Technical Field

Background
The spreadsheet, as an information statistics tool, may perform various statistical operations on the input information and display the information as a visible form. When using spreadsheets, users often need to use a filtering function to enable fast filtering of content.
When the existing electronic forms are used for information screening, the adopted method is as follows: after a certain column of the electronic form is selected by a user, the terminal equipment displays a screening frame for the user in an electronic form interface, all information of the column selected by the user is listed in the screening frame, the information in the screening frame is used as a list to be screened, the user selects information which the user wants to inquire from the list to be screened, and the terminal equipment screens out cell information which is matched with the information selected by the user in the current form according to the information selected by the user and displays the cell information to the user.
When information is screened through the existing electronic form, all information in a column selected by a user is listed in a screening frame, and when the column of information is large in quantity, the user needs to check information which the user wants to query in a large quantity of lists to be screened, so that the screening speed is low when the user screens the information, and the user experience is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention aims to provide an information screening method, an information screening device and terminal equipment for electronic forms, so that the information screening speed of a user during information screening is increased, and the user experience is improved. The specific technical scheme is as follows:

In the embodiment of the invention, when an electronic form receives a screening instruction comprising a column to be screened, information included in the column to be screened is used as an initial list to be screened, after the electronic form receives a search instruction input by a user, a screening character string in the search instruction is processed, the screening character string is split into a plurality of condition character strings according to a preset separator included in the screening character string, information matched with the plurality of condition character strings is screened from the initial list to be screened by adopting a corresponding search mode according to a condition combination mode to be used as a target list to be screened, finally target information selected by the user from the target list to be screened is received, and the information corresponding to the target information is screened from a current table.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the user can input any number of condition character strings separated by the preset separators into the search frame according to the requirement of the user, namely, a plurality of search conditions are input into the search frame, and then the target list to be screened with less information matched with the plurality of conditions is searched, so that the user can screen the target information from the target list to be screened with less information, thereby improving the screening speed of the user in information screening and improving the user experience. Of course, it is not necessary for any product or method of practicing the invention to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

In order to improve the screening speed of a user in information screening and improve user experience, embodiments of the present invention provide an information screening method, an information screening device, and a terminal device for an electronic form, which enable a user to screen target information from a target list to be screened with a small amount of information by finding out a target list to be screened with a small amount of information that is matched with a plurality of condition character strings input by the user, thereby improving the screening speed of the user in information screening and improving user experience. The following first introduces an information screening method for electronic forms provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that the information screening method for electronic forms provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to various electronic forms.
The method for screening the information of the electronic form provided by the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, may include the following steps:

In practical application, when information in an electronic form is screened, a user may generally select a list of forms first, and after receiving the list form selected by the user, the terminal device may use the content included in the list form as an initial list to be screened, so that the user may select information meeting the needs of the user from the initial list to be screened.

