1. A water cooling apparatus for a mold, comprising:

the water-saving water dispenser comprises a pressing plate (1), wherein a water inlet passage (3) and a water outlet passage (4) are arranged in the pressing plate (1);

the mold (2) to be cooled is detachably connected with the pressing plate (1), a water cooling groove (5) is arranged in the mold (2) to be cooled, and the water cooling groove (5) is communicated with the water inlet passage (3) and the water outlet passage (4);

Background

The die is various dies and tools for obtaining required products by injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, die casting or forging forming, smelting, stamping and other methods in industrial production, a large amount of heat can be generated in the die casting process of the die, the die can be greatly damaged after being used for a long time, and therefore, a water cooling device is needed to carry out water cooling on the die so as to improve the yield of the products.

The water cooling of traditional mould is usually adopted and is being treated to set up corresponding water-cooling channel on cooling die and/or the water-cooling piece, with water-cooling piece lid locate the mould on, make the water-cooling channel on the apron correspond with the water-cooling channel on mould or the mould, then adopt welding mode to seal and connect it, the main problem that its exists has: 1. the welding sealing position is easy to leak water, so that the production process of the die is unstable or production is interrupted; 2. once the welding connection part is welded, the disassembly and assembly or the later repair can not be carried out, and the welding connection part belongs to a disposable article; 3. in a water cooling system adopting a welding mode, an inlet and outlet pipeline system is complex, and the daily maintenance is difficult; 4. once the water cooling channel is blocked or scaled, the water cooling channel cannot be cleaned or repaired, and the replacement cost is high.

Therefore, a water cooling device for mold is needed to solve the above mentioned problems.

The water cooling device for the die provided by the invention enhances the sealing property of the water cooling device, and is convenient to maintain and replace after a water channel is blocked or scaled.

a mold water cooling device comprising:

the pressing plate is internally provided with a water inlet passage and a water outlet passage;

the mold to be cooled is detachably connected with the pressing plate, a water cooling groove is arranged in the mold to be cooled, and the water cooling groove is communicated with the water inlet passage and the water outlet passage;

and the sealing gasket is arranged at the joint of the water cooling tank, the water inlet passage and the water outlet passage.
