The invention relates to the field of packaging, in particular to a cylindrical glass piece packaging box and a packaging method thereof.

Background

The conventional cylindrical glass product package on the market is assembled by forming paperboard. Since glass is easily broken and cylindrical, there are many problems with conventional packaging and the risk of shipping damage. The existing packaging paper card is too hard, so that the product is fragile and is easy to damage in the transportation process; the paper card is complex to form and overlong in inserting and combining time; the formed components are too many, and the boxing is time-consuming and labor-consuming.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a cylindrical glass piece packing box and a packing method thereof, which can reduce the fragmentation of cylindrical glass products in the transportation process.

the brackets are uniformly arranged along the inner side wall of the first accommodating cavity, the brackets are arranged by being attached to the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity, one end of each bracket is vertically arranged at the bottom of the first accommodating cavity, and the other end of each bracket is provided with a notch which is close to the wall surface of the first accommodating cavity;
