Asphalt raw materials and asphalt products used by tar distillation equipment are stored in an asphalt storage tank, but asphalt level measurement is always difficult. Chinese patent application No. CN 201910336481.6 discloses a lever type float level gauge for asphalt storage tank, which comprises a lever float ball mechanism and a float ball linkage indicating mechanism mounted on the asphalt storage tank; the lever floating ball mechanism consists of a lever bracket, a lever and a floating ball, one end of the lever bracket is connected with the asphalt storage tank, the other end of the lever bracket is hinged with the middle part of the lever through a pin shaft, the floating ball is arranged at one end of the lever, and the tail wheel is arranged at the other end of the lever; the floating ball linkage indicating mechanism consists of a steel wire rope, a pulley, a fixed three-way pipe, a connecting three-way pipe, a vertical pipe, a heavy hammer, a magnet and a magnetic turning plate indicator; the fixed three-way pipe and the connecting three-way pipe are arranged at the top of the asphalt storage tank in parallel, pulleys are respectively arranged in the fixed three-way pipe and the connecting three-way pipe, one end of a steel wire rope is connected with a tail pulley, the other end of the steel wire rope is connected with a heavy hammer after bypassing the fixed three-way pipe and the pulleys in the connecting three-way pipe, the heavy hammer is arranged in the vertical pipe, the vertical pipe is fixed outside the asphalt storage tank, a magnet is arranged at the bottom of the heavy hammer, a magnetic turning plate indicator is arranged on one side of the vertical pipe in parallel.

Although the lever type buoy liquid level meter overcomes various defects of the traditional buoy liquid level meter in the liquid level measurement of the asphalt storage tank, the problem of the liquid level measurement of asphalt liquid with the characteristics of high temperature, high boiling point, high liquid viscosity, easy solidification, high asphalt smoke volatilization and easy condensation is solved. However, in practical application, the technical scheme still has a place which needs to be improved, for example, a lever bracket in the lever floating ball mechanism is positioned below the asphalt liquid level, and the asphalt contains solid suspended matters such as polymers, so that the problem of unsmooth rotation of a lever in the lever floating ball mechanism can exist in long-time application; in addition, in the technical scheme, the lever bracket is hinged with the middle part of the lever, the tail part of the lever is connected with the steel wire rope through the tail wheel, and when the floating ball floats along with the liquid level, the track of the steel wire rope at the penetrating position from the asphalt storage tank is a plane motion track which is approximately directly connected, so that hard sealing cannot be realized at the position; in the technical scheme, only the part behind the connecting three-way pipe is sealed by nitrogen, and the risk of poor operation of the front pulley can exist in long-time application.

The invention provides a top-mounted lever-type buoy liquid level meter for an asphalt storage tank, which is structurally improved on the basis of the existing lever-type buoy liquid level meter for the asphalt storage tank.

The lever consists of side rods and connecting rods, wherein 2 side rods are arranged in parallel, and the 2 side rods are connected through a plurality of connecting rods; the lever bracket consists of 2 frame rods arranged in parallel, and a through hole is formed in one end of each frame rod, which is connected with the driven wheel shaft; the driven wheel shaft penetrates through the side lever on one side, the frame lever on one side, the driven wheel, the frame lever on the other side and the side lever on the other side in sequence, and two ends of the driven wheel shaft are respectively locked through locking nuts; the side rod is connected with the driven wheel shaft and the driven wheel is connected with the driven wheel shaft through keys.

The floating ball in the lever floating ball mechanism is an elliptic hollow ball body.

The top of the asphalt storage tank is provided with a three-way pipe mounting hole, the bottom inlet of the fixed three-way pipe is connected with the three-way pipe mounting hole through a flange, a sealing orifice plate is arranged between 2 flanges, and the middle part of the sealing orifice plate is provided with a small hole through which a steel wire rope can only pass.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the lever type buoy liquid level meter for the conventional asphalt storage tank adopts a single lever to connect a circular floating ball, but the lever type buoy liquid level meter adopts the lever connection of an oval floating ball and a double-lever structure, so that the lever motion stability can be improved, and the buoyancy is larger;

2) the resistance arm of the lever is changed into a driven wheel from the lever, the steel wire rope is vertically upwards connected with the pulley along the tangential direction of the driven wheel, the motion track of the steel wire rope is approximate to a point, sealing can be realized by opening a hole on the sealing orifice plate, the loss of sealing nitrogen is reduced, and the integral sealing of the floating ball linkage indicating mechanism is realized;

3) the resistance arm of the lever is changed from the lever to the driven wheel, so that the movement track of the steel wire rope is more stable, the scales of the magnetic turning plate indicator plate are more uniform and linear, and the remote display function of the instrument is favorably realized;

4) the rotation connecting part of the lever floating ball mechanism is positioned above the liquid level, and compared with the lever buoy liquid level meter for the existing asphalt storage tank, the rotation connecting part of the lever floating ball mechanism is positioned below the liquid level, the device can keep clean under the working state, the influence of asphalt on the device is effectively prevented and reduced, the long-time operation flexibility is ensured, the installation and the maintenance are more convenient, and the operation of the liquid level meter is more reliable and stable.

In the invention, the floating ball 6 is fixed at one end of the lever 5 and can float up and down along with the liquid surface of the stored asphalt in the asphalt storage tank 1, and the driven wheel 7 can synchronously rotate with the lever 5 through a driven wheel shaft 8 which is horizontally arranged.

The distance L1 between the floating ball 6 and the pin shaft 8 is several times of the radius L2 of the driven wheel 7, so that a lever force which is larger than the buoyancy of the floating ball 6 can be generated at the resistance end of the driven wheel 7, such as L1: and L2 is 4, the resistance end of the driven wheel 7 can generate a lever force 4 times of the buoyancy of the floating ball 6. The use process of the top-mounted lever type buoy liquid level meter for the asphalt storage tank comprises the following steps: when the liquid level of the asphalt stored in the asphalt storage tank 1 rises, the floating ball 6 floats upwards along with the rise of the liquid level under the action of asphalt buoyancy, the driven wheel 7 pulls the steel wire rope 9 vertically downwards under the action of the lever 5, the steel wire rope 9 sequentially bypasses the two pulleys 16 and then is connected to the heavy hammer 18, and the heavy hammer 18 is pulled upwards by balance force to drive the magnet 19 to move upwards; when the liquid level descends, the floating ball 6 descends along with the descending of the liquid level, at the moment, the buoyancy disappears, the lever force disappears, the heavy hammer 18 in the vertical pipe 13 moves downwards under the action of the gravity force, the magnet 19 is driven to move downwards, the driven wheel 7 synchronously rotates until the floating ball 6 generates the buoyancy and reaches a balanced state, and the heavy hammer 18 stops moving; when the magnet 19 moves, the magnetic coupling is transmitted to the magnetic turning plate indicator 20, so that the magnetic turning column in the magnetic turning plate indicator 20 is driven to turn red and white and display the liquid level height.

The asphalt storage tank is continuously filled with nitrogen during operation using a top-mounted lever-type float level gauge to protect the magnetic flip indicator 20 from asphalt fumes.
