The basic process comprises eleven steps of waste paper collection and classification, dissociation, purification, screening, deinking, washing and flotation, thermal dispersion, bleaching, pulping, papermaking and finished product production. The paper made by the traditional paper regeneration technology has the defects of incomplete deinking, low whiteness of the finished pulp, different fiber sizes of the paper pulp, complex chemical components, keratinization of the fiber and the like.
