Background

Paint is replaced by water paint, so that the VOC content in the atmosphere can be effectively reduced, and the haze weather is improved. Therefore, the popularization of the water paint is also the mainstream direction of the current coating industry, and is more strongly shown by the people in the industry, and the water paint era in China comes by the policy of '2025 made in China'. Along with the popularization of the internet and indoor fitness equipment, the production and life style of people are more modern, more work and entertainment sports activities can be carried out indoors, shopping is not needed to go on the street every day, and people do not need to frequently go to outdoor activities due to the suitable indoor microclimate, so that most of the activity time of people is spent indoors. According to survey statistics, people spend more than 80% of the time indoors on average every day, and some people even spend more than 93%. Therefore, the relation between the indoor air quality and the human health is more compact, people pay more attention to the indoor air quality, but the existing indoor wall surface water-based paint still has the following defects:

although the concentration of harmful components (including formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, etc.) in indoor air is often low compared to outdoor air, the cumulative amount of contact is high because people spend indoors for a long time and the time for which the harmful components in air contact the human body is long. Especially for the old, the young, the sick and the disabled, the body resistance is lower, the outdoor activity chance is less, therefore, the health condition of the old, the young, the sick and the disabled is directly influenced by the quality of the indoor air. The existing indoor wall surface water-based emulsion paint has weak adsorption effect on harmful components in indoor air, and some products even release volatile organic compounds such as formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene and the like, thereby seriously harming human health.

In view of this, in order to overcome the above technical problems, the present applicant has designed and developed a novel indoor wall water-based paint, and has adopted a special manufacturing method to solve the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to make up the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the indoor wall surface water-based paint. The invention is mainly used for providing the indoor wall surface water-based paint which can adsorb harmful components in indoor air, is environment-friendly and healthy, and has excellent color retention, scrubbing resistance, water resistance and alkali resistance and proper paint film flexibility.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention relates to an indoor wall surface water-based paint which comprises the following components in parts by weight:

40 parts of water, 1 part of thickening agent, 0.5 part of pH regulator, 0.5 part of defoaming agent, 1 part of wetting agent, 0.9 part of dispersing agent, 30 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 20 parts of nano diatom ooze, 7 parts of embedded negative ion nano silicon dioxide, 50 parts of filler, 15 parts of emulsion, 0.6 part of antifreezing agent, 0.5 part of film-forming assistant and 2 parts of sterilization and mildew preventive.

The thickening agent is one or any combination of a cellulose thickening agent, an alkali swelling thickening agent and a polyurethane thickening agent; the pH regulator adopts an alkaline pH regulator; the defoaming agent is a mineral oil defoaming agent or an organic silicon modified defoaming agent; the filler is one or any combination of heavy calcium and water-washed kaolin; the antifreezing agent adopts ethylene glycol or propylene glycol.

The negative ion powder in the negative ion-embedded nano silicon dioxide comprises rare earth element powder and tourmaline powder, wherein the mass percent of the rare earth element powder in the negative ion powder is more than or equal to 70%, and the mass percent of the tourmaline powder in the negative ion powder is more than or equal to 40%; the fineness of the nano titanium dioxide is less than 20 nm; the fineness of the nano diatom ooze is less than 25 nm; the alkaline pH regulator adopts 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol; the cellulose thickener is hydroxyethyl cellulose or hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.

s1: under magnetic stirring, firstly mixing polyethylene glycol octyl phenyl ether and n-octanol in a dispersion container, then adding cyclohexane, stirring for 50 minutes, dropwise adding 5 parts of ammonia water solution with the mass percentage concentration of 34% in the stirring process, then adding anion powder and tetraethoxysilane, and then ultrasonically oscillating until the mixed solution is uniform and emulsion-shaped for later use; the anion powder can effectively adsorb substances harmful to human bodies, such as formaldehyde released by indoor decoration, organic aromatic hydrocarbon benzene solvents and amine substances on plates, and the like, and can lose or reduce the activity of harmful substances to the human bodies through the actions of neutralizing harmful gases with positive charges, coating and settling ions or particles on electrically neutral harmful gases and the like, thereby providing an air quality environment for safe living;

s2: dropwise adding water into the mixed solution in S1 to enable the tetraethoxysilane to generate hydrolysis reaction, depositing a layer of nano silicon dioxide on the surface of the powder particles of the anion powder, then centrifugally separating precipitates, washing the precipitates for 6 times by using water and ethanol respectively, placing the obtained precipitates in an environment with the constant temperature of 25 ℃ and the constant humidity of 70% for 35 hours, and airing to obtain the embedded anion nano silicon dioxide; the negative ion-embedded nano silicon dioxide prepared by the method has good color retention for organic colors such as carbon black, phthalocyanine blue, scarlet, lemon yellow and inorganic colors such as iron oxide red, has strong scrubbing resistance and good scrubbing resistance, and can still keep the wall bright as new even after being scrubbed for many times;

s3: mixing water and a thickening agent, dispersing for 10 minutes at the speed of 1200 revolutions per minute, adding a pH regulator, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent and a sterilization and mildew-proof agent while dispersing, continuously dispersing for 5 minutes at the speed of 1200 revolutions per minute, then adding nano titanium dioxide, nano diatom ooze, a pigment, a filler, a film-forming aid and an antifreezing agent while dispersing, and dispersing for 30 minutes at the speed of 2400 revolutions per minute; then adding the emulsion, dispersing for 6 minutes at the speed of 1200 revolutions per minute, adding the embedded negative ion nano silicon dioxide and the rest of the thickening agent and water in parts by mass while dispersing, and continuously dispersing for 8 minutes at the speed of 1400 revolutions per minute until the mixed liquid is uniform, thus obtaining the indoor wall surface water-based paint; by adding the nano diatom ooze into the water-based paint, even if the water-based paint is soaked in a strong alkaline solution such as a saturated calcium hydroxide solution, the water-based paint does not have the film morbidity phenomena of foaming, powder falling, obvious color change and the like, the water-based paint has good film flexibility and film breaking elongation rate by mixing the nano silicon dioxide and the nano titanium dioxide, and even if the water-based paint is bent by external force, the film on a substrate does not have the damage phenomena of reticulate patterns, cracks, peeling and the like.

The indoor wall surface water-based paint provided by the invention has good color retention for organic colors such as carbon black, phthalocyanine blue, scarlet, lemon yellow and inorganic colors such as iron oxide red; the indoor wall surface water-based paint provided by the invention has strong scrubbing resistance and good scrubbing resistance, and can still keep the wall body bright as new even if being scrubbed for many times; even if the indoor wall surface water-based paint provided by the invention is soaked in a strong alkaline solution, such as a saturated calcium hydroxide solution, the phenomena of coating film morbidity, such as foaming, powder falling, obvious color change and the like can not occur; the indoor wall surface water-based paint provided by the invention has good paint film flexibility and paint film breaking elongation, and even under the condition of being bent by external force, the paint film on the substrate can not generate the damage phenomena of reticulate patterns, cracks, peeling and the like.

3.
