1. A transmission apparatus, comprising: a conduit (13) and 2 fittings (14), wherein:

the catheter (13) comprises: the pipe is by outer tube (1), inner tube (2), connecting plate (3), nut (4), sealed pad (5), wherein:

the connecting plates (3) are arranged between the outer pipe (1) and the inner pipe (2) at intervals;

the outer pipe (1) and the inner pipe (2) are integrated through a plurality of connecting plates (3);

the inner pipe (2) extends out of two ends of the outer pipe (1); the nuts (4) are arranged at two ends of the outer pipe (1); the nut (4) is provided with an internal thread; the sealing gasket (5) is placed in the nut (4);

a first channel is formed between the outer pipe (1) and the inner pipe (2), and a second channel is formed in the inner pipe (2);

the joint (14) comprises: the device comprises a first joint (6), a second joint (7), a third joint (9), a fourth joint (10), an inner channel (11), an outer channel (12) and a sealing ring (8);

the second joint (7) is connected with the fourth joint (10) through an inner channel (11);

the third joint (9) is connected with the first joint (6) through an outer channel (12);

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein:

the second joint (7) is inside the first joint (6) and is retracted into the first joint (6).

3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein:

the first joint (6), the third joint (9) and the fourth joint (10) are provided with external threads.

4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein:

the channel one is used for transmitting a first medium;

and the second channel is used for transmitting a second medium.

5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein:

the outer channel (12) is L-shaped.

6. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein:

the inner channel (11) is in the shape of a straight line.

7. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein:

the joint (14) is integrally cast.

8. The apparatus of any one of claims 1-7, wherein:

the first channel and the second channel are not communicated.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of aviation pipeline transmission, in particular to transmission equipment.

Background

In real life, fluid conveying is realized by using pipelines, and fluids with different media are conveyed by using different pipelines. In some devices, because of the requirements of different working media, multiple pipelines must be installed to achieve the purpose of conveying multiple media.

The applicant finds out through research that: if in the equipment that requires the integrated design, when there are numerous pipeline to arrange, will cause the structure complicacy, especially in some small-size equipment, because of the narrow and small of its interior space, there is the very inconvenient problem of installation and maintenance.

Disclosure of Invention

(1) Objects of the invention

The invention aims to solve the problem that in equipment with integrated design, when a plurality of pipelines are arranged, the structure is complex, and particularly in some small-sized equipment, the installation and maintenance are very inconvenient due to the narrow space inside the small-sized equipment.

(2) Technical scheme

A transmission apparatus comprising: a conduit 13 and 2 fittings 14, wherein:

the conduit 13 includes: the pipe is by outer tube 1, inner tube 2, connecting plate 3, nut 4, sealed pad 5, wherein:

the connecting plates 3 are arranged between the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2 at intervals;

the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2 are integrated through a plurality of connecting plates 3;

the inner pipe 2 extends out of two ends of the outer pipe 1; the nuts 4 are arranged at two ends of the outer pipe 1; the nut 4 is provided with an internal thread; the sealing gasket 5 is placed in the nut 4;

a first channel is formed between the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2, and a second channel is formed in the inner pipe 2;

the joint 14 includes: a first joint 6, a second joint 7, a third joint 9, a fourth joint 10, an inner channel 11, an outer channel 12 and a sealing ring 8;

the second joint 7 is connected with the fourth joint 10 through an inner channel 11;

the third joint 9 is connected with the first joint 6 through an outer channel 12;

the second joint 7 is arranged in the first joint 6 and is retracted into the first joint 6;

the first joint 6, the third joint 9 and the fourth joint 10 are provided with external threads;

a sealing ring 8 is placed inside the second joint 7.

The two ends of the inner pipe 2 in the guide pipe 13, which extend out of the outer pipe 1, are respectively inserted into the second joints 7 in the joints 14;

the nut 4 on the conduit 13 is connected with the first joint 6 on the special joint 14 through threads;

the sealing gasket 5 is used for sealing between the nut 4 and the first joint 6;

a sealing ring 8 is used for sealing between the inner tube 2 and the joint 7.

