The coal-fired power plant wet sludge storage and feeding system of claim 1, wherein an ultrasonic level meter, a rotation-resistant level meter, a level display device and a level alarm device are arranged in the wet sludge storage bin; the ultrasonic material level meter and the rotation-resistant material level meter are both connected with the material level display device, and the material level display device is connected with the material level alarm device.

The wet sludge storage and feeding system of the coal-fired power plant as claimed in claim 1, wherein a storage bin odor pumping and discharging port is formed on the wet sludge storage bin, the storage bin odor pumping and discharging port is connected with a noncondensable gas conveying pipeline through a storage bin odor exhaust fan, a gas outlet of the noncondensable gas conveying pipeline is connected with a gas dehumidifying device, and a gas outlet of the gas dehumidifying device is connected with a gas inlet of the boiler through a blower; and a water outlet of the gas dehumidifying device is connected with a condensed sewage tank.

The coal-fired power plant wet sludge storage and feeding system of claim 1, wherein a methane concentration detector is arranged in the wet sludge storage bin, a methane vent is arranged on the wet sludge storage bin, an automatic ventilation device is arranged at the methane vent, and the methane concentration detector is connected with the automatic ventilation device.

The coal-fired power plant wet sludge storage and feeding system as in claim 1, wherein the wet sludge storage bin has a top surface access opening opened on a top surface thereof, a side surface access opening opened on a side surface thereof, an access platform provided on one side thereof, a guardrail provided on the access platform, and the access platform extending to the top surface access opening and the side surface access opening.

The wet sludge storage and feeding system of a coal-fired power plant as claimed in claim 1, wherein said wet sludge storage and feeding system of a coal-fired power plant comprises a plurality of said coal mills, said plurality of coal mills being arranged in sequence from top to bottom; the boiler is provided with a plurality of feeding ports which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the plurality of feeding ports of the boiler correspond to the plurality of coal mills one by one;

and the discharge hole of the coal feeder is connected with the feed hole of at least one coal mill positioned above the coal feeder.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of sludge treatment, in particular to a sludge storage and feeding system for a coal-fired power plant.

Background

In recent years, the coal-fired power plant carries out sludge co-combustion so as to reasonably utilize the sludge. However, in the prior art, sludge and coal are mainly mixed in a coal yard, and then the mixed sludge and coal are conveyed to a boiler for combustion through an existing coal conveying system, but the sludge generally has high viscosity, the coal conveying system is easy to block by using the existing coal conveying system, and wet sludge is easy to be insufficiently combusted when conveyed to the boiler and influences the temperature of the boiler, so that the problem of sludge feeding is urgently needed to be solved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a sludge storage and feeding system for a coal-fired power plant to solve the problems.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a sludge storage and feeding system of a coal-fired power plant comprises a wet sludge storage bin, a sludge drying device and a coal powder unit which are sequentially connected, wherein the coal powder unit comprises a coal feeder, a coal pulverizer and a boiler which are sequentially connected;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a sludge storage and feeding system for a coal-fired power plant, including a wet sludge storage bin 1, a sludge drying device 2, and a coal dust unit, which are connected in sequence, where the coal dust unit includes a coal feeder 31, a coal pulverizer 32, and a boiler 33, which are connected in sequence.

The discharge port of the wet sludge storage bin 1 is connected with the feed port of the sludge drying device 2, the discharge port of the sludge drying device 2 is connected with the feed port of a coal feeder 31, the discharge port of the coal feeder 31 is connected with the feed port of a coal mill 32, and the discharge port of the coal mill 32 is connected with the feed port of a boiler 33.

The invention directly conveys the sludge to a coal feeder 31 to be mixed with coal powder, and then the sludge is conveyed to a boiler 33 to be combusted through a coal mill 32. The problem that the sludge is mixed with coal in a coal yard and then is conveyed to the boiler 33 through the coal conveying system is avoided, so that the blockage of the coal conveying system caused by the mixed combustion of the sludge can be avoided. Furthermore, the wet sludge is dried and dehydrated by the sludge drying device 2 before the sludge is mixed and burnt, so that the sludge is more fully burnt and the influence of the water content of the sludge on the temperature of the boiler 33 is avoided.

In the embodiment of the invention, the discharge hole of the sludge drying device 2 is connected with the feed hole of the coal feeder 31 through the uniform distributor, so that the sludge can be uniformly mixed.

In the embodiment of the invention, the wet sludge storage and feeding system of the coal-fired power plant comprises a plurality of coal mills 32, and the coal mills 32 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The boiler 33 is provided with a plurality of feeding ports which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the plurality of feeding ports of the boiler 33 correspond to the plurality of coal mills 32 one by one. The discharge port of the coal feeder 31 is connected with the feed port of at least one coal mill 32 located above.

The present invention allows sludge to be burned in the upper portion of the boiler 33 by incorporating the sludge into the coal mill 32 located above. The upper part of the boiler 33 has high temperature, which can ensure thorough combustion of the sludge. Specifically, the number of the coal mills 32 is preferably six.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the wet sludge storage silo 1 is an underground wet sludge storage silo. The top surface of the wet sludge storage bin 1 is provided with a sludge inlet, and the sludge inlet is provided with a sealed bin door 11. The bottom of the wet sludge storage bin 1 is in an inverted trapezoid shape, a sludge outlet is formed in the bottom surface of the inverted trapezoid shape, and a spiral unloader 12 is arranged at the sludge outlet. The bottom of the inverted trapezoid is provided with an arch breaking sliding frame 13 used for conveying sludge to a sludge outlet, and the arch breaking sliding frame 13 is connected with an arch breaking sliding frame driving piece used for driving the arch breaking sliding frame 13 to move.

The discharge port of the screw discharger 12 is connected with a sludge discharge pipe 14, the discharge port of the sludge discharge pipe 14 is connected with a sludge feeding pipe 16 through a sludge feeding pump, and the discharge port of the sludge feeding pipe 16 is connected with the feed port of the sludge drying device 2. Wherein, the sludge discharging pipe 14 and the sludge feeding pipe 16 are preferably seamless steel pipes or ultra-low friction wear-resistant composite pipes.

Specifically, the arch breaking sliding frame driving part is a hydraulic cylinder, the screw unloader 12 is an electric single-shaft screw unloader, and the sludge feeding pump is a screw pump 15. The screw discharger 12 is controlled by frequency conversion to cooperate with a screw pump 15. The sludge discharging pipe 14 is provided with a gate valve 141.

Specifically, the outer periphery of the cross section of the arch breaking sliding frame 13 is of a wedge-shaped structure, and the inner side of the cross section is of a vertical surface structure. In the driven reciprocating motion process of the arch breaking sliding frame 13, the wedge-shaped structure can scoop up the sludge, and the vertical surface structure can effectively push the sludge into the discharging equipment. The reciprocating motion of the arch-breaking sliding frame 13 at the bottom of the bin can effectively prevent sludge from bridging near a sludge outlet, and the working surface of the arch-breaking sliding frame 13 covers the whole bin bottom to ensure that no dead angle exists at the bin bottom.

The invention is beneficial to discharging sludge from the wet sludge storage bin 1 through the arrangement of the spiral unloader 12, the arch breaking sliding frame 13, the inverted trapezoidal bin bottom and the like. The sealing bin door 11 can effectively prevent odor from escaping. The wet sludge storage bin 1 is a round bin, and the bin body is not provided with any rib plate structure, so that smooth sludge discharge is ensured.

In the embodiment of the invention, an ultrasonic material level meter, a rotation-resistant material level meter, a material level display device and a material level alarm device are arranged in the wet sludge storage bin 1. The ultrasonic level indicator and the rotation-resistant level indicator are both connected with a level display device, and the level display device is connected with a level alarm device. The invention carries out online monitoring on the sludge material level through the ultrasonic wave material level meter and the rotation-resistant material level meter and displays the material level height on line through the material level display device. The invention specifically sets four material level alarm points of ultra-low level, high level and ultra-high level, warns workers that sludge can not be added into the wet sludge storage bin 1 when the material level is too high, and warns workers to replenish sludge into the wet sludge storage bin 1 in real time when the material level is too low.

In the embodiment of the invention, a methane concentration detector is arranged in the wet sludge storage bin 1, a methane vent is arranged on the wet sludge storage bin 1, an automatic ventilation device is arranged at the methane vent, and the methane concentration detector is connected with the automatic ventilation device. When the methane concentration is too high, the methane concentration is reduced through the automatic ventilation device, so that the potential safety hazard caused by the high methane concentration is avoided.

In the embodiment of the invention, a top surface access hole is formed in the top surface of the wet sludge storage bin 1, a side surface access hole is formed in the side surface of the wet sludge storage bin 1, an access platform 17 is arranged on one side of the wet sludge storage bin 1, a guardrail is arranged on the access platform 17, and the access platform 17 extends to the top surface access hole and the side surface access hole. Wherein, the diameter of top surface access hole is greater than 700mm, and the diameter of side access hole is greater than 900 mm.

In the embodiment of the invention, an odor pumping and discharging port of a storage bin is formed on a wet sludge storage bin 1, the odor pumping and discharging port of the storage bin is connected with a noncondensable gas conveying pipeline 42 through an odor exhaust fan 41, an air outlet of the noncondensable gas conveying pipeline is connected with an air dehumidifying device 43, an air outlet of the air dehumidifying device 43 is connected with an air inlet of a boiler 33 through a blower 44, and a water outlet of the air dehumidifying device 43 is connected with a condensed sewage tank. The invention keeps the micro-negative pressure state in the wet sludge storage bin 1 through the storage bin odor exhaust fan 41, thereby avoiding odor leakage. Specifically, the maximum air suction volume of the storage bin odor air exhauster 41 is set to be 20% of the total forced air exhaust volume of the wet sludge storage bin 1, wherein the total forced air exhaust volume can be calculated according to the volume of the wet sludge storage bin 1 and related national standards.

In the embodiment of the invention, the sludge storage and feeding system of the coal-fired power plant also comprises a discharging room, and the sludge inlet is arranged in the discharging room. The invention collects the odor, dehumidifies the odor by the gas dehumidifying device 43, and sends the odor to the boiler 33 for combustion, thereby avoiding the environmental pollution caused by the sludge odor.

The wet sludge storage and feeding system of the coal-fired power plant preferably comprises two sludge storage bins which are used and prepared, so that stable sludge blending combustion is guaranteed.

The invention directly conveys the sludge to a coal feeder 31 to be mixed with coal powder, and then the sludge is conveyed to a boiler 33 to be combusted through a coal mill 32.
