s1, preparing filaments: mixing the components of the filaments uniformly and melt extruding to form filaments;

s2, preparing high-strength sewing threads: and (5) primarily twisting and secondarily twisting the polyester fine denier DTY and the filament prepared in the step (S1) to form a strand yarn, wrapping the polyester fine denier DTY on the periphery of the filament, dyeing, and finally drying to obtain the high-strength sewing thread.

8. The method for preparing a high strength sewing thread according to claim 7, wherein: in the step S1, the melt extrusion temperature of the filaments is controlled to be 220-230 ℃.

9. The method for preparing a high strength sewing thread according to claim 7, wherein: the ratio of the polyester fine denier DTY to the filament yarn in the step S2 is 3: 2.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of sewing materials, in particular to high-strength sewing threads.

Background

The sewing thread is a thread required by knitted clothing products, and can be divided into three types of natural fiber, synthetic fiber sewing thread and mixed sewing thread according to raw materials. With the development of the polyester industry, sewing threads are increasingly made of pure polyester fibers.

However, the conventional sewing thread has low breaking strength and high strong CV ratio, and it is difficult to satisfy the social performance requirements for sewing threads, and therefore, there is still room for improvement.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the disadvantages of the prior art, an th object of the present invention is to provide high strength sewing threads, which have advantages of improving the breaking strength of the sewing threads and reducing the strong CV ratio of the sewing threads.

The second purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing kinds of high-strength sewing threads, which has the advantages of improving the breaking strength of the prepared sewing threads and being beneficial to reducing the strong CV rate of the sewing threads.

In order to achieve the th object, the invention provides the following technical solutions:

high-strength sewing threads comprise filaments and polyester fine denier DTY (draw textured yarn) for coating the filaments, wherein the filaments comprise the following components in parts by mass:

55-60 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene resin;

25-30 parts of polypropylene resin;

1-2 parts of 5-amino-3-cyclohexyl-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile;

0.3-0.5 part of 2-ethyl-4-methyl-6-piperazine-1-pyrimidine;

A method for preparing high-strength sewing thread, comprising the following steps:

s1, preparing filaments: mixing the components of the filaments uniformly and melt extruding to form filaments;

In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the 5-amino-3-cyclohexyl-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-methyl-nitrile, the 2-ethyl-4-methyl-6-piperazine-1-pyrimidine and the polyoxyethylene glyceryl ether are added to cooperate with each other, so that the breaking strength of the filament is enhanced, the strong CV rate of the filament is reduced, the breaking strength of the prepared sewing thread is higher, the strong CV rate of the sewing thread is lower, the sewing thread can meet social requirements more easily, and the application range of the sewing thread is expanded;

2. the synergistic cooperation of the zonisamide and the 2-methylsulfonylaminobenzimidazole is added, so that the synergistic cooperation of the 5-amino-3-cyclohexyl-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile, the 2-ethyl-4-methyl-6-piperazine-1-pyrimidine and the polyoxyethylene glyceryl ether is favorably promoted, the breaking strength of the filament is favorably improved, the strong CV rate of the filament is reduced, the breaking strength of the prepared sewing thread is stronger, the strong CV rate is lower, and the sewing thread can better meet social requirements;

The present invention will be described in further detail in with reference to the following drawings and examples.

In the following examples, polyester fine denier DTY from Shaoxing-like textile technology, Inc. was used.

In the following examples, the polytetrafluoroethylene resin used was M-18, a trade name of engineering plastics, Kai Xinbao, Suzhou.

In the following examples, polyacrylamide from environmental protection technologies, Inc. of Hongke, Henan, was used.

In the following examples, 5-amino-3-cyclohexyl-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile manufactured by Hangzhou Sun chemical Co., Ltd, 5-amino-3-cyclohexyl-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile having the product number sd-37698, was used.

In the following examples, 2-ethyl-4-methyl-6-piperazine-1-pyrimidine from Korea Jinle Co., Ltd was used.

In the following examples, polyoxyethylene glyceryl ether having a trade name of alihn-20-14433 available from Jinconal chemical Co., Ltd was used.

In the following examples, zonisamide from Shenzhen Sendy Biotech, Inc. was used.

In the following examples, the graphite tin is graphene with a fineness of 1-3 nm, which is commercially available from Jinhong chemical industry in Jinshu district, Zhengzhou city.
