Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of 3D printing, in particular to an environment-friendly material for repairing 3D printed cultural relics and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The photocuring molding technology is also called as stereolithography technology, at present, raw materials used by the technology are mainly photosensitive resin, and slurry formed by mixing ceramic powder and photosensitive resin can be used in the aspect of 3D ceramic printing raw materials.

The cultural relics are printed by utilizing three-dimensional printing, so that the cultural relics can be repaired, a plurality of incomplete cultural relics can be completely presented to people, more people can know the truest cultural relics by limiting the region where the cultural relics walk out, the unmovable cultural relics are scanned, and then the complete cultural relics are three-dimensionally printed in a high-precision simulation mode and are used for watching the cultural relics in other regions. However, in many cultural relics, it is most difficult to determine that the printing material, especially the ceramic cultural relics, has low viscosity, the surface of the printed finished product is too rough due to easy caking of the material, the photocuring is not facilitated due to high viscosity of the material, and the formed microstructure is deformed by gravity. Therefore, the invention mainly solves the problem that the finished product after the three-dimensional cultural relic is printed has rough surface or deformation because the viscosity among the powder of the material is not easy to control.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an environment-friendly material for repairing 3D printed cultural relics and a preparation method thereof, aiming at overcoming the defects of the prior art, and mainly solving the problem that the surface of a finished product after three-dimensional cultural relic printing is rough or deformed due to the fact that the viscosity of powder of the material is not easy to control.
