface of the lid has a ramp.

9. The juicer of claim 6 further comprising a blender bar interchangeable with the top lid.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of juicers, in particular to a juicer and a juicing tool thereof.

Background

The fruits and vegetables are main foods for human bodies to take vitamins, and researches show that people who often eat the fruits and vegetables have higher physical health state than people who do not like eating the fruits and vegetables, particularly in the aspect of preventing diseases, the fruits and vegetables also have irreplaceable effects, and the fruits and vegetables belong to good products in healthy diet. Although the fruits and vegetables are rich in nutrition, many people do not like to eat the fruits and vegetables directly, so that many families are equipped with juicers to solve the health problem.

The existing centrifugal juicing machine and the existing wall breaking machine adopt a high-speed cutting centrifugal drying juicing mode, a smashing device is used for smashing vegetables and fruits to be juiced, and then the juice is thrown out by centrifugal force in a high-speed rotating mode. Centrifugal juicers are low in power and cannot handle hard foods well. If the fruits with thicker fibers are used, the fruits are difficult to be beaten into too fine and smooth fruits. The high temperature generated when cutting fruits at high speed can destroy part of vitamins of the fruits, so that the juice is oxidized and decomposed, and color change and delamination can occur after the juice is placed for a few minutes. The wall breaking machine can be used for stirring at a super high speed to crush food materials into fine particles, but the wall breaking machine is expensive and has very high noise in working.

In view of the above, there is a need for a juicer and a juicing tool thereof, so as to improve the juicing efficiency and reduce the cost of the juicer.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the conventional centrifugal juicer is low in juicing efficiency, cannot realize residue and juice separation, and is high in cost.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a juicing tool comprises a juicing component and a driving mechanism for driving the juicing component, and is characterized in that:

the juicing assembly comprises a blade device and a grinding disc which are coaxially arranged;

the driving mechanism comprises a high-speed driving shaft and a low-speed driving shaft sleeved outside the high-speed driving shaft, the blade device is fixed at the upper end of the high-speed driving shaft, the grinding disc is arranged below the blade device and fixed with the low-speed driving shaft, and the lower end of the high-speed driving shaft is provided with a first joint part for connecting with a high-speed output shaft of a gearbox in the host; and the lower end of the low-speed driving shaft is provided with a second joint part for connecting with a low-speed output shaft of a gearbox in the host machine.

In this scheme, the juicing tool further comprises a base, a through hole is formed in the center of the base, and the juicing assembly and the driving assembly are mounted on the base through the through hole.

Detailed Description

The invention provides a juicer and a juicing tool thereof, which utilize a high-speed rotating blade and a low-speed rotating grinding disc to squeeze juice, and improve the juicing efficiency and the juice taste. The invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description.

As shown in fig. 1, the juice extractor provided by the present invention includes a juice extractor main body, a juice extracting tool 10 and a cup body 20. The juicing tool 10 is arranged in the cup body 20, and the main juicer body is arranged at the lower end 10 of the cup body and drives the juicing tool 10 to work (not shown in the figure).

As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the juicing tool 10 includes a base 100, a juicing assembly 11 and a drive mechanism 12 for driving the juicing assembly. The base 100 is centrally provided with a through hole 101, and the juicing component 11 and the driving mechanism 12 are arranged on the base 100 through the through hole 101. The drive mechanism 12 includes a high-speed drive shaft 121 and a low-speed drive shaft 122 fitted around the high-speed drive shaft 121. The lower end of the high-speed driving shaft 121 is provided with a first joint part 123 for connecting with a high-speed output shaft of a gearbox in the main machine; the lower end of the low speed drive shaft 122 is provided with a second interface 124 for interfacing with a low speed output shaft of a gearbox within the host machine.

