As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the chuck structurally comprises a chuck body 1 and three jaws 2, wherein the three jaws 2 are installed on the chuck body 1 in a regular triangle shape, three slide rails 3 are arranged on the chuck body 1 corresponding to the three jaws 2, and the jaws 2 are movably connected to the slide rails 3; the chuck body 1 is also provided with an electric driving device and a self-protection device, and the three clamping jaws 2 are respectively connected with the electric driving device. The electric driving device drives the three clamping jaws 2 to move along the sliding rail 3, so that the three clamping jaws 2 are used for clamping a workpiece; and when utilizing this design just the position that self-protection device can detect the work piece when processing, look over whether the work piece has appeared becoming flexible, self-protection device will start when the work piece has appeared becoming flexible, prevent that the work piece from flying out at high-speed rotatory in-process and producing the influence to surrounding environment. The electric driving device shown in fig. 3 includes an electric cylinder 9, an annular rack 10, a gear 11 and a jaw rack 12, the annular rack 10 is sleeved on an output shaft of the electric cylinder 9, each jaw 2 corresponds to one jaw rack 12 and one gear 11, the jaw rack 12 is arranged on the back of the jaw 2, the jaw rack 12 and the gear 11 are connected with the annular rack 10 and the jaw rack 12, respectively, and the jaw 2 is connected with the electric cylinder 9 through the matching of the gear and the rack. The self-protection device shown in fig. 2 comprises a pneumatic cylinder 7, a coupler 8 and a displacement sensor 6, wherein the pneumatic cylinder is arranged on the back of the chuck body 1, the coupler 8 is connected with an output shaft of the pneumatic cylinder 7, a groove 5 is formed in the inner side of each jaw 2, and the displacement sensor 6 is arranged in the groove 5. When the automatic chuck device works normally, the position of a workpiece is detected through the displacement sensor 6, whether the workpiece is loosened or not is checked, after the workpiece is detected to be loosened, the pneumatic cylinder 7 can receive a signal to contract, the coupler 8 can be separated from the motor under the driving of the output shaft of the pneumatic cylinder 7, so that the chuck stops rotating, and the workpiece is prevented from flying out due to high-speed rotation to damage surrounding devices and personnel.

The chuck body 1 shown in fig. 1 is also provided with a radius scale 4. According to the invention, the feeding amount of the electric cylinder 9 is controlled according to the display of the radius dial 4, so that the workpiece can be clamped more conveniently and rapidly.

In conclusion, the electric chuck can automatically clamp a workpiece through the driving of the electric cylinder, so that the working efficiency of the chuck is improved; the design has the functions of automatically detecting whether the workpiece is loosened and self-protecting, and prevents the workpiece from flying out to cause damage to surrounding devices and human bodies in the high-speed rotation process; the invention also has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, energy saving, environmental protection, practicability and high efficiency.
