the screw 513 is convexly arranged on the surface of the installation platform 511 facing the base station 10, and can rotate relative to the installation platform 511, and the base station 10 is sleeved on the screw 513 and is in threaded connection with the screw 513;

the guide rod 515 is convexly arranged on the surface of the installation platform 511 facing the base station 10, and is arranged side by side with the screw rod 513, the guide rod 515 is arranged on the base station 10 in a penetrating way, and the base station 10 can slide relative to the guide rod 515;

the lead screw 513 rotates relative to the mounting platform 511, and drives the base 10 to slide along the guide rod 515 to approach or separate from the mounting platform 511.

It can be understood that, by the cooperation of the screw 513 and the guide rod 515, the base station 10 is driven to approach or leave the mounting platform 511, so that not only the stability and reliability of the movement process of the base station 10 can be improved, but also the adjustment mode of the screw 513 is beneficial to obtaining higher adjustment precision and is accompanied by an "automatic keeping" function, and the use is more convenient.

Of course, in other embodiments, the base 10 may be driven by a linear mechanism such as an air cylinder, an electric cylinder, or a linear motor. Those skilled in the art can implement the method reasonably according to actual needs, and detailed description is omitted here.

As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the voice coil support assembling mechanism 100 of the present invention, one end of the lead screw 513 away from the first base penetrates through the base 10, and is provided with an adjusting knob 55. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the voice coil support assembly mechanism 100 of the present invention, the adjusting knob 55 is disposed at an interval from the base 10, the voice coil support assembly mechanism 100 further includes a fixing seat 70, the fixing seat 70 is disposed between the adjusting knob 55 and the base 10, the lead screw 513 is disposed through the fixing seat 70, the lead screw 513 is rotatable relative to the fixing seat 70, the lead screw 513 and the fixing seat 70 are relatively fixed in an axial direction of the lead screw 513, and one end of the guide rod 515 away from the mounting platform 511 is fixed to the fixing seat 70.

Specifically, the fixing base 70 is disposed opposite to the mounting platform 511, and the distance between the fixing base and the mounting platform is fixed. The base 10 is provided between the fixing base 70 and the mounting platform 511 so as to be able to ascend and descend. The base 10 is lifted up and down by rotating the lead screw 513 and restricting the base 10 from rotating with the lead screw 513 by cooperating with the guide bar 515. That is, when the screw 513 rotates, the base 10 can ascend or descend between the fixing seat 70 and the mounting platform 511, so as to shorten or lengthen the distance between the base and the mounting platform 511, and further to realize the pushing and pulling actions of the connecting rod 53, and to realize the adjustment of the diameter of the circumference where the plurality of claw heads 31a are located.

It can be understood that the arrangement of the fixing seat 70 provides a stable structural foundation for the voice coil support assembling mechanism 100, which is not only beneficial to realizing the adjustment of the diameter of the circumference where the plurality of claw heads 31a are located; but also facilitates the installation and fixation of the voice coil support assembly mechanism 100 and the operation and use of the voice coil support assembly mechanism 100.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the voice coil support assembling mechanism 100 of the present invention, the voice coil support assembling mechanism 100 further includes a housing 90, an accommodating cavity 90a is formed in the housing 90, an avoiding opening 90b communicating with the accommodating cavity 90a is formed in a top surface of the housing 90, and the fixing base 70 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 90a, so that the plurality of claw heads 31a are protruded from the avoiding opening 90b to the top surface of the housing 90.

It will be appreciated that the configuration of the housing 90 not only protects the internal structure thereof, but also provides a platform foundation for the operation of the internal structure thereof, thereby facilitating the adjustment and stabilization of the latch 30, facilitating the insertion and assembly of the voice coil 300, and further facilitating the achievement of a higher quality speaker. In addition, the design that the plurality of claw heads 31a protrude from the top surface of the housing 90 through the escape openings 90b can support the outer edge of the damper 200 by using the top surface of the housing 90 when the plurality of claw heads 31a support the inner diameter portion of the damper 200, thereby further improving the stability of the damper 200 and the assembling quality of the damper 200 and the voice coil 300.

It should be noted that a support structure such as a bracket and a partition plate may be disposed in the accommodating cavity 90a for fixing the fixing base 70.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the voice coil support mounting mechanism 100 of the present invention, a limiting step 31b is formed on an outward side of the claw head 31 a. So, can make the cooperation of the inner diameter portion of centering branch piece 200 and claw head 31a more stable to can strengthen centering branch piece 200 and be fixed in the stability of jack catch 30 in advance, be favorable to follow-up with the assembly of voice coil 300, be favorable to promoting the quality of speaker.
