4. The turntable according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the harmonic reducer further comprises a flexible gear pressing plate connected to the flexible gear and sleeved on the wave generator, and the harmonic reducer comprises a first bearing disposed between the wave generator and the flexible gear.

5. The turntable of claim 4, wherein the harmonic reducer further comprises a second bearing disposed between the wave generator and the motor.

6. The turntable of claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the motor further comprises a flange connected to the body of the motor and to an end of the rigid wheel.

7. The rotary table according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a flexible gear coupling flange fixedly disposed on the rotary disk and coupled to the flexible gear.

8. The turntable of claim 7, further comprising a second connecting flange sleeved on the turntable and connected to the rigid wheel.

9. The turntable of claim 1, further comprising a rigid wheel attachment flange disposed about the turntable and attached to the rigid wheel.

10. An automated apparatus comprising a turntable according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

The existing rotating table is mostly driven by a worm and gear structure, so that the rotating table is large in size and low in driving efficiency.

Detailed Description

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. In a first embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a turntable 100 includes a harmonic reducer 10, a rotating disk 20, and a motor 30. The harmonic reducer 10 includes a rigid gear 11, a flexible gear 12 and a wave generator 13, wherein one end of the flexible gear 12 is sleeved on the wave generator 13 and partially abutted against the side wall of the rigid gear 11, and the other end is connected to the rotating disc 20. The main body 31 of the motor 30 is connected to the rigid wheel 11, and the output shaft 32 of the motor 30 is connected to the wave generator 13. The turntable 100 further comprises a bearing 40, the bearing 40 being provided between the rigid wheel 11 and the turn disc 20.

The rotary table 100 adopts the harmonic reducer 10 for transmission, and has high transmission precision, small backlash and high rigidity. And the structure of the rotary table 100 is compact and the volume is small.

The rigid wheel 11 is matched with the outer ring of the bearing 40, and the rotating disc 20 is matched with the inner ring of the bearing 40 so as to ensure the rigidity of the whole machine.

The operating principle of the turntable 100 is as follows: an output shaft 32 of the motor 30 drives the wave generator 13 to rotate through a flat key, and when the wave generator 13 rotates in the flexible gear 12, the gear teeth of the flexible gear 12 are driven to be meshed with the gear teeth of the rigid gear 11. After the meshing process, the flexspline 12 can rotate at a relatively low speed and a relatively high torque, and drives the rotary disk 20 to rotate at a low speed, so as to process a workpiece placed on the rotary disk 20.

The rigid wheel 11 is formed with a cavity, and the flexible wheel 12 is accommodated in the cavity. The rigid wheel 11 is horn-shaped as a whole and comprises a first end face 11a and a second end face 11b, and openings are formed in the first end face 11a and the second end face 11 b. The main body 31 of the motor 30 is fixedly arranged on the first end surface 11a, the flexible gear 12 is partially accommodated in the opening of the first end surface 11a, and the output shaft 32 of the motor 30 is assembled with the wave generator 13 positioned in the flexible gear 12. The rotating disc 20 is located on the second end face 11b of the rigid wheel 11. The rigid gear 11 is engaged with the flexible gear 12 to rotate the flexible gear 12 at a low speed by the wave generator 13. Meanwhile, the rigid wheel 11 is also used as a supporting structure, so that the rotary table 100 does not need to be additionally provided with a shell, the number of parts is reduced, and the structure of the rotary table 100 is more simplified.

Referring to fig. 2, the harmonic reducer 10 further includes a flexspline 14. The flexible gear pressing plate 14 is connected to the flexible gear 12 and sleeved on the wave generator 13. The harmonic reducer 10 includes a first bearing 15, the first bearing 15 being provided between the wave generator 13 and the flexspline 12. The flexspline pressure plate 14 is provided between the wave generator 13 and the flexspline 12, and can improve the coaxiality of the flexspline 12 and the wave generator 13. Due to the different rotational speeds of the wave generator 13 and the flexspline 12, by providing the first bearing 15 between the wave generator 13 and the flexspline 12, it is ensured that the states of motion of the wave generator 13 and the flexspline 12 are independent of each other without interference.

