The working principle is as follows: the isolating valve is used for forming a closed space between the process cooling water pipe and the interior of the plate heat exchanger, and the plate heat radiator has the defects that scale can be attached to the process water surface on the cold side in the process of liquid in cooling equipment, the plate is blocked and replaced for a long time, process water cannot smoothly flow through the plate, the effect of exchanging heat cannot be achieved, and therefore the two isolating valves are used for forming the closed space inside the plate heat radiator to clean the plate heat radiator.
