The expensive electrostatic or plasma adsorption technology from germany, which utilizes voltage to generate electrostatic or plasma, and generates adsorption effect on dust and smoke under the action of electrostatic or plasma, has very high cost due to large material consumption, low efficiency and the need of additional electric equipment, and can not recycle a large amount of mold release water flowing down the mold, which still belongs to typical temporary solution and permanent solution.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention provides a demolded water recovery and ready-to-use device 100, which includes a ready-to-use device body 110, wherein an inner space of the ready-to-use device body 110 is sequentially divided into a first space 111, a second space 112, and a third space 113 along a horizontal direction. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the height of the first space 111 is lower than the height of the second space 112, and the height of the mold release water recovery tank 140 is lower than the height of the second space 112. The knockout water spray inlet 120 is provided at the top of the first space 111, and the suction hood 140 is provided at a side wall of the first space 111 on the side away from the second space 112. When the negative pressure fan 170 forms a negative pressure airflow in the first space 111, atomized demolding water sprayed by the spraying system of the die casting machine enters the first space 111 from the upper part of the first space 111 through the demolding water spraying inlet 120, and meanwhile, the first space 111 sucks air outwards through the air suction cover 140 arranged on the side wall of the first space 111 away from the second space 112, so that the atomized demolding water sucked into the first space 111 is ensured to float towards the demolding water recovery box 140 and the second space 112 where the demolding water recovery box is located.

As shown in fig. 1, the self-excited beating device 150 comprises a self-excited plate 151 and a beating plate 152; the self-excited plate 151 is an elastic bending plate, one end of the self-excited plate 151 is horizontally fixed on a side wall of the mold release water recovery tank 140 adjacent to the first space 111, and the other end of the self-excited plate 151 is obliquely inserted into the liquid level of the mold release water recovery tank 140. The clapper 152 is an elastic straight plate, one end of the clapper 152 is hinged with the other end of the self-excitation plate 151, and the other end of the clapper 152 is obliquely inserted into the liquid surface of the demoulding water recovery tank 140. When the negative pressure fan 170 forms a negative pressure airflow in the second space 112, the self-excitation plate 151 and the beating plate 152 are automatically excited, so that the two continuously beat the liquid surface of the mold release water recycling tank 140 to excite the water curtain spray, and thus, a part of the mold release water in the mold release water recycling tank 140 is upwards sucked.

As shown in fig. 1, the opposed stirring device 160 includes a first rotating assembly 161 and a second rotating assembly 162, the first rotating assembly 161 and the second rotating assembly 162 are disposed in an inclined manner, and the rotating direction of the first rotating assembly 161 is opposite to the rotating direction of the second rotating assembly 162.
