Background

In the existing quick-change technology, generally, a positioner is arranged on a battery changing platform, and a vehicle to be changed is positioned to reach a battery changing designated position through the positioner. In the conventional locator of patent application No. 201720091325.4, front and rear locating and clamping portions provided on front and rear sides of a wheel are located by guide locating and clamping roller devices provided on left and right sides of a wheel parking position. By adopting the mode for positioning, because the positioner is higher than the battery replacing platform, the vehicle to be replaced jolts when driving into the positioner, the user experience is very poor, the impact on the vehicle is generated, and the service life of the vehicle is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a positioning device and a battery replacement platform with the same, wherein the positioning device solves the problem of bumping during positioning, improves the experience degree and does not influence the service life of a vehicle.

the connecting rod is far away from the second fixed support and is in transmission connection with the push rod so as to be driven to overturn through the driver;

the upper surface of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the blocking piece.

when the blocking member is inclined with respect to a horizontal plane, the first convex portion is in contact with the first switch, and the second convex portion is in contact with the second switch.

Further, the blocking piece is a baffle or a roller set.

The invention discloses a battery replacing platform which is provided with a platform base part and is characterized in that the platform base part is integrated with a positioning device.

Further, the platform base is formed with guide devices extending along the length direction of the platform base along both sides of the width direction of the platform base, and a running channel of the electric vehicle is formed between the two guide devices.

Furthermore, the positioning device is integrated on the electric vehicle exit side of at least the platform base;

the positioning device is in contact with the front wheel of the electric vehicle to limit the movement of the front wheel of the electric vehicle;
