An elastic medical bandage with a composite structure comprises an outer layer (1) and an inner layer (2), and is characterized in that the outer layer (1) is formed by interweaving pre-tension spandex and low stretch yarn woven fabrics based on a warp-wise long floating fabric weave structure; the inner layer (2) is low-gram-weight spunlace non-woven fabric which is modified bamboo charcoal fiber.

3. A method of making an elastic medical bandage of composite construction according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises the following steps:

step one, preparing an outer layer: pre-tension spandex and low-elasticity yarn are mixed according to the mixture ratio (5-9): 1, respectively preparing a pre-tension spandex warp beam and a low-elasticity yarn warp beam; the weft adopts low-elasticity yarn; interweaving warp and weft yarns based on a warp-wise long floating long fabric weave structure to obtain a bandage outer layer with controllable deformation capacity;

step two, preparing an inner layer: modified bamboo charcoal fiber or mixing Tencel and chitosan at a ratio of (30-40): (70-80) mixing in a cotton box; forming a low-gram-weight fiber web by loose fibers through a carding machine; pre-wetting the fiber web based on a spunlace process, carrying out three to five spunlace processes, wherein the last spunlace surface is a skin-attached surface, and uniformly pressing and drying to obtain a bandage inner layer with a clean skin-attached surface;

step three, compounding the inner layer and the outer layer: pressing the outer layer and the inner layer of the bandage by a high-temperature hydraulic press at the temperature of 145-155 ℃ and under the pressure of 1-2MPa for 11-13 s; and ensuring that the two layers of fabrics are flat in the pressing process so as to prepare the medical bandage (3).

4. The method for preparing an elastic medical bandage with composite structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein in the first step, the pretension of the pretension spandex is 0.2-0.3N; the low-elasticity yarn is terylene or chinlon.

(1) adding bamboo charcoal fiber into acetic acid solution with volume 5-10 times of the bamboo charcoal fiber, stirring, filtering, washing with distilled water, and oven drying;

(2) the preparation method comprises the steps of putting nano titanium dioxide and graphene oxide into a ball mill, fully and uniformly mixing, then treating in a nitrogen atmosphere of a vacuum drying oven, adding the mixture into a silane coupling agent solution with the volume being 10-15 times of that of the mixture, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, then adding bamboo charcoal fiber, continuously finishing, filtering, putting the obtained product into a microwave device for treatment, taking out the product, sending the product into a steam chamber, and then drying.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical supplies, in particular to an elastic medical bandage with a composite structure and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The bandage has wide application in real life, and different wounds are bandaged by different bandages. At present, in the medical field, when symptoms such as limb sprain, soft tissue injury, joint swelling and pain and the like are encountered, the auxiliary treatment is usually carried out by using an elastic bandage. Common elastic bandages which are commercially available at present comprise a wrinkle elastic bandage, a spandex elastic bandage, a PBT elastic bandage and the like.

The published chinese patent literature is replete with information on elastic bandages, for example, patent No. CN207071113U, which provides an elastic bandage woven with cotton as warp and elastic as weft, and coated with a hydrogel layer. The elastic bandage can only prevent the bandage from being adhered to the wound, has poor hygroscopicity and cannot have a bacteriostatic effect. For example, patent No. CN204909821U discloses a dustproof and antibacterial elastic bandage, which has a function of antibacterial and antivirus, but lacks a structural layer capable of providing strength, and has weak wear resistance and strength when contacting with the outside. In the above-mentioned prior patents, there is a lack of products combining the features of good air permeability, controllable elastic deformation, antibacterial activity and skin-friendly property, and as a skilled person in the art, there is a need to develop a structural composite elastic medical bandage.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides the elastic medical bandage with the composite structure and the preparation method thereof, which endow the medical bandage with good air permeability and skin-friendly property, improve the use comfort of patients and have excellent antibacterial effect.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an elastic medical bandage with a composite structure comprises an outer layer and an inner layer, wherein the outer layer is based on a warp-direction long floating long fabric weave structure and is formed by interweaving pre-tension spandex and low stretch yarn woven fabrics; the inner layer is low-gram-weight spunlace non-woven fabric which is modified bamboo charcoal fiber.

