1. A cylindrical glass member packing case, comprising:

the tray comprises a first frame body and a plurality of first support columns, and the first support columns are vertically arranged on the first frame body;

the packaging box comprises a box body and a cover body, wherein a first accommodating cavity is formed in the box body, and an opening is formed in the first accommodating cavity; the cover body comprises a first plate and a first edge body, the first edge body is arranged along the periphery of the first plate, and the first edge body is vertically arranged on the first edge body; the cover body can cover the opening of the box body; a gasket is further arranged at the bottom of the first accommodating cavity in the box body, and the packing box is placed on the first frame body of the tray;

the brackets are uniformly arranged along the inner side wall of the first accommodating cavity, the brackets are arranged by being attached to the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity, one end of each bracket is vertically arranged at the bottom of the first accommodating cavity, and the other end of each bracket is provided with a notch which is close to the wall surface of the first accommodating cavity;

10. A method of packaging using a cylindrical container for glass elements according to any of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:

placing the box body on the first frame body, enabling the bottom of the box body to correspond to the first frame body, penetrating the box body from the bottom of the first accommodating cavity by using screws to fix the box body on the first frame body, and placing a gasket at the bottom of the first accommodating cavity;

placing the support into the first accommodating cavity, wherein the support is uniformly attached to and placed on the inner walls of the two longer sides of the first accommodating cavity, the supports on the two sides are respectively arranged oppositely, one end of the support with a notch is far away from the gasket, and the notch is close to the inner wall surface of the first accommodating cavity;

placing two gaskets into the first accommodating cavity, wherein the two gaskets are respectively attached to and placed on two shorter inner side wall surfaces of the first accommodating cavity;

placing the second protection part at the bottom of the first accommodating cavity, wherein two sides of the second protection part are abutted against the bracket, and the second protection part is arranged far away from the gasket; placing a cylindrical glass piece into the second groove, placing the first protection part into the first accommodating cavity and placing the first protection part on the second protection part, wherein two sides of the first protection part are abutted against the bracket, the first protection part is arranged towards the second protection part, the first groove covers the cylindrical glass piece, and a lug or a groove on the first protection part is embedded in/accommodates a groove or a lug on the second protection part; repeating this step according to the height of the tank to approach the opening of the tank;

placing a plurality of cover plates into the first accommodating cavity, wherein one end, far away from the second side body, of the third side body of each cover body is respectively embedded into one support notch on one side of the first accommodating cavity, and one end, far away from the second side body, of the fourth side body of each cover body is respectively embedded into one support notch on the other side of the first accommodating cavity;

and covering the cover body on the opening of the box body.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of packaging, in particular to a cylindrical glass piece packaging box and a packaging method thereof.

Background

The conventional cylindrical glass product package on the market is assembled by forming paperboard. Since glass is easily broken and cylindrical, there are many problems with conventional packaging and the risk of shipping damage. The existing packaging paper card is too hard, so that the product is fragile and is easy to damage in the transportation process; the paper card is complex to form and overlong in inserting and combining time; the formed components are too many, and the boxing is time-consuming and labor-consuming.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a cylindrical glass piece packing box and a packing method thereof, which can reduce the fragmentation of cylindrical glass products in the transportation process.

In order to achieve the purpose, the embodiment of the application discloses a cylindrical glass piece packing box and a packing method thereof, wherein the packing box comprises:

the tray comprises a first frame body and a plurality of first support columns, and the first support columns are vertically arranged on the first frame body;

the packaging box comprises a box body and a cover body, wherein a first accommodating cavity is formed in the box body, and an opening is formed in the first accommodating cavity; the cover body comprises a first plate and a first edge body, the first edge body is arranged along the periphery of the first plate, and the first edge body is vertically arranged on the first edge body; the cover body can cover the opening of the box body; a gasket is further arranged at the bottom of the first accommodating cavity in the box body, and the packing box is placed on the first frame body of the tray;

the brackets are uniformly arranged along the inner side wall of the first accommodating cavity, the brackets are arranged by being attached to the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity, one end of each bracket is vertically arranged at the bottom of the first accommodating cavity, and the other end of each bracket is provided with a notch which is close to the wall surface of the first accommodating cavity;

the protection mechanisms are placed in the first accommodating cavities and are abutted against the support, each protection mechanism comprises a first protection part and a second protection part, each first protection part comprises a plurality of first partition plates and a plurality of first protection pieces, each first protection piece is provided with a plurality of first grooves, the cross sections of the first grooves are semicircular, the first grooves are arranged in parallel, the first protection pieces are uniformly arranged on the first partition plates, the first protection pieces are arranged in parallel, and the first grooves are far away from the first partition plates; the second protection part comprises a plurality of second partition plates and a plurality of second protection parts, each second protection part is provided with a plurality of second grooves, the cross section of each second groove is semicircular, the plurality of second grooves are arranged in parallel, the plurality of second protection parts are uniformly arranged on the second partition plates, the plurality of second protection parts are arranged in parallel, and the second grooves are far away from the second partition plates; the first protection part and the second protection part are oppositely arranged, each first groove and each second groove are correspondingly arranged, and the first protection part and the second protection part are detachably connected;

the cover plates comprise a second side body, a third side body and a fourth side body, one end of the third side body is vertically arranged at one end of the second side body, and one end of the fourth side body is vertically arranged at the other end of the second side body; the other end of the third side body can be embedded into the notch, and the other end of the fourth side body can be embedded into the notch.

