1. A fiber micro-metering scale, comprising: the device comprises a storage bin, a feeding device, a pneumatic gate valve, a metering device and a dust cover;

an outlet communicated to the metering mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the storage bin, the pneumatic gate valve is arranged below the outlet, and a pressure-reducing material-limiting device is arranged above the outlet; the pneumatic gate valve is used for opening the goods and closing the outlet;

the metering device consists of a metering hopper, a bracket support and two groups of weighing sensors, wherein one end of each weighing sensor is connected with the bracket outside the dust cover, and the other end of each weighing sensor is connected with the bottom of the metering hopper;

Patent "CN 201070838Y" of prior art, is directed to a device (1) for dosing fibers, such as glass fibers, plastic fibers or cellulose fibers, which are used in particular as an additive for engineering materials or plastics, said device having a container for a supply of fibers and a dosing device arranged on the bottom of the container (2) and a scale arranged in the conveying direction behind or below the dosing device. In order to be able to dose the fibres relatively precisely and to avoid the risk of fibre clumping, it is proposed that the bottom (3) of the container (2) has at least one outlet (4), that a feed mechanism for feeding the fibres to the outlet (4) is arranged in the bottom region in the container (2), and that two parallel brush rolls (5) which can be driven in opposite directions are arranged below the outlet (4), the opposite directions of rotation of which are oriented from top to bottom at their closest point. The structure of the scale is decrement metering, the scale body has heavy weight, a wide-range sensor is needed, and the wide-range calibration division value is increased under the condition of the same division number, so that the error is large, and the practical engineering application cannot be met; the bottom discharge port is in an open state, and when the materials are lack of materials for feeding, the materials are easy to fall, so that the metering is inaccurate.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

according to the fiber micro-metering scale provided by the invention, the independent module is adopted to be isolated from the stirring host machine, so that fibers are subjected to incremental metering in a static state to ensure the metering precision, the interference caused by the influence of feeding and stirring host machines is avoided, and the pneumatic gate valve is additionally arranged between the stock bin and the dust cover to reduce the influence of material dropping on the metering precision when the feeding is finished. The metering is carried out under the static condition, the metering precision is improved, and the metering error can be controlled within +/-25 g; the designed weighing range is within 5kg for measuring materials in one batch, and the small-range sensor is used for measuring the repeatability error of the materials in a static state stably so as to conveniently weigh in a short time and prevent numerical value drift in the weighing process.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and detailed description.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a fiber micro-metering scale comprising: the device comprises a storage bin 1, a feeding device 2, a pneumatic gate valve 3, a metering device 4 and a dust cover 5;

an outlet communicated to the metering mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the stock bin 1, the pneumatic gate valve 3 is arranged below the outlet, and a pressure-reducing material-limiting device is arranged above the outlet; the pneumatic gate valve 3 is used for opening and closing the outlet;

the metering device 4 consists of a metering hopper, a bracket support and two groups of weighing sensors, one end of each weighing sensor is connected with the bracket outside the dust cover 5, and the other end of each weighing sensor is connected with the bottom of the metering hopper; the control system collects the feedback signal of the weighing sensor to obtain the weight of the fiber in the weighing hopper, and the variable frequency motor in the feeding device is started to perform the metering work. The feeding device 2 is composed of two parallel spiral feeding rods, and the spiral directions of the two spiral feeding rods are opposite; the outlet is arranged in the area between the two spiral feeding rods, and the fibers are forced to move by the spiral feeding rods so as to be output from the outlet. In the spiral feeding rods, blades with opposite spiral directions are arranged on each spiral feeding rod; and positive and negative blade arrangement number of turns on every spiral feed rod is according to 3: 7 ratio distribution.

In a preferred embodiment: metering device 4 adopts to run from opposite directions the door structure, ensures to have enough angle to be greater than the angle of repose of material, can guarantee that spacing can smoothly discharge.

The dust cover 5 consists of a bottom flange, a cloth sleeve and a cover body, wherein the bottom flange is connected with the stirring main machine and is connected with the cover body through the cloth sleeve. The cloth cover plays a role in shock insulation, and the influence of vibration on metering is reduced.

According to the fiber micro-metering scale provided by the invention, the independent module is adopted to be isolated from the stirring host machine, so that fibers are subjected to incremental metering in a static state to ensure the metering precision, the interference caused by the influence of feeding and stirring host machines is avoided, and the pneumatic gate valve 3 is additionally arranged between the stock bin 1 and the dust cover 5 to reduce the influence of material dropping when the feeding is finished on the metering precision. The metering is carried out under the static condition, the metering precision is improved, and the metering error can be controlled within +/-25 g; the designed weighing range is within 5kg for measuring materials in one batch, and the small-range sensor is used for measuring the repeatability error of the materials in a static state stably so as to conveniently weigh in a short time and prevent numerical value drift in the weighing process.
