Background

The pressure strength of a shell required by the existing vehicle-mounted air conditioner compressor meets safety requirements, such as the shell requirement of an R744 refrigerant compressor, the pressure resistance of a high-pressure side is 42MPa, and the pressure resistance of a low-pressure side is 28.6 MPa; the terminal assembly mounted on the housing or the end cap is also required to satisfy the above compressive strength requirement, so that the thickness of the terminal housing is generally required to be thick (the bell mouth of the terminal housing is in contact with the end cap to restrict the terminal housing from being separated from the end cap, so that the thicker the thickness of the terminal housing, the higher the compressive strength.

The prior terminal shell is almost formed by punching or machining. The thickness of the punch-formed binding post shell cannot be too thick, otherwise the requirement on a punch-formed grinding tool is high, the process is difficult to realize, and the processing cost is relatively high, so that the punch-formed binding post shell is not an optimal choice; for the binding post shell processed by adopting a machining process mode, the thickness can be increased, the process can be realized, but the processing procedures are more, the processing process is relatively complex, the production efficiency is lower than that of punch forming, and therefore, the processing cost is higher, and the optimal selection is not realized. Therefore, a wiring terminal assembly which is reliable in installation, strong in compressive strength and simple in processing technology is urgently needed.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, in the prior art, a horn mouth of a terminal housing 1 contacts an end cover 2 to limit the terminal housing 1 from separating from the end cover 2, so that the terminal housing 1 needs to have a certain thickness to satisfy compressive strength, and in addition, referring to fig. 4 to 7, in a terminal assembly of a conventional vehicle-mounted air conditioner compressor, when the internal pressure of the compressor is too high, the terminal assembly has a hidden danger of being ejected from an end cover mounting hole; the application provides a structure that new restriction terminal subassembly removed to one side outside end cover 2, set up spacing portion 3 promptly on terminal housing 1, spacing portion 3 cooperatees with the stair structure on end cover 2, when the terminal subassembly atress on the compressor, the power on terminal housing 1 transmits end cover 2 through spacing portion 3 on, thereby can effectively restrain terminal assembly to take place to warp and spout from end cover 2 to a certain extent.

As an alternative implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 8-9, a first matching hole 5 and a second matching hole 6 are formed on the inner side surface of the end cap 2 matched with the terminal housing 1, the first matching hole 5 and the second matching hole 6 form a stepped hole, the first matching hole 5 is arranged on one side of the second matching hole 6 close to the outside of the end cap 2, and the diameter of the first matching hole 5 is smaller than that of the second matching hole 6; the circumferential side surface of the limiting part 3 is in sealing fit with the second matching hole 6, and the end surface of the limiting part 3 is in contact with the inner side surface of the end cover 2. Referring to fig. 8, the bell mouth of the terminal housing 1 is located in the second fitting hole 6 and does not contact with the hole wall of the second fitting hole 6, and when the terminal assembly is stressed on the compressor, the force on the terminal housing 1 is transmitted to the end cover 2 through the limiting part 3. A retainer ring 8 for limiting the position of the terminal housing 1 is arranged below the horn mouth, and the retainer ring 8 is arranged in a retainer ring mounting groove 9 arranged on the hole wall of the second matching hole 6.

As an alternative implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 9, a sealing ring installation groove 7 is provided on a hole wall of the second matching hole 6, the sealing ring 4 can be installed in the sealing ring installation groove 7, and a distance can exist between the sealing ring installation groove 7 and the first matching hole 5.

As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the limiting portion 3 is a circular ring structure, and the limiting portion 3 is sleeved on the terminal housing 1, referring to fig. 8, the limiting portion 3 may not protrude from an end surface of the terminal housing 1 on a side away from the bell mouth, and the limiting portion 3 may be a steel ring.