(3) Technical effects

The pipeline system can be composed of the guide pipe 13 and the special joint 14, two channels exist in the guide pipe 13 and the special joint 14, two different types of fluid media can be conveyed simultaneously, the structure is compact, integration, refinement and lightweight design of the pipeline system are facilitated, and the pipeline system is particularly suitable for occasions with high space and precision requirements such as aviation and the like.

Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4: the guide pipe is composed of an outer pipe 1, an inner pipe 2, a connecting plate 3, a nut 4 and a sealing gasket 5. The outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2 are integrated through a plurality of connecting plates 3; a plurality of connecting plates 3 are arranged at intervals so that the upper part and the lower part of the channel are communicated; the inner pipe 2 extends out of two ends of the outer pipe 1; the nuts 4 are arranged at two ends of the outer pipe 1; the nut 4 is provided with an internal thread; the gasket 5 is put into the nut 4. A first channel is formed between the outer tube 1 and the inner tube 2, and a second channel is formed in the inner tube 2.

Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a special joint according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 5: the special joint consists of a first joint 6, a second joint 7, a third joint 9, a fourth joint 10, an inner channel 11, an outer channel 12 and a sealing ring 8. The second joint 7 is connected with the fourth joint 10 through an inner channel 11; the third joint 9 is connected with the first joint 6 through an outer channel 12; the second joint 7 is arranged in the first joint 6 and is retracted into the first joint 6; the first joint 6, the third joint 9 and the fourth joint 10 are provided with external threads; a sealing ring 8 is placed inside the second joint 7.

FIG. 6 is a schematic view of a catheter connected to a special adapter according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 and 6: the connecting method of the conduit 13 and the special joint 14 is as follows: the inner pipe 2 in the conduit 13 is inserted into the second joint 7 in the special joint 14, and then the nut 4 on the conduit 13 is connected with the first joint 6 on the special joint 14 through threads.

The sealing gasket 5 is used for sealing between the nut 4 and the first joint 6; a sealing ring 8 is used for sealing between the inner tube 2 and the joint 7.

Fig. 7 is a schematic view of the working principle of the catheter and the special joint according to the embodiment of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 and 7, the working principle of the invention is as follows:

the fluid medium I to be conveyed enters the outer channel 12 in the left special joint 14 from the third joint 9 on the left special joint 14 in the figure, then flows out from the first joint 6, enters the channel I in the left side of the guide pipe 13, enters the first joint 6 in the right special joint 14, flows through the outer channel 12 in the right special joint 14, and flows out from the third joint 9 on the right special joint 14;

the fluid medium II to be conveyed enters the inner channel 11 of the left special joint 14 from the fourth joint 10 on the left special joint 14 in the figure, then flows out from the joint 7, enters the channel II in the left guide pipe 13, then enters the joint 7 in the right special joint 14, flows through the inner channel 11 of the right special joint 14 and flows out from the fourth joint 10 on the right special joint 14. Thereby, the function of conveying two fluid media by one conduit is realized.

In practical use, the conveying directions of the two fluid media can be the same direction or opposite directions.

In some embodiments, the transmission device is characterized as follows:

a. the invention is composed of a conduit 13 and a special joint 14;

b. two channels are present in the conduit 13 and the special joint 14, which can simultaneously convey two different kinds of fluid media.

In some embodiments, the features of the conduit 13 are as follows:

a. the guide pipe is composed of an outer pipe 1, an inner pipe 2, a connecting plate 3, a nut 4 and a sealing gasket 5.

b. The outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2 are integrated through a connecting plate 3;

c. a plurality of connecting plates 3 are arranged at intervals so as to facilitate the communication of the upper part and the lower part of the channel I;

d. the inner pipe 2 extends out of two ends of the outer pipe 1;

e. the nuts 4 are arranged at two ends of the outer pipe 1; the nut 4 is provided with an internal thread; the sealing gasket 5 is placed in the nut 4;

f. a first channel is formed between the outer tube 1 and the inner tube 2, and a second channel is formed in the inner tube 2.

