Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides double-sided limiting obliquely-penetrating locking replaceable drill point drill rods which are used for installing replaceable drill points and combining double-sided limiting obliquely-pulling locking type drill bits for drilling.

Detailed Description

The embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein can be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations and, thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention provided in the figures is not intended to limit the scope of the invention as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention.

Referring to fig. 6 to 7, the replaceable drill tip 100 is used for mounting the replaceable drill tip 200, when the replaceable drill tip is mounted, the -th limit screw 400A and the second limit screw 400B are screwed into the -th limit screw hole 104A and the second limit screw hole 104B, respectively, and abut against the -th limit surface 204A and the second limit surface 204B, and the replaceable drill tip 200 is stably fixed on the drill rod 100 by the fastening screw 300, so that the possibility of upward movement of the replaceable drill tip 200 is suppressed, and the replaceable drill tip 200 is prevented from being loosened from the drill rod 100, so that double-sided limit cable-stayed locking type bit changer 01 is combined for performing drilling processing, so that the replaceable drill rod 100 and the replaceable drill tip 200 are conveniently replaced without detaching the tool bar 100 in use, the drill rod 100 and the replaceable drill tip 200 are reliably positioned in a working state of rotating in the CCW direction by the -th limit screw 400A and the second limit screw 400B, and the fastening screw 300 is locked, so that the drill rod 100 and the replaceable drill tip 200 are distributed in a sandwich.

As shown in fig. 9, a cylindrical straight shank 106 at the lower end of the drill rod 100 is provided with an internal thread 107 for connecting an oil path for supplying a cooling fluid to the bit-changing drill 01 during drilling; the cylindrical straight shank 106 is provided with a side pressing surface 108, so that the bit-changing drill 01 can be conveniently installed on a lathe.

The drill rod 100 is preferably made of high-quality alloy steel in consideration of more manufacturing cost, and may be made of hard alloy material by a grinding method. The expression "set" or "have" a certain structure in the present invention is understood to mean that the material is machined or 3D printed.

In conclusion, the drill rod with the replaceable drill point and the double-sided limiting obliquely-penetrating locking function can be assembled into double-sided limiting obliquely-pulling locking type drill bits for performing drilling processing by mounting the drill rod and the replaceable drill point at through the two limiting screws and the fastening screws, and the replaceable drill point can be conveniently replaced under the condition that a cutter bar is not detached in use.

The upper part of the drill rod is provided with an installation structure, and a groove of the installation structure is provided with a V-shaped positioning bottom surface; the lower part of the replaceable drill point is provided with a V-shaped positioning surface, and the replaceable drill point and the V-shaped positioning structure of the drill rod have the same space angle and can be matched; after installation, the drill rod and the replaceable drill tip share a common axis CL, ensuring that the replaceable drill tip is coaxial with the drill rod at the common axis CL.

The limit screw and the second limit screw ensure that the drill rod and the replaceable drill point are reliably positioned in the working state of rotating in the CCW direction and are not loosened.

The replaceable drill point and the drill rod are coaxial after being fastened by the fastening screws, the replaceable drill point and the drill rod are stably fixed on the drill rod and share a common axis CL, and after the replaceable drill point and the drill rod are locked by the fastening screws, the drill rod and the replaceable drill point are distributed in a sandwich mode, and the replaceable drill point and the drill rod are firmly connected and form integral bodies.

The replaceable drill point has the characteristics of simple structure, accurate positioning, high mechanical strength and the like, is reliable to install, can obviously prolong the service life of the replaceable drill point, and is good in economical efficiency.