It can be understood that, when the user uses the electronic form to filter information on the terminal device, the condition satisfied by the information to be searched can be input in the search box of the filter panel and sent to the terminal device. In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal equipment receives the searching condition sent by the user, namely, the searching instruction is obtained, wherein the condition input by the user is identified by the terminal equipment in a character string mode.
In practical applications, the information that the user wants to search may not be obtained through only one search condition, and at this time, the user may input a plurality of search conditions in the search box, where each search condition is separated by a preset separator. In the embodiment of the invention, after a user inputs a plurality of search conditions separated by preset separators in a search box and sends the search conditions to the terminal equipment, the screening character string included in the search instruction acquired by the terminal equipment comprises the preset separators. The preset separators may be, for example, characters such as space, "/", and the like, and the above description is only for explaining specific examples listed in the preset separators, and those skilled in the art may set specific contents of the preset separators according to actual situations.
In practical applications, after the user inputs a plurality of search conditions in the search box, the user may want to search for information that satisfies the plurality of search conditions at the same time, or may want to search for information that satisfies at least one of the plurality of search conditions. For example, when the user inputs "guangzhou/company" as the content, the user may want to find information that will include both "guangzhou" and "company" and may want to find information that includes both "guangzhou" and "company". For this situation, the user may select a combination of the filtering conditions in the filtering panel and send the combination to the terminal device. It can be understood that, after the electronic device receives the search condition input by the user, the content of the search condition is identified and processed as a string of screening character strings as a whole. In order to perform information screening according to a plurality of conditions input by a user, a terminal device needs to split a screening character string corresponding to a search condition input by the user into a plurality of condition character strings. In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device may split the screening character string into a plurality of conditional character strings according to the preset delimiter, so that each split conditional character string corresponds to each search condition input by the user.
S140: and screening the information matched with the plurality of conditional character strings from the initial list to be screened by adopting a corresponding searching mode according to the condition combination mode to be used as a target list to be screened.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal equipment can adopt a corresponding searching mode to screen the information matched with the plurality of conditional character strings from the initial list to be screened as a target list to be screened according to the condition combination mode.
For example, the terminal device may determine the type of the condition combination manner, and screen information matched with the plurality of condition character strings from the initial list to be screened by using a search manner corresponding to the type, so as to serve as a target list to be screened.
The information that matches a plurality of condition character strings may be information that includes a plurality of condition character strings simultaneously, or information that includes each condition character string. For example, when the content input by the user is "guangzhou/company", the information matched with "guangzhou/company" may be information including both "guangzhou" and "company", or information including "guangzhou" and information including "company".
S150: and receiving target information selected by a user from the target list to be screened, and screening information corresponding to the target information from the current table.
After the target to-be-screened list with less information which meets a plurality of screening conditions of the user is determined, the user can perform information checking from the target to-be-screened list, and after the terminal equipment receives the target information checked by the user in the target to-be-screened list, the terminal equipment can screen the information corresponding to the target information checked by the user from the current form and display the screened information corresponding to the target information checked by the user for the user to look up.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention enables the user to screen the target information from the target to-be-screened list which satisfies the own screening condition and has less information quantity, improves the screening speed of the user when the user screens the information, and further improves the user experience.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, when the condition combination manner in step S120 is that all the conditions are satisfied simultaneously or any one of the conditions is satisfied, the step S140 of filtering the information matching with the plurality of condition character strings may be implemented as the following steps:
identifying the condition combination mode as simultaneously meeting all conditions or meeting any condition;
when the condition combination mode is that all conditions are met simultaneously, screening information matched with the condition character strings simultaneously from the initial list to be screened;
and when the condition combination mode meets any condition, screening information matched with each condition character string from the initial list to be screened.
When the condition combination mode is that all conditions are met simultaneously, it is indicated that what the user needs to filter is information meeting multiple filtering conditions simultaneously, and in this case, the terminal device may filter information matched with the multiple condition character strings simultaneously from the initial list to be filtered; when the condition combination mode is that any condition is satisfied, it indicates that the user needs to screen out the information satisfying each screening condition, and in this case, the terminal device may screen out the information matching with each condition character string from the initial list to be screened.
When the condition combination mode is divided into the combination mode which simultaneously meets all the conditions or meets any condition, the user can select a plurality of screening conditions according to the own screening requirement, thereby providing more accurate screening information for the user.
It will be appreciated that for spreadsheets, textual information may be recorded, as well as data information. When a user filters text information, the user usually searches through some keywords, and when the user filters data information, the user usually searches through a comparison expression. For example, "Guangzhou" may be entered in the lookup box when the user wants to find information that includes the word "Guangzhou," and "> 100" may be entered in the lookup box when the user wants to find more than 100 of the data in the spreadsheet.
In order to satisfy both the requirement of the user for screening data information and the requirement of the user for screening text information, in an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the screening character string of step S120 may be a constant character string or a comparison expression character string.
The constant character string is formed by the terminal equipment after identifying certain keywords when the user inputs certain keywords, and the comparative expression character string is formed by the terminal equipment after identifying certain comparative expressions when the user inputs certain comparative expressions.
When the screening character strings comprise constant character strings or comparison expression character strings, a user can screen text information in the electronic form and data information in the electronic form, and user experience is better.
It will be appreciated that the manner in which information is filtered from the spreadsheet may vary for textual information as well as for data information. Therefore, in an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, when the filter character string in step S120 is a constant character string, the filtering of the information matching with the plurality of condition character strings in step S140 may be implemented as follows:

Different information screening methods are adopted to screen the text information or the data information, so that the screened information can be more matched with the screening conditions input by the user, and the information screening is more accurate.