In some embodiments, the special joint 14 features as follows:

a. the special joint 14 consists of a first joint 6, a second joint 7, a third joint 9, a fourth joint 10, an inner channel 11, an outer channel 12 and a sealing ring 8;

b. the second joint 7 is connected with the fourth joint 10 through an inner channel 11;

c. the third joint 9 is connected with the I6 through an outer channel 12;

d. the second joint 7 is arranged in the first joint 6 and is retracted into the first joint 6;

e. the first joint 6 and the third joint 9 are provided with external threads on the fourth joint 10;

f. a sealing ring 8 is placed inside the second joint 7.

The embodiment of the invention can be composed of a guide pipe 13 and a special joint 14, two channels exist in the guide pipe 13 and the special joint 14, two different types of fluid media can be conveyed simultaneously, the structure is compact, and the integration, refinement and lightweight design of a pipeline system are facilitated.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the conduit 13 is composed as follows:

a. integrally forming the outer pipe 1, the inner pipe 2 and the connecting plate 3; the inner pipe 2 extends out of two ends of the outer pipe 1; a first channel is formed between the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2, and a second channel is formed in the inner pipe 2;

b. two nuts 4 are respectively penetrated from two ends of the outer tube 1;

c. respectively manufacturing two ends of the outer tube 1 into bent edges;

d. the two pieces of gasket 5 are placed in the two pieces of nut 4, respectively.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the specialty joint 14 composition implementation is as follows:

a. integrally forming a first joint 6, a second joint 7, a third joint 9, a fourth joint 10, an inner channel 11 and an outer channel 12; the second joint 7 is connected with the fourth joint 10 through an inner channel 11; the third joint 9 is connected with the first joint 6 through an outer channel 12;

b. external threads are formed on the first joint 6, the third joint 9 and the fourth joint 10;

c. the sealing ring 8 is placed in the second joint 7.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 6, the conduit 13 and the special fitting 14 are implemented as follows:

a. respectively inserting the inner pipes 2 in the two ends of the conduit 13 into the second joints 7 in the special joints 14 at the two ends;

b. the nuts 4 on the two ends of the conduit 13 are respectively connected with the first joints 6 on the special joints 14 on the two ends through threads.

In some embodiments, a transmission device may include: a conduit 13 and 2 fittings 14. Wherein: the conduit 13 includes: the pipe is by outer tube 1, inner tube 2, connecting plate 3, nut 4, sealed pad 5, wherein: the connecting plates 3 are arranged between the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2 at intervals; the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2 are integrated through a plurality of connecting plates 3; the inner pipe 2 extends out of two ends of the outer pipe 1; the nuts 4 are arranged at two ends of the outer pipe 1; the nut 4 is provided with an internal thread; the sealing gasket 5 is placed in the nut 4; a first channel is formed between the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2, and a second channel is formed in the inner pipe 2; the joint 14 includes: a first joint 6, a second joint 7, a third joint 9, a fourth joint 10, an inner channel 11, an outer channel 12 and a sealing ring 8; the second joint 7 is connected with the fourth joint 10 through an inner channel 11; the third joint 9 is connected with the first joint 6 through an outer channel 12; the second joint 7 is arranged in the first joint 6 and is retracted into the first joint 6; the first joint 6, the third joint 9 and the fourth joint 10 are provided with external threads; the sealing ring 8 is placed inside the second joint 7; the two ends of the inner pipe 2 in the guide pipe 13, which extend out of the outer pipe 1, are respectively inserted into the second joints 7 in the joints 14; the nut 4 on the conduit 13 is connected with the first joint 6 on the special joint 14 through threads; the sealing gasket 5 is used for sealing between the nut 4 and the first joint 6; a sealing ring 8 is used for sealing between the inner tube 2 and the joint 7.

In some embodiments, the second fitting 7 is within the first fitting 6 and is retracted into the first fitting 6.

In some embodiments, the first, third and fourth couplings 6, 9, 10 are externally threaded.

In some embodiments, channel one is used to transmit the first medium; and the second channel is used for transmitting a second medium.

The outer channel 12 is L-shaped. The inner channel 11 is in-line. The joint 14 is integrally cast. The first channel and the second channel are not communicated.