Preferably, the packing box with the connection can be dismantled to the tray, the first framework of tray is the cuboid, the box of packing box also is the cuboid, first chamber of holding is the cuboid form, the first plate of lid is the rectangle cardboard.

Preferably, the support is made of honeycomb cardboard.

Preferably, the packing case is made of corrugated cardboard.

Preferably, the cylindrical glass piece packing box further comprises a plurality of gaskets, the gaskets are attached to the inner side wall of the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity, and the gaskets are made of pearl wool.

Preferably, the notch on the bracket is cuboid, and the second side body, the third side body and the fourth side body are cuboids.

Preferably, the first protector and the second protector are made of pearl wool.

placing the support into the first accommodating cavity, wherein the support is uniformly attached to and placed on the inner walls of the two longer sides of the first accommodating cavity, the supports on the two sides are respectively arranged oppositely, one end of the support with a notch is far away from the gasket, and the notch is close to the inner wall surface of the first accommodating cavity;

placing two gaskets into the first accommodating cavity, wherein the two gaskets are respectively attached to and placed on two shorter inner side wall surfaces of the first accommodating cavity;

placing the second protection part at the bottom of the first accommodating cavity, wherein two sides of the second protection part are abutted against the bracket, and the second protection part is arranged far away from the gasket; placing a cylindrical glass piece into the second groove, placing the first protection part into the first accommodating cavity and placing the first protection part on the second protection part, wherein two sides of the first protection part are abutted against the bracket, the first protection part is arranged towards the second protection part, the first groove covers the cylindrical glass piece, and a lug or a groove on the first protection part is embedded in/accommodates a groove or a lug on the second protection part; repeating this step according to the height of the tank to approach the opening of the tank;

placing a plurality of cover plates into the first accommodating cavity, wherein one end, far away from the second side body, of the third side body of each cover body is respectively embedded into one support notch on one side of the first accommodating cavity, and one end, far away from the second side body, of the fourth side body of each cover body is respectively embedded into one support notch on the other side of the first accommodating cavity;

and covering the cover body on the opening of the box body.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the packaging material made of the pearl wool material is used, so that the damage of the cylindrical glass piece in transportation is effectively reduced;

2. the packaging material components are reduced, the packaging material is saved, and the packaging speed can be increased;

the packing box 2 comprises a box body 21 and a cover body 25, wherein a first containing cavity 22 is formed in the box body 21, and an opening 23 is formed in the first containing cavity 22; the cover 25 comprises a first plate 26 and a first side body 27, the first side body 27 is arranged along the periphery of the first plate 26, and the first side body 27 is vertically arranged on the first side body 27; the cover body 25 can cover the opening 23 of the box body 21; a gasket 24 is further arranged at the bottom of the first accommodating cavity 22 on the box body 21, and the packing box 2 is placed on the first frame body 11 of the tray 1;

the brackets 3 are uniformly arranged along the inner side wall of the first accommodating cavity 22, the brackets 3 are arranged by being attached to the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity 22, one end of each bracket 3 is vertically arranged at the bottom of the first accommodating cavity 22, the other end of each bracket 3 is provided with a notch 31, and the notches 31 are arranged close to the wall surface of the first accommodating cavity 22;

In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the cylindrical glass packaging box 2 includes a tray 1, a packaging box 2, eight brackets 3, six protection mechanisms 4, four cover plates 5, two gaskets 6, and 4 screws 7 and nut assemblies.

Further, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the tray 1 includes the first frame 11 and the first support 12, the first frame 11 is rectangular, the first frame 11 is horizontally disposed, and four corners of a bottom surface of the first frame 11 are respectively provided with one first support 12.

Further, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the box 21 is a rectangular parallelepiped, the box 21 is placed on the first frame 11, the opening 23 of the box 21 is disposed upward, the bottom surface of the box 21 is the same as the shape of the contact surface of the first frame 11, the carton is fixed to four corners of the first frame 11 from four corners in the first accommodating cavity 22 by using 4 screws 7, and then the carton is fixed by using nuts.

Further, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the front side and the rear side of the first partition 411 and the second partition 421 are respectively and uniformly provided with 4U-shaped notches.

The cover plate 5 is matched with the support 3 in a clamping and embedding manner, and assembly is facilitated.
