Cutting off the integral sealing ring by a blade, winding the sealing ring on the main shaft after cutting off, uniformly coating glue on the cutting surfaces, butting the cutting surfaces of the sealing ring by hands, keeping and heating for about 30 minutes, and installing the sealing ring at a specified position after the glue is cured. The manual cutting and bonding method for replacement has the following problems: the flatness of the cutting surface of the integral sealing ring is cut manually, so that the bonding strength of the cutting surface of the sealing ring is influenced; the sealing ring is bonded manually, so that the goodness of fit of a cutting surface of the sealing ring is poor, and the sealing property of the sealing ring is influenced; the sealing ring is bonded and cured within about 30min, the cutting surface of the sealing ring needs to be pressed and maintained by hands, and the labor intensity and the operation difficulty of workers are increased.

Therefore, the wind power main shaft sealing ring on-site on-line replacement tool and method which are high in cutting sealing ring precision and convenient for alignment and bonding of the cut sealing ring are designed to improve the on-line replacement efficiency of the main shaft sealing ring of the wind generating set.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects that a cutting surface of a sealing ring is difficult to be matched and bonded when the sealing ring of a main shaft is replaced manually, and the replacement efficiency of the sealing ring is low, the invention provides the tool and the method for replacing the sealing ring of the main shaft on site on line.

D. and mounting the bonded sealing ring on a required position on the main shaft.
