As shown in fig. 4, an application example of the present invention:

1. assembling the tape spool 9: a) a groove 1.1 of the main board 1 is placed upwards, the trapezoidal upper bottoms of the two chock blocks 2 are placed inwards at two ends of the groove 1.1 of the main board 1, and are fixed from the side by a spring pin 5; b) the groove 1.1 of the other main board 1 is downwards arranged above the chock block 2 and is fixed from the side by a spring pin 5; c) a fixing pin 4 penetrates into slotted holes of the upper main board 1, the chock block 2 and the lower main board 1 from top to bottom for fixing; d) placing a pressure plate 3 on the outer side of one main plate 1, and pre-fixing by using a screw 6;