Preferably, the low-gram-weight spunlace nonwoven fabric is composed of tencel and chitosan fibers.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the elastic medical bandage with the composite structure, which comprises the following steps:

step one, preparing an outer layer: pre-tension spandex and low-elasticity yarn are mixed according to the mixture ratio (5-9): 1, respectively preparing a pre-tension spandex warp beam and a low-elasticity yarn warp beam; the weft adopts low-elasticity yarn; interweaving warp and weft yarns based on a warp-wise long floating long fabric weave structure to obtain a bandage outer layer with controllable deformation capacity;

step two, preparing an inner layer: modified bamboo charcoal fiber or mixing Tencel and chitosan at a ratio of (30-40): (70-80) mixing in a cotton box; forming a low-gram-weight fiber web by loose fibers through a carding machine; pre-wetting the fiber web based on a spunlace process, carrying out three to five spunlace processes, wherein the last spunlace surface is a skin-attached surface, and uniformly pressing and drying to obtain a bandage inner layer with a clean skin-attached surface;

step three, compounding the inner layer and the outer layer: pressing the outer layer and the inner layer of the bandage by a high-temperature hydraulic press at the temperature of 145-155 ℃ and under the pressure of 1-2MPa for 11-13 s; and ensuring that the two layers of fabrics are smooth in the pressing process, thereby preparing the medical bandage.

Preferably, in the step one, the pretension force of the pretension spandex is 0.2-0.3N; the low-elasticity yarn is terylene or chinlon.

Preferably, in the second step, the method for modifying bamboo charcoal fiber is as follows:

(1) adding bamboo charcoal fiber into acetic acid solution with volume 5-10 times of the bamboo charcoal fiber, stirring, filtering, washing with distilled water, and oven drying;

(2) the preparation method comprises the steps of putting nano titanium dioxide and graphene oxide into a ball mill, fully and uniformly mixing, then treating in a nitrogen atmosphere of a vacuum drying oven, adding the mixture into a silane coupling agent solution with the volume being 10-15 times of that of the mixture, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, then adding bamboo charcoal fiber, continuously finishing, filtering, putting the obtained product into a microwave device for treatment, taking out the product, sending the product into a steam chamber, and then drying.

The invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the elastic medical bandage with the composite structure and the preparation method thereof, the outer layer has certain strength and elasticity, so that the bandage can deform in a large body length and the deformation is controllable; the inner layer is soft and skin-friendly and has certain antibacterial activity; the compounded product can ensure good air permeability, improves the use comfort, has stable property, is harmless to human body and is more beneficial to rehabilitation.

In the invention, the outer layer 1 is woven by pre-tension spandex and low stretch yarn according to a proportion and a warp-wise long floating structure, so that certain strength and elasticity can be provided for the bandage, and the controllable elastic deformation can be realized; the inner layer 2 is formed by water needling of a low-gram-weight fiber net consisting of modified bamboo charcoal fibers, has good air permeability and skin-friendly property, improves the use comfort of patients, and endows a certain antibacterial effect; the medical bandage 3 is formed by pressing the inner layer and the outer layer by adopting a special hot rolling process, and certain air permeability is kept.

A preparation method of an elastic medical bandage with a composite structure comprises the following steps:

step one, preparing an outer layer: orderly arranging 1000D pre-tension spandex and 150D polyester yarn in a ratio of 5:1 to respectively prepare a pre-tension spandex warp beam and a polyester warp beam; the pre-tension spandex keeps certain tension, and the polyester yarn is straightened at low tension; the weft yarns adopt polyester yarns; interweaving warp and weft yarns based on a warp-wise long floating long fabric weave structure to obtain a bandage outer layer with controllable deformation capacity; wherein the pre-tension of the pre-tension spandex is 0.2N; the warp floating length is 3-5 of a tissue structure B;

step three, compounding the inner layer and the outer layer: adopting a hot pressing process, pressing the outer layer of the bandage and the inner layer of the bandage by a high-temperature hydraulic machine, wherein the temperature is 145 ℃, the pressure is 1MPa, and the time is 11 s; the two layers of fabric are ensured to be flat in the pressing process, so that the medical bandage 3 is manufactured.

In the second step, the bamboo charcoal fiber is modified by the following method:

(1) adding bamboo charcoal fiber into acetic acid solution with volume 5 times of the bamboo charcoal fiber, stirring, filtering, washing with distilled water, and drying;

In the embodiment, the prepared elastic medical bandage with the composite structure has the controllable deformation of about 200%, the air permeability of 10.7mm/s under the pressure difference of 6Pa, and the inner layer is clean and has good skin-friendly property and certain antibacterial property.
