In the electrostatic powder spraying operation, it is necessary to send powder into a spraying device with compressed air, the powder in the spraying device floats in the air and is adsorbed to the profile by static electricity, and therefore, the more uniform the powder in the spraying device, the better the spraying effect.
The coating of the inner wall of a large steel pipe in industry is carried out by large powder spraying equipment, and partial areas are not sprayed in place due to compressed air power, equipment interference or external environment interference and the like during spraying, so that the areas which are not sprayed in place need to be subjected to additional spraying. The existing nozzle has the defects of uneven powder discharge, no heating of the powder and poor spraying effect during powder spraying.
