Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of UV printer fault detection and treatment, and particularly relates to a UV printer printing abnormity treatment method, UV printer printing abnormity treatment equipment and a printer.

Background

The traditional solvent-based ink printing needs drying in an air drying or infrared drying mode, and often needs drying time of several minutes or even tens of hours, so that the printing quality problems such as sticking and dirt are easy to generate. And the printing is carried out by adopting UV (Ultraviolet) ink, the ink can be rapidly dried and solidified within a few seconds under the radiation of Ultraviolet light, the obtained printing product has clean plate surface, saturated color, delicate image and high glossiness, is particularly suitable for high-speed printing, and has good adsorption and mechanical properties for various printing materials, so the UV ink printing is widely applied at present.

During the operation of the printer, the UV lamp irradiates within a specified range to cure the ink sprayed on the printing medium, and the temperature of the UV lamp is generally high during the operation. If the printer has sudden abnormal conditions during working, the UV lamp is caused to stop at a certain position on the printer suddenly, and then the fixed area on the printing medium is over-irradiated at the position for a long time, so that the printing medium is burnt, the printer is damaged, and even safety accidents are caused in severe cases.