The juicing assembly 11 comprises a coaxially arranged blade arrangement 111 and a grinding disc. The blade device 111 is fixed on the upper end of the high-speed driving shaft 121, the grinding disc is arranged below the blade device 111 and fixed with the low-speed driving shaft 122, the grinding disc comprises a lower grinding disc 112 and an upper grinding disc 113 which are oppositely arranged, a fixing part 114 is arranged on the cup body 20, the lower grinding disc 112 is fixed on the low-speed driving shaft 122, and the low-speed driving shaft 122 drives the low-speed driving shaft to rotate at a low speed. The upper grinding plate 113 is arranged on the cup body 20, and the lower grinding plate 112 is matched with the upper grinding plate 113 to grind the pulp. The top surface of the lower grinding disk 112 is provided with a groove 116 for juice separation. The top surface of the fixing portion 114 is provided with a positioning groove.

As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the cup body 20 is provided with a cup cover 21, an upper cup body 22, a juice collecting plate 23 and a lower cup body 24 from top to bottom in sequence. The cup cover 21 is arranged at the top end of the cup body 20, a round hole is formed in the top surface of the cup cover 21, the top cover 211 is inserted into the round hole in the top surface of the cup cover 21, and the stirring rod 212 and the top cover 211 can be interchanged and are inserted into the round hole for use. A slope 213 is provided on the bottom surface of the cap 21 to allow juice to flow back into the cup 20. The bottom surface of the upper cup 22 is a tapered surface, and the inner side wall thereof is provided with a circulation passage 220, and the blade unit 111 rotates in the upper cup 22.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the juice collecting tray 23 is formed by a conical surface and a cylindrical surface, the top surface of the juice collecting tray 23 is provided with a juice collecting opening 231, the bottom surface of the juice collecting tray 23 is provided with a convex part 232 and a positioning part 233, and the positioning part 233 is used for positioning the juice collecting tray 23 and the lower cup body 24 during installation. The side surface of the lower cup body 24 extends outwards to form a juice outlet pipe 241, the juice outlet pipe 241 is communicated with the circulation channel 220 and the juice collecting port 231, a positioning groove is arranged on the top surface of the lower cup body 24, and the juice collecting disc 13 is inserted on the lower cup body 24 through the protruding part 232 and the positioning groove. The upper grinding disk 113 is arranged on the lower cup body 24, and a cavity 242 is formed between the lower cup body 24 and the lower grinding disk 112 and is communicated with the juice outlet pipe 241.

The use method (working process) of the invention is as follows:

the main machine of the juicer drives the high-speed driving shaft 121 to rotate, and drives the blade device 111 to rotate at a high speed to cut the pulp; the low-speed driving shaft 122 drives the lower grinding plate 112 to rotate at a low speed, and the lower grinding plate and the upper grinding plate 113 are matched to grind the pulp. The lower grinding disk 112 rotates at a low speed to form a high pressure center at the lower part of the cup body 20, and a downward suction force is generated, so that the juice carries the pulp to the lower part of the cup body 20, enters the cavity 242 through the gap between the lower grinding disk 112 and the upper grinding disk 113, then enters the upper part of the cup body 20 through the juice collecting port 231 and the circulating channel 220, and is cut again by the blade device 111. The circulation is repeated for many times, and the pulp is fully squeezed. Centrifugal force generated by the low-speed rotation of the lower grinding disc 112 throws the residue and seeds into the grooves 116, and juice and residue separation is realized.

According to the invention, the high-speed driving shaft and the low-speed driving shaft respectively drive the blade and the grinding disc to cut and grind the pulp, so that the juicing efficiency is improved; set up juice collection mouth and circulation channel, make fruit juice carry pulp and form the circulation in the cup, increased the number of times that the blade cut pulp, improved the smear metal efficiency of blade, reduced the time of squeezing the juice, reduced the oxidation time of fruit juice, kept the nutrient composition in the fruit juice better. Set up the recess on the top surface of abrasive disc down, utilize the centrifugation that the abrasive disc low-speed rotation produced has down thrown into the recess with residue and seed, has realized the separation of sediment juice, has improved the purity and the taste of fruit juice.
