This device can recycle the heat that burns the production, can also carry out filtration to the flue gas that burns the in-process and produce, avoids the pipe blockage.)

具体实施方式

如图所示，本发明包括燃烧室(1)、烟气沉降室、和鼓风机(2)；所述燃烧室(1)包括位于上部的圆台形的垃圾进料室(11)和下部的燃烧点火室(12)，燃烧点火室(12)内设有进风口(13)，垃圾进料室(11)的顶部设有垃圾进料口，垃圾进料室(11)的底部设有活动挡板（15），垃圾进料室(11)的上部设有烟气出口（16），垃圾进料室(11)和燃烧点火室(12)的内壁均设有耐火砖，垃圾进料室(11)内壁上沿圆周方向均匀设有分布垃圾的支架（17），支架（17）由两根直钢筋焊接而成，钢筋上均匀设置挂钩；所述烟气沉降室由沉降室(3)、空气冷凝室(4) 、阀门和导气管组成；沉降室(3)的上部设有烟气进气口和出气口，沉降室(3)的中部设有带有多层滤网的排烟气口，沉降室(3)的烟气进气口通过导气管与燃烧室(1)的烟气出口相通，沉降室(3)的排烟气口处安装有排烟阀门(32)，沉降室(3)的底部设有可打开式底板；空气冷凝室(4)开有空气出口(41)和空气进口(42)，空气冷凝室(4)安装在沉降室(3)内，空气出口(41)通过导气管与燃烧室(1)相通，空气进口(42)通过导气管与鼓风机(2)相通；鼓风机(2)与空气冷凝室(4)的空气进口(42)相通的导气管上开有净化烟气出口(21)，鼓风机(2)与空气冷凝室(4)的空气进口(42)相通的导气管上设有进气阀门(22)。

使用方法：在垃圾进料室(11)装入垃圾打开活动挡板（15）并在燃烧点火室(12)点燃落入的垃圾，关闭排烟阀门32，启动鼓风机（3），鼓风机的风从空气冷凝室进入燃烧点火室（12）向其内供风。垃圾经燃烧产生的烟气从沉降室（3）通过排烟出口（32）排出。通过沉降室排烟出口（32）处的阀门7和鼓风机（2）处的阀门来调节排出的烟气的温度。通过空气进口(42)处的进气阀门（22）来调节供燃烧点火室燃烧所需的风。