The harmonic reducer 10 further comprises a second bearing 16, the second bearing 16 being arranged between the wave generator 13 and the electric motor 30. The first bearing 15 and the second bearing 16 realize bidirectional limiting on the wave generator 13, so that the relative position of the wave generator 13 and the flexible gear 12 is prevented from changing, and the normal operation of the rotary table 100 is ensured.

Specifically, the first bearing 15 and the second bearing 16 may be angular contact ball bearings or cross roller bearings.

The motor 30 further comprises a flange 33, the flange 33 being attached to the body 31 of the motor 30 and being connected to the end of the rigid wheel 11. The flange 33 is used for fixing the main body 31 of the motor 30. Specifically, the flange 33 may be fixedly connected to the main body 31 of the motor 30 by screws. Or the flange 33 and the body 31 of the motor 30 are connected by welding.

The bearing 40 includes a cross roller bearing that can withstand forces in various directions without affecting the rotation of the rotary disk 20 since the rotary disk 20 is subjected to forces or moments in various directions during operation.

The turntable 100 further comprises a flexible gear connecting flange 50, wherein the flexible gear connecting flange 50 is fixedly arranged on the rotating disc 20 and is connected with the flexible gear 12. The connection of the flexspline 12 to the rotary disk 20 is effected via a flexspline connection flange 50.

In some embodiments, the turntable 100 further includes a rigid wheel attachment flange 60, and the rigid wheel attachment flange 60 is sleeved on the rotating disk 20 and is attached to the rigid wheel 11. The rigid wheel connecting flange 60 and the rigid wheel 11 clamp and position the outer ring of the bearing from different directions, and the flexible wheel connecting flange 50 and the rotating disc 20 clamp and position the inner ring of the bearing 40 from different directions, so that the rotary table 100 can be suitable for different installation states, for example, the rotary table 100 can be horizontally placed, laterally placed and the like.

In order to prevent the lubricant oil coated on the bearing 40 from leaking, the end of the rigid wheel connecting flange 60 is further provided with an oil seal ring 70.

In another embodiment, referring to fig. 3, an outer ring 41 of the bearing 40 is provided with a mounting hole, and the outer ring 41 of the bearing 40 is mounted on the rigid wheel 11 through a plurality of screws 42.

In a second embodiment, referring to fig. 4, a turntable 200 includes: harmonic reducer 210, rotating assembly 220, and motor 230. The harmonic reducer 210 includes a rigid gear 211, a flexible gear 212, and a wave generator 213. The rotating assembly 220 includes a rotating disc 221, a plurality of rolling members 222 and a supporting base 223, the rolling members 222 are disposed between the rotating disc 221 and the supporting base 223, and enable the rotating disc 221 to rotate relative to the supporting base 223, one end of the flexible gear 212 is sleeved on the wave generator 213 and partially abutted against the side wall of the rigid gear 211, the other end is connected to the rotating disc 221, the supporting base 223 is connected to the rigid gear 211, the main body 231 of the motor 230 is connected to the rigid gear 211, and the output shaft 232 of the motor 230 is connected to the wave generator 213.

The rotary table 200 is driven by the harmonic reducer 210, and has high transmission precision, small backlash and high rigidity. And the structure of the rotary table 200 is compact and the volume is small. The rigid wheel 211 is connected with the supporting seat 223, the rotating disc 221 is connected with the flexible wheel 212, and the rolling piece 222 arranged between the rotating disc 221 and the supporting seat 223 plays a supporting role, so that the rotating disc 221 can rotate relative to the supporting seat 223 under the driving of the flexible wheel 212.

The rolling members 222 may be specifically spherical bodies or cylindrical rollers, grooves for accommodating the rolling members 222 are formed on the rotating disc 221 and the supporting seat 223, and a retainer may be additionally provided for fixing relative positions of the plurality of rolling members 222.

In some embodiments, the flexspline 212 is a cup-shaped structure, and the flexspline 212 and the rotating disk 221 are connected by a flexspline connection flange 240.

In other embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the flexible gear 212 may also be a cap-shaped structure, and the flexible gear 212 is directly fixed on the rotating disc 221.

The application also provides an automatic device, which comprises the rotary table, and the rotary table adopts the harmonic reducer 10 to carry out transmission, so that the rotary table has higher transmission precision, smaller back clearance and higher rigidity. And the structure of the rotary table 100 is compact and the volume is small. Therefore, the automation device also has all the advantages of the rotary table, and the description is omitted here.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
