16. handling other problems of the base layer: the surface of the base layer is cleaned from floating slurry, dust and oil stains, various components, embedded parts and water heating facilities on the wall surface are installed and positioned as soon as possible according to the design requirements, the exposed steel parts need to be subjected to rust removal and rust prevention treatment, and oil seal primer is coated immediately after rust removal;
