d. mixing the antiseptic and mildew-proof biomass carbon with the adhesive according to the mass ratio of 15-30:100, and stirring for 20-28 minutes by using a high-speed stirrer at 3300-;

e. the adhesive based on the antiseptic and mildew-proof biomass carbon is applied to a wood base material in a gum dipping, gluing or glue pouring mode, and the wood base material is used for preparing the artificial board.

c. putting the biomass carbon powder into the biomass carbon soaking solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 45 minutes, and soaking at 70 ℃ for 18 hours to ensure that the biomass carbon powder fully adsorbs the preservative and the mildew preventive to obtain the antiseptic mildew-proof biomass carbon;

d. mixing the antiseptic and mildew-proof biomass carbon and the adhesive in a mass ratio of 20:100, and stirring the mixture for 25 minutes at 3500r/min by using a high-speed stirrer to obtain the antiseptic and mildew-proof biomass carbon-based adhesive;

e. the adhesive based on the antiseptic and mildew-proof biomass carbon is applied to a wood base material in a gum dipping, gluing or glue pouring mode, and the wood base material is used for preparing the artificial board.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an anti-corrosion, anti-mildew and environment-friendly artificial board based on biomass charcoal, and belongs to the field of wood manufacturing.

Background

The artificial board is a board or a molded product which is made by taking wood or other non-wood plants as raw materials, separating the raw materials into various unit materials through certain mechanical processing and then gluing the unit materials with or without adhesive and other additives. The plywood mainly comprises three major products such as plywood, shaving (particle board), fiber board and the like, and is widely used for manufacturing furniture, tables, floors, walls, office supplies and the like. Because most of artificial boards need gluing of adhesives in the synthesis process, the adhesives can be remained in the artificial boards for a long time and generate Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), the VOC is the odor and pollution source in the indoor air, further threatens the health of people, and the artificial boards are easy to mildew in a humid environment, so that the service life of the boards is influenced, and the mildew easily generates adverse effects on human bodies.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an anticorrosive, mildewproof and environment-friendly artificial board based on biomass charcoal. According to the invention, the biomass charcoal porous substance is used for adsorbing the preservative and the mildew preventive, and then the preservative and the mildew preventive are used on the wood base material to prepare the artificial board, so that the artificial board can be subjected to corrosion and mildew prevention through the preservative and the mildew preventive which are slowly released by the biomass charcoal for a long time, and the service life of the artificial board is greatly prolonged; in addition, as the biomass charcoal has good adsorption performance, the invention can also reduce the release of VOC in the artificial board and improve the living environment.

e. the adhesive based on the antiseptic and mildew-proof biomass carbon is applied to a wood base material in a gum dipping, gluing or glue pouring mode, and the wood base material is used for preparing the artificial board.

e. the adhesive based on the antiseptic and mildew-proof biomass carbon is applied to a wood base material in a gum dipping, gluing or glue pouring mode, and the wood base material is used for preparing the artificial board.

The biomass charcoal-based anticorrosive, mildewproof and environment-friendly artificial board is prepared by the following steps:

d. mixing the antiseptic and mildew-proof biomass carbon and the adhesive in a mass ratio of 20:100, and stirring the mixture for 25 minutes at 3500r/min by using a high-speed stirrer to obtain the antiseptic and mildew-proof biomass carbon-based adhesive;

e. the adhesive based on the antiseptic and mildew-proof biomass carbon is applied to a wood base material in a gum dipping, gluing or glue pouring mode, and the wood base material is used for preparing the artificial board.

According to the biomass charcoal-based anticorrosion mildew-proof environment-friendly artificial board, the preservative is one of ammonia-soluble alkyl cuprammonium, copper azole, 1, 2-benzisothiazolin-3-one or copper dimethyldithiocarbamate.

In the biomass charcoal-based anticorrosive mildew-proof environment-friendly artificial board, the mildew preventive is one of mildewproof azole and 8-hydroxyquinoline copper or boride.

In the anticorrosion, mildewproof and environment-friendly artificial board based on the biomass charcoal, the dispersant is one of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, or glyceryl tristearate.

According to the biomass charcoal-based anticorrosion mildew-proof environment-friendly artificial board, the wood adhesive base material is one of soybean protein adhesive, phenolic resin adhesive or white latex.

After the step a, the biomass charcoal based anticorrosive, mildewproof and environment-friendly artificial board is further subjected to oxidation treatment on the biomass charcoal powder, and the oxidized biomass charcoal is used in the step c.

In the above-mentioned artificial board based on biomass charcoal, the oxidation treatment is carried out by irradiating biomass charcoal powder with an irradiation intensity of 0.35w/m2and (3) oxidizing for 72-96h under the irradiation of an at 340nm xenon arc lamp.

According to the oxidation treatment of the anticorrosion mildew-proof environment-friendly artificial board based on the biomass charcoal, the biomass charcoal powder is added into sulfuric acid with the concentration of 98%, ultrasonic dispersion is carried out at room temperature for 30-45min, the biomass charcoal powder is uniformly dispersed in the sulfuric acid, then condensation reflux reaction is carried out in an oil bath at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 2-2.5h, after the reaction is finished, natural cooling is carried out to the room temperature, deionized water is added for dilution, finally, an organic filter membrane is adopted for suction filtration and washing until the pH value of filtrate is neutral, and a product obtained by suction filtration and washing is placed into a drying oven for drying, so that oxidized biomass charcoal is obtained.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. according to the invention, the biomass carbon is crushed into powder and then placed in the biomass carbon soaking agent with the preservative and the mildew preventive, and the biomass carbon is powdered, so that the surface area of the biomass carbon can be greatly improved, and therefore, the biomass carbon powder can be fully contacted with the preservative and the mildew preventive and is adsorbed into a porous space of the biomass carbon to form the antiseptic and mildew-proof biomass carbon; and because the biomass charcoal has strong adsorption capacity, VOC generated in the adhesive or VOC in the air can be absorbed by the biomass charcoal, so that the problem of VOC release in the adhesive can be solved fundamentally, and on the other hand, the VOC in the air can be absorbed, so that indoor air pollution is reduced, and the living environment is improved.

2. According to the invention, the biomass charcoal is subjected to surface oxidation by using oxidation treatment, and then the oxidized biomass charcoal powder is placed in the biomass charcoal soaking solution for soaking, because the biomass charcoal before oxidation is agglomerated due to high surface energy, the biomass charcoal is difficult to disperse in the biomass charcoal soaking solution and is not beneficial to adsorbing the preservative and the mildew preventive, and hydroxyl on the surface of the oxidized biomass charcoal can provide negative charges, so that long-term charge stability is generated, the oxidized biomass charcoal is stably dispersed in the biomass charcoal soaking solution, and the preservative and the mildew preventive are adsorbed in the whole area, so that the best adsorption effect is achieved, the preservative and mildew preventive biomass charcoal in the subsequent artificial board can release the preservative and the mildew preventive for a longer time, and the service life of the artificial board is further prolonged.
