1. A high-voltage connector is characterized by comprising a socket (1) and a plug (2);

the socket (1) is composed of a socket shell (11), a socket front base (12), a socket rear base (13), a high-current jack (14), a sealing gasket (15) and an end face sealing ring (16);

the socket (1) is connected with the plug (2) in an inserting mode, a large-current jack (14) on the socket (1) is connected with a large-current contact pin (24) on the plug (2) in an inserting mode, and a first flange (112) on the socket (1) is connected with a second flange (212) on the plug (2) through screws.

The high-voltage connector according to claim 1, wherein the three wire-through holes (113) of the socket housing (11), the three terminal holes (122) of the socket front base (12), the three terminal barrels (134) of the socket rear base (13), the three first plug terminal holes (221) of the plug front base (22), the three second plug terminal holes (231) of the plug rear base (23), the three tail cover holes of the wire-sealing body cavity (213), and the three barrels of the tail cover (27) are respectively disposed on three common and parallel axes, and the axes of the three axes are disposed on an arc line a.

3. A high-voltage connector according to claim 1, characterized in that a first sealing ring (131) is arranged between the sealing groove (141) of the high-current jack (14) and the terminal cylinder (134) of the socket rear base (13).

The high-voltage connector has the advantages of compact structure, good sealing, convenient assembly and disassembly, easy maintenance and excellent sealing performance, anti-seismic performance and shielding performance.

The specific technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:

the large-current jacks are three and are respectively arranged in the three terminal holes of the front base of the socket and the three terminal cylinders of the rear base of the socket;

the flat sides of the jack shafts of the large-current jacks are meshed with the flat sides of the holes in the terminal cylinder on the rear base of the socket;

the sealing gasket is arranged on the front surface of the first flange on the socket shell, and the end face sealing ring is arranged in the end face sealing groove on the back surface of the first flange.

The plug is composed of a plug shell, a plug front base, a plug rear base, a large-current contact pin, a crimping ring, a wire sealing body, a tail cover and a shielding ring;

the plug shell is provided with a head base cavity, a wire sealing body cavity and a second flange, three tail cover holes are arranged in the wire sealing body cavity, the tail cover holes are communicated with the head base cavity, and clamping seats are symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the wire sealing body cavity on the plug shell;

the plug front base is a cavity part, three first plug terminal holes are formed in the plug front base, and flat square holes are formed in the first plug terminal holes;

the plug rear base is a cavity piece, and three second plug terminal holes are formed in the plug rear base;

the tail cover is provided with three cylindrical bodies in a row, and two outer sides of each cylindrical body are symmetrically provided with buckles;

the plug front base and the plug rear base are arranged in a head base cavity of the plug shell;

the large-current contact pin is a flat-square rod piece provided with a contact pin shaft;

the three cylindrical bodies of the tail cover are arranged on the three tail cover holes of the wire sealing body cavity, and the buckle of the tail cover is clamped with the clamping seat of the plug shell.

The socket is connected with the plug in an inserting mode, the large-current jacks on the socket are connected with the large-current contact pins on the plug in an inserting mode, and the first flange on the socket is connected with the second flange on the plug through screws.

Three wire through holes of the socket shell, three terminal holes of the socket front base, three terminal cylinders of the socket rear base, three first plug terminal holes of the plug front base, three second plug terminal holes of the plug rear base, three tail cover holes of the wire sealing body cavity and three cylinder bodies on the tail cover are respectively arranged on three shared and parallel axes, and the axes of the three axes are arranged on an arc line A.

A first sealing ring is arranged between the sealing groove of the large-current jack and the terminal cylinder of the socket rear base.

And a second sealing ring is arranged on the outer side of the terminal cylinder of the socket rear base.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention includes a socket 1 and a plug 2.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the socket 1 is composed of a socket housing 11, a socket front base 12, a socket rear base 13, a high-current jack 14, a gasket 15 and an end face seal ring 16.

Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 5, the socket housing 11 is provided with a base cavity 111 and a first flange 112, the base cavity 111 is provided with three through holes 113, and the back of the first flange 112 is provided with an end face sealing groove 114.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the front base 12 of the socket is a cavity member, and a cavity flange 121 and three terminal holes 122 are formed thereon.

Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 6, the socket rear base 13 is a cavity member, and is provided with a cavity recess 133 and three terminal cylinders 134, and the inner holes of the terminal cylinders 134 are provided with flat holes.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the large current insertion hole 14 is a rod having a sealing groove 141 and an insertion hole flat 142, and a cable insertion hole is formed at a rod end.

Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 6, the cavity flange 121 of the front socket base 12 is abutted with the cavity groove 133 of the rear socket base 13 and is disposed in the socket base cavity 111 of the socket housing 11.

Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 6, the large-current jack 14 is three pieces, and is respectively disposed in the three terminal holes 122 of the front socket base 12 and the three terminal cylinders 134 of the rear socket base 13; the jack shaft flats 142 of the high current jack 14 engage the hole flats in the terminal barrel 134 on the receptacle rear base 13.

Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 5, the sealing gasket 15 is disposed on the front surface of the first flange 112 on the receptacle housing 11, and the end-face sealing ring 16 is disposed in the end-face sealing groove 114 on the back surface of the first flange 112.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the plug 2 is composed of a plug housing 21, a plug front base 22, a plug rear base (23), a large-current pin 24, a crimp ring 25, a wire sealing body 26, a tail cover 27, and a shielding ring 28.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the plug housing 21 is provided with a head base cavity 211, a wire sealing body cavity 213 and a second flange 212, three tail cover holes are provided in the wire sealing body cavity 213, the tail cover holes are communicated with the head base cavity 211, and the outer wall of the wire sealing body cavity 213 on the plug housing 21 is symmetrically provided with clamping seats 214.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the plug front base 22 is a cavity member, and three first plug terminal holes 221 are formed therein, and flat portions of holes are formed in the first plug terminal holes 221; the plug rear base 23 is a cavity member, and three second plug terminal holes 231 are formed therein; three cylindrical bodies are arranged on the tail cover 27, and two outer sides of each cylindrical body are symmetrically provided with buckles 272.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the plug front base 22 and the plug rear base 23 are disposed in the head base cavity 211 of the plug housing 21.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the large current pin 24 is a rod with a pin shaft flat square 241;

the large-current pin 24, the crimping ring 25, the wire sealing body 26 and the shielding ring 28 are all three, the large-current pin 24 is respectively arranged in a first plug terminal hole 221 of the plug front base 22 and a second plug terminal hole 231 of the plug rear base 23, a pin shaft flat square 241 of the large-current pin 24 is meshed with a hole flat square in the first plug terminal hole 221 of the plug front base 22, and the crimping ring 25, the shielding ring 28 and the wire sealing body 26 are respectively arranged in three tail cover holes of a wire sealing body cavity 213 on the plug housing 21; the three cylindrical bodies of the tail cover 27 are arranged on the three tail cover holes of the wire-sealing body cavity 213, and the buckle 272 of the tail cover 27 is clamped with the clamping seat 213 of the plug housing 21.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the socket 1 is plugged with the plug 2, the high-current jack 14 on the socket 1 is plugged with the high-current pin 24 on the plug 2, and the first flange 112 on the socket 1 is connected with the second flange 212 on the plug 2 through screws.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a first sealing ring 131 is disposed between the sealing groove 141 of the large current insertion hole 14 and the terminal cylinder 134 of the socket rear base 13.

The invention is used as follows:

referring to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 4, the socket 1 of the present invention is plugged with the plug 2, the large current jack 14 on the socket 1 is plugged with the large current pin 24 on the plug 2, and the first flange 112 on the socket 1 is connected with the second flange 212 on the plug 2 by screws; the face seal ring 16 provided in the face seal groove 114 of the first flange 112 seals the receptacle 1 and the header 2.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, the socket 1 and the plug 2 of the invention adopt three common axes, and the axes of the three axes are arranged on an arc line a cut by the radial line of the hub, so that the invention is convenient to be matched with the appearance of the hub 3, and has reasonable and beautiful appearance.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the three wire-passing through holes 113 of the socket housing 11, the three terminal holes 122 of the socket front base 12, the three terminal barrels 134 of the socket rear base 13, the three first plug terminal holes 221 of the plug front base 22, the three second plug terminal holes 231 of the plug rear base 23, the three tail cover holes of the wire-sealing body cavity 213 and the three barrel-shaped bodies on the tail cover 27 are respectively arranged on three common and parallel axes, and the axes of the three axes are arranged on an arc line a, so that the three large-current jacks 14 and the three large-current pins 24 are correspondingly butted on the three common and parallel axes one by one.

Referring to fig. 1, 3, 4 and 7, a first sealing ring 131 is disposed between the sealing groove 141 of the large-current jack 14 and the terminal cylinder 134 of the socket rear base 13, and is used for sealing the large-current jack 14 and the socket rear base 13; the second seal ring 132 is provided on the outer side of the terminal cylinder 134 of the socket rear base 13, the seal gasket 15 is provided on the front surface of the first flange 112 of the socket housing 11, and the second seal ring and the seal gasket are provided for sealing the oil solution in the hub 3 motor, thereby effectively sealing the socket and the center plate.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 4, in order to ensure the shielded connection of the cable and the present invention, the plug housing 21 of the present invention is provided with a wire-sealing body cavity 213 and three tail cover holes, when the cable is welded to the large-current pin 24 and installed in the plug terminal holes of the plug front base 22 and the plug rear base 23, the cable also passes through the crimping ring 25, the shielding ring 28 and the wire-sealing body 26 in the three tail cover holes on the plug housing 213 on the plug housing 21 to stabilize the cable, and prevent metal chips on the shielding layer of the cable from entering the wire-sealing body cavity 213, so as to improve the safety performance of the present invention in use, and the arrangement of the crimping ring 25 and the shielding ring 28 makes the shielding layer of the cable and the plug housing 21 conducted, so as to achieve the shielding effect of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, in order to prevent the external force at the tail end of the cable from being transmitted into the plug housing 21 of the present invention, the tail cap 27 is disposed on three tail cap holes of the wire-sealing body 213 of the plug housing 21, and the buckle 272 of the tail cap 27 is clamped with the clamping seat 213 of the plug housing 21.
