Background

And the cement floor products also have the common defects of hollowing and cracks, and the cement floors are rough and uneven in color.

Therefore, the technical problems to be solved by the technicians in the field are how to avoid hollowing and crack warping of the cement ground, reduce the roughness of the cement ground, and improve the uniformity and fineness of the color and luster of the cement ground.

If the thickness of the anti-cracking leveling layer of the concrete to be manufactured is larger than the first preset thickness, the thickness is larger, the requirement of bonding strength cannot be met by adopting a bonding method, and at the moment, a suspension method is adopted: the surface of the second structure base layer is cleaned, a first plastic film is laid on the surface of the second structure base layer, second concrete compounded with ground materials is poured on the first plastic film, and anti-bending concrete is poured on the second concrete to form a second anti-cracking layer, so that warping, cracking and sanding are prevented; then, a second surface layer is laid on the second anti-cracking layer, and the second surface layer is subjected to light collection to form a second semi-finished product, so that the color uniformity of the fair-faced concrete is improved; then, maintaining the second semi-finished product and improving the strength of the fair-faced concrete; then, grinding the surface layer of the second semi-finished product to improve the flatness of the fair-faced concrete; then, cleaning the second semi-finished product, and spraying a permeable curing agent on the surface of the second semi-finished product for curing construction, so as to further improve the strength of the fair-faced concrete; and finally, cleaning the second semi-finished product, and performing second protective liquid cover surface construction on the surface of the second semi-finished product to form a second finished product. The second protective liquid is transparent, wear-resistant, slip-resistant and anti-seepage liquid, so that the roughness of the cement ground is reduced, and the clear water concrete improves the anti-seepage property, the wear resistance and the slip resistance because the second protective liquid is transparent, wear-resistant, slip-resistant and anti-seepage liquid.

In order to achieve the second object, the invention provides the following technical solutions:
