1. An appliance insertion structure adapted for use with appliances of different sizes, the appliance insertion structure comprising:

a base;

the body comprises a sleeving part, the sleeving part is provided with an inserting space for the appliance to be inserted, and the body is movable between a first position and a second position relative to the base; and

the elastic component is connected with the base and the body and used for providing force for moving the body from the second position to the first position;

when the body moves between the first position and the second position, the size of the insertion space changes along with the movement of the body.

2. The appliance insertion structure of claim 1, wherein the base has an opening, and the sleeve portion is movably disposed in the opening.

3. The appliance insertion structure according to claim 2, wherein the portion of the sleeve portion located outside the base through the opening defines the insertion space, wherein:

when the body is positioned at the first position, the size of the insertion space is minimum; when the body is located at the second position, the size of the insertion space is maximum.

4. The appliance insertion structure of claim 2, wherein the body further comprises a connector, the sheathing part is fixedly disposed on the connector, and the body is connected to the elastic assembly through the connector.

5. The appliance insertion arrangement according to claim 4, wherein the connector includes a stop having a dimension greater than a dimension of the opening.

6. The appliance insertion structure of claim 4, wherein the base includes a limiting portion having a movable space, the connecting member being limited in the movable space and moving in the first or second opposite directions.

7. The appliance insertion structure of claim 5, wherein the stop portion abuts an edge of the opening in the first direction when the body is in the second position.

8. The appliance insert structure of claim 6, wherein the retention portion includes a rib adapted to abut a surface of the connector when the body is moved between the first position and the second position; and/or, the spacing part comprises a retaining wall, and when the body is located at the first position, the connecting piece is abutted against the retaining wall in the second direction.

9. An electronic device, comprising:

the shell is used for coating the touch panel and is provided with an opening;

the body comprises a sleeving part, the sleeving part is movably arranged in the opening, the sleeving part is provided with an inserting space for inserting the touch pen, and the body is movable between a first position and a second position relative to the shell; and

the elastic component is connected with the shell and the body and used for providing force for moving the body from the second position to the first position;

when the body moves between the first position and the second position, the size of the insertion space changes along with the movement of the body.

10. The electronic device of claim 9, wherein the elastic element is disposed in the housing, and one end of the elastic element is fixed to an inner surface of the housing, and the other end of the elastic element is connected to the body.

11. The electronic device of claim 9, wherein the portion of the sheath portion outside the housing through the opening defines the insertion space, wherein:

when the body is positioned at the first position, the size of the insertion space is minimum;

when the body is located at the second position, the size of the insertion space is maximum.

12. The electronic device of claim 10, wherein the body further comprises a connecting member, the engaging portion is fixed to the connecting member, and the body is connected to the elastic member through the connecting member.

13. The electronic device of claim 12, wherein the connecting member comprises a stopper portion, and the size of the stopper portion is larger than that of the opening.

14. The electronic device of claim 12, wherein the housing comprises a position-limiting portion having a moving space, and the connecting member is limited in the moving space and moves in a first direction or a second direction opposite to the moving space.

15. The electronic device of claim 13, wherein the stopper abuts against an edge of the opening in the first direction when the body is located at the second position.

16. The electronic device of claim 14, wherein the position-limiting portion comprises a rib adapted to abut against a surface of the connecting member during movement of the body between the first position and the second position; and/or, the spacing part comprises a retaining wall, and when the body is located at the first position, the connecting piece is abutted against the retaining wall in the second direction.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to a device insertion structure and an electronic device, and more particularly, to a device insertion structure and an electronic device suitable for devices with different sizes.

Background

The insertable device is receivable in the device insertion structure when the device is not in use. However, some prior art tool insertion structures can only be used for inserting tools of a fixed size, and if tools of different sizes are to be inserted, the suitable tool insertion structures need to be purchased, which is very troublesome and inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a tool insertion structure and an electronic device, which can be widely applied to tools of various types and sizes.

In view of the above object, the present invention provides an appliance insertion structure suitable for appliances of different sizes, comprising:

a base;

the body comprises a sleeving part, the sleeving part is provided with an inserting space for the appliance to be inserted, and the body is movable between a first position and a second position relative to the base; and

the elastic component is connected with the base and the body and used for providing force for moving the body from the second position to the first position;

when the body moves between the first position and the second position, the size of the insertion space changes along with the movement of the body.

Preferably, the base has an opening, and the engaging portion is movably disposed in the opening.

Preferably, the insertion space is defined by a portion of the sheathing part located outside the base through the opening, wherein:

when the body is positioned at the first position, the size of the insertion space is minimum; when the body is located at the second position, the size of the insertion space is maximum.

Preferably, the body further includes a connecting member, the sleeving portion is fixedly disposed on the connecting member, and the body is connected to the elastic assembly through the connecting member.

Preferably, the connecting member includes a stopper portion, and the size of the stopper portion is larger than that of the opening.

Preferably, the base includes a limiting portion having a moving space, and the connecting member is limited in the moving space and moves along a first direction or a second direction opposite to the first direction.

Preferably, when the body is located at the second position, the stopping portion abuts against an edge of the opening in the first direction.

Preferably, the position-limiting part comprises a rib, and the rib is suitable for abutting against the surface of the connecting piece in the process of moving the body between the first position and the second position; and/or, the spacing part comprises a retaining wall, and when the body is located at the first position, the connecting piece is abutted against the retaining wall in the second direction.

Based on the above object, the present invention further provides an electronic device, comprising:

the shell is used for coating the touch panel and is provided with an opening;

the body comprises a sleeving part, the sleeving part is movably arranged in the opening, the sleeving part is provided with an inserting space for inserting the touch pen, and the body is movable between a first position and a second position relative to the shell; and

the elastic component is connected with the shell and the body and used for providing force for moving the body from the second position to the first position;

when the body moves between the first position and the second position, the size of the insertion space changes along with the movement of the body.

Preferably, the elastic component is disposed in the housing, and one end of the elastic component is fixed to the inner surface of the housing, and the other end of the elastic component is connected to the body.

Preferably, the insertion space is defined by a portion of the sheathing part located outside the housing through the opening, wherein:

when the body is positioned at the first position, the size of the insertion space is minimum;

when the body is located at the second position, the size of the insertion space is maximum.

Preferably, the body further includes a connecting member, the sleeving portion is fixedly disposed on the connecting member, and the body is connected to the elastic assembly through the connecting member.

Preferably, the connecting member includes a stopper portion, and the size of the stopper portion is larger than that of the opening.

Preferably, the housing includes a limiting portion having a moving space, and the connecting member is limited in the moving space and moves along a first direction or a second direction opposite to the first direction.

Preferably, when the body is located at the second position, the stopping portion abuts against an edge of the opening in the first direction.

Preferably, the position-limiting part comprises a rib, and the rib is suitable for abutting against the surface of the connecting piece in the process of moving the body between the first position and the second position; and/or, the spacing part comprises a retaining wall, and when the body is located at the first position, the connecting piece is abutted against the retaining wall in the second direction.

Compared with the prior art, the appliance insertion structure and the electronic device can adjust the size of the insertion space according to appliances with different sizes so as to accommodate appliances with corresponding sizes.

Detailed Description

In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.

In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous implementation details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the various embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood, however, that these implementation details are not to be interpreted as limiting the invention. That is, in some embodiments of the invention, such implementation details are not necessary. In addition, some conventional structures and components are shown in simplified schematic form in the drawings. Moreover, unless otherwise indicated, like reference numerals may be used to identify corresponding elements in the different figures. The drawings are for clarity of understanding, and do not show actual dimensions of the components.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an appliance insertion structure 100 in a first state according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the appliance insertion structure 100 of fig. 1 in a second state.

The instrument insertion structure 100 is adapted to be inserted by instruments of different sizes. Specifically, the utensil inserting structure 100 can be inserted with utensils of different sizes in the first state, the second state and the transition process between the first state and the second state, the utensils can be, but are not limited to, stationery, touch pens, kitchen utensils, hand tools, etc. with different shapes and/or sizes, and the invention is not limited to the types of the utensils.

Referring to fig. 1, the appliance insertion structure 100 may include a base 110, a body 120, and an elastic element 130. The body 120 is movable relative to the base 110, and the body 120 includes a covering portion 121, and the covering portion 121 may be elastic or flexible. In an embodiment, the sleeve portion 121 may be a nylon soft cloth, but not limited thereto.

The cover portion 121 has an insertion space 121s into which the tool is inserted. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in fig. 1, the body 120 is located at a first position; in fig. 2, the body 120 is in the second position. The size of the insertion space 121s is variable during the movement of the body 120 between the first position and the second position. For example, when the body 120 is located at the first position, the size of the insertion space 121s is minimum; when the body 120 is located at the second position, the size of the insertion space 121s is maximized. Thus, the size of the insertion space 121s can be adjusted according to the size of the appliance, so as to conveniently accommodate appliances with different sizes.

Further, the body 120 is movable between a first position and a second position relative to the base 110 by the elastic element 130. The elastic element 130 is connected to the base 110 and the body 120, and the elastic element 130 provides a force for moving the body 120 from the second position to the first position. In one embodiment, the elastic element 130 may be a tension spring, but not limited thereto. When the body 120 is stretched from the first position shown in fig. 1 to the second position shown in fig. 2 by an external force, the elastic element 130 gradually stores the elastic force; once the external force is no longer applied to the body 120, the elastic element 130 brings the body 120 back to the first position shown in fig. 1 by the stored elastic force.

In the drawings of the present embodiment, two elastic elements 130 are illustrated, but the invention is not limited thereto. That is, in other embodiments, the number of the elastic elements 130 may be one or more, as long as the elastic elements 130 can provide a force sufficient to return the body 120 from the second position to the first position.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the base 110 has an opening 111, and the engaging portion 121 is movably disposed in the opening 111. Specifically, the sleeve portion 121 can move in the first direction D1 or the second direction D1 through the opening 111. A portion of the sheath portion 121 is located inside the base 110, and a portion of the sheath portion 121 located outside the base 110 through the opening 111 defines an insertion space 121 s.

Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the tool insertion structure 100 of fig. 1 with the base 110 omitted, so as to more clearly show the overall structure of the body 120 and the elastic component 130.

Referring to fig. 3, the body 120 may further include a connecting member 122, and the engaging portion 121 is fixedly disposed on the connecting member 122, in an embodiment, the connecting member 122 may be a plastic integrally formed structure, and the engaging portion 121 may be fixedly connected to the connecting member 122 in a hot melting manner, but the invention is not limited thereto.

In addition, the body 120 may be connected to the elastic member 130 by a connection member 122. Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in particular, the connecting member 122 may include a first connecting portion 122c, one end of the elastic element 130 is fixed to the first connecting portion 122c, and the other end of the elastic element 130 is fixed to the second connecting portion 113 of the base 110. Therefore, the sleeve portion 121 and the connecting member 122 can integrally move relative to the base 110 via the elastic member 130.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the connecting member 122 may further include a stopping portion 122 t. During assembly, the sleeve portion 121 can extend out of the base 110 through the opening 111 from the inside of the base 110, and the dimension L of the stopping portion 122t is larger than the dimension of the opening 111, so that the connecting member 122 is restricted from being pulled out of the base 110 through the opening 111. The dimension L of the stopping portion 122t may be along the long axis thereof, or may be the length of the stopping portion 122t in the thickness direction, and the invention is not limited thereto, and the dimension of the opening 111 may refer to the length in the same direction as the dimension L of the stopping portion 122 t. With this configuration, when the body 120 is located at the second position shown in fig. 2, the stopping portion 122t may abut against the edge of the opening 111 in the first direction D1.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the base 110 may include a limiting portion 112. The stopper 112 has a movable space 112 s. For example, the movable space 112s can be defined by the limiting portion 112 and the rest of the base 110. The link 122 is confined within the activity space 112s and moves in the first direction D1 or the second direction D2.

In one embodiment, the position-limiting portion 112 may include one or more ribs 112 r. During the movement of the body 120 between the first position and the second position, the rib 112r can abut against the surface 122s of the connecting member 122, so that the connecting member 122 can move stably and without shaking along the first direction D1 or the second direction D2.

In addition, the position-limiting portion 112 may further include a retaining wall 112w, and the connecting member 122 may include a stopper 122w corresponding thereto. The retaining wall 112w is perpendicular to the first direction D1 and the second direction D2. The contact surface of the retaining wall 112w and the stopper 122w may be a flat surface; other shapes are also possible, in which the matching force of the retaining wall 112w and the stopper 122w is perpendicular to the first direction D1 and the second direction D2. When the body 120 is located at the first position shown in fig. 1, the connecting member 122 can abut against the retaining wall 112w in the second direction D2 by the stopper 122 w. If the body 120 is moved from the second position shown in fig. 2 to the first position shown in fig. 1 by the elastic element 130, the retaining wall 112w can prevent the body 120 from being damaged due to too much resilience force or too fast resilience speed.

It can be seen that the position-limiting portion 112 can function as a guide groove, so that the connecting member 122 is limited to move stably in the defined moving space 112 s.

Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the electronic device 1 according to an embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 4, the electronic device 1 includes a housing 210 and the touch panel 10, wherein the housing 210 is used for covering the touch panel 10. The electronic device 1 comprises a similar appliance insertion structure 200 as described above for receiving the stylus 2.

In this embodiment, the base of the appliance insertion structure 200 may be, but is not limited to, the housing 210 of the electronic device.

Similar to the configuration of fig. 1 and 2, and please refer to the same reference numerals. The housing 210 may have an opening 111, the elastic element 130 may be disposed in the housing 210, one end of the elastic element 130 is fixed to the inner surface of the housing 210, and the other end of the elastic element 130 is connected to the body 120. The sleeve portion 121 is movably disposed in the opening 111 to adjust the size of the insertion space 121s according to the size of the stylus 2.

In summary, the size of the insertion space can be adjusted according to the tools with different sizes by the arrangement of the tool insertion structure to accommodate the tools with corresponding sizes, so that the tool insertion structure can be widely applied to tools with various types and sizes.

It should be noted that the disclosed embodiments do not limit the scope of the invention. Rather, it is intended that all such modifications and variations be included within the spirit and scope of this invention.
